Hemos estado alojados en este hotel hace apenas unos días. Nuestra primera vez en Nueva York y la verdad es que sin ninguna pega. El Hotel perfectamente ubicado, limpio, buen trato del personal y la habitación con todas las comodidades. La cama muy cómoda, algo de agradecer cuanto estás 12 horas al día caminando. Maquína de café y té a tu disposición todos los días en la habitación. A 2 minutos de Times Square y a 50 metros del edificio de oficinas del periódico The New York Times. Para repetir sin duda!

Hemos tenido una estancia completamente satisfactoria. El primer dia nos dieron una habitacion de uso individual, por lo que la mañana siguiente pedimos un cambio, y nos ofrecieron un upgrade gratis a una king size. Siendo una habitación mucho mejor que la otra, pudimos comprobar que la calidad de la pequeña es igual que la superior. Las habitaciones de este hotel son pequeñas en general, pero el estado de las mismas es muy bueno. Los colchones son geniales. El mobiliario es justo. Tiene plancha y tabla de planchar, y caja fuerte. Las instalaciones comunes son muy buenas, incluso ipads disponibles para el cliente, wifi gratis en el lobby, bascula para pesar las maletas antes de ir al aeropuerto, mesa de billar. Ofrecen servicio de transfer al aeropuerto privado, por poco mas que un taxi. Si vuelvo a NY no dudaria en volver a este hotel. Y el personal excelente, correctisimo y amable, dispuesto a ayudar dentro de sus posibilidades. No tengo ninguna queja en absoluto, a pesar de que he visto muchos comentarios negativos por internet en general para todos los hoteles. Esta claro que la gente tiende mas a criticar cuando las cosas van mal que cuando van bien. Los ascensores son muy rapidos y nunca tuvimos que hacer cola, aun estando en la ultima planta alojados. La ubicación magnifica, en pleno times square. Lo recomiendo sin duda alguna.

"SImple but nice"

There was a cold from coming through New Jersey that night and I was freezing. I turned on the heater and it started to smoke!! Then it made the fire alarm go off (it was 130am) I woke up to the room smelling HORRIBLE (along with all of my work clothes in my suitcase) and to the front desk guy calling me an hour before check out time asking if I was […] leaving yet like he couldn't wait for me to get out of my room. I asked politely for an hour check out as I didn't get to my room until 130am with over an hour drive to his hotel and he laughed and said no. Before going to bed I opened up the top blanket to find pizza crumbs from the last people. I was afraid to see what else I would find so just slept on top of the comforter. Yes it's true 'you get what you pay for'. The guy's at the reception counter was very rude. I stayed at this hotel for 4 days and in these 4 days no one came to clean the room. Had to wait 20 mins. to check in.when we got to the room it was hot and smelled like rotted food.we could not use the toilet,it wasn't bolted down and would tip from side to side. said they had no other rooms.this was a problem for me because I had a 75 year old with me.

"A good value for a no frills place to sleep."
I booked this hotel because it was the cheapest in the area of where I was visiting my friends. It is a no frills motel, which is OK because I was only looking for a place to sleep and I didn't need any extra services. The property and rooms are small, but that may be dure to the fact that land in North Jersey is at a premium. I had enough room to relax […] and get a good night's sleep. This is definately an older building, but the room was in good shape. Everything worked well, and was clean. Rooms are small, but overall was very comfortable. "the knights inn pinebrook - small but good"
room was clean. was small for 2 queen beds, but fine for our purpose of just sleeping. continental breakfast was bottom of the line but that wasn't factored in to the hotel selection. overall satisfied with the choice and would stay there again if we went to NJ

"Get what you pay for, but reasonable."
This "motel" is one of the cheapest I've found in the area, but don't expect much for it. Room was small, but had all the standard stuff. Bedding and interior finishes were basic, but didn't seem well cleaned. Fridge and AC worked well, and hot water came on quickly. But wireless signal was weak, and the free breakfast was just milk, OJ, corn flakes […] and half muffins. If all you needed is quiet place with a bed and a good shower, then this place would certainly do, especially for the price. Location is great, just off I80 & I280, and on US46. Hotel is cheap but the bath is dirty and the rooms smell like cigarette even though the room was non smoking. There are better hotels in the area for the same price.

"Economical Place for Short Visits"
The hotel was clean and was appropriate for short stay. The continental breakfast was nothing special as all we had was cereals.The reoom size was bit small for two beds as one bed was right next to A/C and bed could not be moved . I would probably stay again as it is economical and suitable for travel to NY.

"Good service, Well equipped rooms, but no coffee maker?!?"
Hotel was good, price was right. Kind of surprised for a hotel room to have a fridge and a microwave but no coffee pot? Continental breakfast was better than i am used to, not luxurious, but better than most. Service was good, they were exceptionally flexible with us when we chose to stay another night! "Great location, right outside of NYC"
You get what you pay for. Nothing spectacular, but clean and comfortable if all you want to do is sleep. Hotel staff was very friendly. Only draw back was weird people walking the grounds at all hours. We saw an old guy with the back ripped out of his pants roaming about, I think he was homeless. A bit creepy.

The hotel was filthy, smelly and in poor condition. The free breakfast was coffee and a half of a muffin..I would not recommend this hotel to anyone for any price.

I place my reservation on Hotel.com, the night manager have to call Hotel.com to verify my reservation. When I finally made it to my room, it had ants everywhere. Never stay there again

Barely adequate. The staff is not friendly and the "Continental breakfast" was a joke. They watched you at the breakfast counter and when one guest used his own coffee mug instead of one of their styrofoam thimbles he was told that he had to use their cups.
