A very good hotel situated near to all the main places you will want to see. You can be at the Uffizi in less than 5 minutes on foot. Very helpful and friendly staff who booked visits and restaurants to suit out tastes. Room was clean and adequately furnished. Great breakfast included with loads of choice. Nice bar for a drink before dinner. Hotel also has an exercise room - treadmill, exercise bike and weight machine - basic but great if you want to stay in shape (opens 10am to 10pm). There is also a small outdoor seating area on the third floor with views over the rooftops. If you are looking for a great restaurant, try Gusta Vino - 4 minutes walk from the hotel.

Considering the location, I wasn't sure what to expect but when I arrived, I fell in love, on the spot with this hotel. The lobby is lined with all kind of art work. The staff is helpful and speaks English fluently. Although whenever they tell you something is 5-10 minutes away, always double up, because it is never that close! I guess Italians just walk really fast. The room was a good sized and clean. Sheets and towels were changed. They even folded my clothes--nice touch. The breakfast nook was quaint and definitely felt different and better than a chain hotel. This hotel had immense charm. The elevator was a little slow and since the hotel has an open top, it's definitely cold while you're waiting on the top floor (3rd) to leave. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The best gelato place, Vivoli is practically around the corner! And everything else is walking distance, from the musuems to the train station. Crossing the river is doable but I recommend more time and extrememly comfortable shoes. Brava!

Florence is very interesting - but the temp was 94 degrees plus and the air conditioning packed up at the hotel. We needed to keep the window open at night and now we are covered from head to toe in mosquito bites. We were not offered any help by the hotel. As the air cond was not working on Floor 3 all residents were told to help themselves to the mini bar. Our fridge did not work, everything in it was hot and in a pool of water, so that was useless. Also there were only 4 sockets in the room and 3 of them did not work. No hot water to sink or bidet. There is a hair dryer over the bathroom sink (!) - but if you wanted to use your own there was no socket near a mirror! We had workmen outside our hotel window which was ghastly with no air cond. On departure we were told that compensation was being paid via whom we booked it through and we just had to email the company who would get clarification from the hotel and credit would be paid to credit card. Sounds easy - let's see if it is. So meanwhile I would not go to this hotel. as with all this problem we never once saw the manager who hid in a back room and the frontline staff spoke to him on the phone. The breakfast was repetitive and began to feel like leftovers from the previous day - Booked singles got double.

We would have to compliment the hotel on a lovely breakfast but the rooms were poorly lit and hard to see anything. The decor was so-so and looked like they did it themselves. Wish we had stayed elsewhere.

the desk , lobby and bar areas were poorly lite. it left an impression that the hotel was closed. internet was extra. restaurant & desk personal were friendly and helpful.

Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν πάρα πολύ ωραίο, πολύ καθαρό, το πρωινό δεν ήταν αρκετά καλο αν και είχε μεγάλη ποικιλία.. Ίσως ήταν λίγο ακριβότερο απ'ότι έπρεπε. Στα συν το δωρεάν ιντερνετ (δίνεις 5 ευρώ για καλώδιο δικτύου - deposit - και τα παίρνεις πίσω επιστρέφοντάς το).

Accueil de grande qualité - placement de l'hôtel vraiment excellent au centre de Florence - chambres très confortables et modernes (design).

en plein centre, idéalement situé propre,design,pas trop grand , parking juste a coté; en resumé une bonne adresse rapport qualité prix

Hotellet ligger centralt med gode parkeringsmuligheder. Servicen var hjælpsom og kvalificeret. Værelset fungerede fint og alle nødvendigheder var til stede. God kvalitet i forhold til pris.

Comodissimo hotel proprio dietro Palazzo della Signoria con garage convenzionato a fianco.

vi raccomando l'hotel sia per l'ottima posizione (in centro storico vicinissimo a piazza della signoria), sia per la qualità generale della struttura (arredate molto bene sia le parti comuni sia le camere), per la pulizia e per l'ottima colazione.
