Excelente desayuno con vista al rio. Gentileza y buena actitud del personal del hotel. Permanentemente calefaccionado. Cuenta con un excelente bar y restaurant a precios convenientes. Buena Ubicacion , en un sector muy atractivo de la ciudad.

Good location within walking distance to almost anything you'd want to see. Nice, clean hotel, and I would have given 4 stars, but the strangest thing happened - and expensive article of clothing was stolen from our room (with zero chance that we would have missplaced it ourselves). Manager/staff did not do anything about it except to take a report […] (with no follow-up from their part), nor were we offered apologies or any type of consideration. Also, two different concierge ladies were not familiar with their own city, and all the prices quoted us by the concierge(s) were over 100% higher than what we ended up paying on our own - even simple things such as an estimated taxi fare from point A to point B. Room service arrived promptly but not a single time did they get it just right - first there's cups missing from tea service, next time spoons, etc. - not the end of the world of course, but not something to be expected from a 4-star hotel. I travel for a living (airline captain by profession) and in the last 2000+ hotel stays never has stuff been stolen from my room. This is very unfortunate as I was prepared to give this hotel a rather good review even with the other minor infractions. Leer más

The hotel was very clean with 20 mintues walk to the city center. Compared to the top hotels in the city the price was relatively more affordable. Will stay in this hotel again.

"nära men ändå långt bort"
Ett helt okej hotell. Det ligger i centrum men eftersom att staden till ytan är stor är det nära till vissa sevärdheter medan andra är långt bort. Du går till det mesta på mindre än en timme. Hotellet känns prisvärt men frukost har jag sett bättre. Buss från flygplatsen till 5 min från hotellet, endast 30 spänn :)

"Top Ambassador - Top Hotell!"
Ett underbart hotell mitt i smeten med närhet till allt. Vi är otroligt nöjda och skulle absolut bo på samma hotell om vi återvänder. Jättetrevlig personal som gjorde allt de kunde för att försöka kommunicera på knackig engelska.

Hotellet er flott og ligger fint plassert med gå avstand til alle severdigheter. Servicen var bra og de snakket meget bra engelsk og hjalp oss med taxi, og ikke minst ballett billetter til Mariinsky teateret. Merk dog at de tar seg godt betalt, både for taxi, og billett service. Anbefaler på det sterkeste å bestille taxi på forhånd slik at den står […] å venter på deg når du ankommer flyplassen. Husk å gjøre dette minst en dag i forveien på nettsidene til hotellet. God frokostbuffet med nydelig utsikt over St.Petersbug, Isac katedralen og Peter-Paul spydene. kan anbefales og drar gjerne igjen til dette hotellet.
