Floors were uneven and made a ton of noise; I felt sorry for the people below me. Doors wouldnt close properly and needed to be slammed. Overpriced - in my view Millenium hotels offer bigger rooms in better locations and at lower prices. Unfortunately they were full when I booked. Watch out for the charging of breakfasts - one night I stayed alone and got charged for 2 breakfast because I was in a double room.

Small, noisy and not worth the money! I was woken up during the night with a dripping noise outside the room, loud enough to wake me from sleep! Noisy throughout the night. The room was also extremely small but well stocked. TV was also broken. Overall - not worth the money. Won't be revisiting.

I stayed in the smallest room type available, and, well, it was very small! Think - the size of a college dorm room (or smaller). BUT, it was the lowest cost option by far in the neighborhood, and I never spend much time in the hotel room at all, so I'd take a small space at a good rate anytime. Let me begin by saying that the service was excellent: efficient, friendly and helpful. It is in a good location--close to the tube, next to british museum and close to some nice restaurants. The rooms are another story--in general the carpets are getting a bit shabby; rooms are small and merely functional; I at least did not have a view; the TV did […] not work well and one can hear the sounds next door. If you are merely looking for a crash pad --just a room to sleep in--then this is a good bet. Great location , cool decor. Nice bar and small gym. Room too small , no iron , wi-fi not working. Overpriced what you get . Looks like it has lost it's personal touch since being taken over. Bit like a travelodge with expensive decor. One of the staff switched the football off the gym tv when u was watching it, which didn't help ,

Hip, clean, well-located. Great library in the basement with free computers, coffee, newspapers. Just a few blocks from British Museum

Excellent location, few mins walk away from tube station, and in walkable distance to key sightseeing, shopping spots. Good concierge service, with detail suggestions and directions of sightseeing spots. Business centre is the best part of this hotel... free internet with one i-Mac at high speed! Also complimentary tea and coffee there! comfy environment! […]  (biz centre with these services is surely rare in hotels in europe) restaurant offers good foods and reasonable pricing overall image is very hip and stylish, but room is relatively too simple and deviate a bit from the hip image. Albergo carino vicino al centro. Adatto sia per lavoro che per visitatori. Il bar è frequentato dall'aperitivo al dopocena anche con persone esterne all'albergo quindi l'atmosfera è piuttosto vivace. La camera è risultata molto piccola ma ben studiata. Ottima la colazione.

Nice, but far too expensive

Very nice hotel - more trendy than most hotels We've stayed at in London. The location was ok - very close to Oxford Street. Nice and clean room although the bed was quite hard and the floor was squeaky.
