Cuando llegamos no había la habitación reservada y nos enviaron a otro con solo habitaciones individuales todo esto a la 1 de la madrugada y lloviendo Mal muy mal

Nice hotel and location. I did not like breakfast room: it was crowded in the artrium, we could not find available tables and the service was slow. As a result - stressfull instead of relaxing breakfast.

This hotel is an excellent alternative for those who don't want to spend upwards to $300 a night at the larger international chains. The buffet breakfast (included) makes it an even better value. Granted, you may not get the over-the-top feelings but considering the expense of dining and travel it's a great offset. Centrally located near the government […] buildings it's about a 8 minute taxi ride from the train station (which connects via high speed train to the airport). Wonderful friendly staff, clean hotel and close to the waterfront. I would stay there again in the future....

There are a number of Rica Hotels in the area so make sure you get the right one! Good location and everything was fine. Would recommend for business traveller.

I was not sure what to expect when i booked this hotel for a business trip, when i arrived at the hotel i was very satisified. I think this is a good place to stay for business or leisure, its in a great loaction, just off the mail street but also very quite. I loved my room it was so cozy and inviting. Rica Victoria is in a great location; a short walk from the train station. Good breakfast buffet. Fair value for money in a very expensive city.

The area outside the lift on the 6th floor had spillages, stains & used tea bags, not a very good impression when you step out of the lift for the first time, and to find it still there the next day.

The receptionist first put us (my wife and I) in a room with two twin beds. The room was also located next to the bar. They changed our room the next day when we requested it. In summary, adequate service, very good breakfast, and excellent location (near the city center and metro).

The Rica hotel in Oslo was the best one we had in a two weeks vacation in Norway. Thalma and David

Stayed for 3 nights At first had a twin room comfatable beds but noisy, was changed to a double room on top floor with a soft and sunken in the middle double bed which was not changed. Besides that exelent breakfast staff and location

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Rica Victoria. The concierge is very friendly and helpful. Some helpful things that I found very positive at this hotel: 1. Central hotel - close to everything - to museums, to sea, to bus, to underground, to shops - everything. Hotel was warm and in great condition and provided an excellent buffet breakfast. We really liked where we were--close to harbour, back a block from the main streets. The staff at the hotel was very helpful--explaining sights, trains, buses etc. The breakfast was very good, and room was fine, with enough room, but not large. I stayed two nights on a business trip. It is a significant walk (with rollerboard luggage) from the central train station but do-able (I took a taxi on return). The front desk was very helpful and welcoming, the room was fresh, clean, roomy (but not spacious). The inroom coffee & tea and wireless internet kept me connected with work. We stayed at the Rica Victoria for two nights and found it to be a wonderful value. It was clean, comfortable and close to Karl Johans Gate and the waterfront. The price was very reasonable considering how expensive Oslo can be. I would definitely use the Rica again if I return to Oslo.

I had a very bad experience at this hotel arrving mid-evening in the pouring rain on a business trip. THe room I was given on the top floor was virtually vibrating with noise from something on the roof - I immediately asked for another room but was told they were full as were their other hotels. The hotel was great! The room was large by Scandinavian standards. Very clean, and close to the Royal Palace. Was a great jumping off point for many museums as it was a short walk to the ferries by City Hall. Staff was very helpful, and let us secure our luggage for the day after we checked out. Staff were friendly. Room was nice and tidy, but far too warm. Location is very central but on a side street. Overall, would use it again.

The location is just great. It's close to train station, tram to Vingeland Park, and ferries to the FRAM museum. The included breakfast buffet was very nice that you barely need any lunch. With the cost of living at Oslo, this is truly a good deal. The only downside is the 6AM trash collection. I would bring ear-plugs if I were you.

Great location for getting around the city. We took the flybuss into city and had a one block walk. Couldn't be easier. The Rica hotel is within steps of Karl Johans Gate and within easy walking distance to Ager Brygge and the Palace. The Bus from the airport drops you off a few minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel was just a few blocks from major bus and tram lines to take you anywhere you wanted to go. It was just a few blocks walking from the harbor, ideal.

I dont think many of the hotels have air in Oslo but we happened upon this lovely city in the middle of a heat wave. The hotel did give us a fan to use which was helpful and we stayed out till very late so that we would not have to smolder in the room. The room we were given was inside so their were no windows. The outside located rooms probably had […] windows that opened which would have been okay. The location however was great. Walking distance to the palace and the harbor. Staff was very friendly. We did not get to enjoy the breakfast as we flew out quite early in the morning. I would recommend this for price and location just not during the hot time of the year. The location is great, the breakfast is excellent, there is free wi-fi in the lobby, and the location can't be beat. Altogether, good value for the money in Oslo. Recommended.

My stay in the Rica Hotel was Excellent. The room was immaculately clean and very spacious. The staff were friendly. The Breakfast was excellent with a very wide choice of foods. I would highly recommend this hotel to any one and I will stay here again next time I am in Oslo.

I stayed at Rica Victoria for 8 days during my business trip and were very satisfied with its facilities and services. The staffs were friendly. The room had hardwood floor and was clean and quiet. Before my trip, I heard that hotels in Oslo have old and small rooms, small shower space. But this hotel far exceeded my expectation. It is in the center of Oslo, only one block from the city hall. 5 minutes walk to the National Theater transport station, where you can take tram, bus, subway and even express train to the airport. The Rica Victoria Hotel in Oslo was not only in a great central location, but it was comfortable, clean and a great value. The staff was helpful and the daily FREE morning european breakfast was a nice spread of delicious choices. Something for everyone.

Etasjen vi bodde i var under oppussing, derfor litt lunken tilbakemelding. Hotellet ellers var veldig fint, god frokost og hyggelig personalet. Koselig rom med en utrolig god seng.

Rica Victoria Hotel ligger veldig sentral i Oslo. Kort vei til det aller meste. Fine rom, parkeringsmuligheter og god frokost. På minussida: for mange til frokost skaper logistikkvansker og dårlig utvalg av TV-kanaler.

Hotellet ligger sentralt .hyggelig betjening i resepsjon, Det negative med hotellet var at rommet ligger ut mot atriumet hvor frokost serveres. I desse rommene går det ikke ann å åpne vinduene.Heller ikke i rom ut mot gaten kan vindu åpnes iflg resepsjon. dvs veldig tung og varm luft å sove i

Spurte om å få beholde rommet lenger utover dagen etter utsjekkingstid kl. 11. Det fikk vi, uten ekstra kostnad. Hyggelig betjening, gode rom og hygiene, men litt dårlig frokostbuffet. Kan anbefales.

Vi var strålende fornøyd etter endt opphold på dette hotellet. De hadde flott rom, god frokost og var veldig billig utfra det tilbudet vi fikk. Anbefales på det sterkeste - vi kommer garantert til å benytte de igjen:-)

Hotellet ligger midt i Oslo og gangavstang til det meste. Grei standard. Overraskende bra forkost. Hyggelig betjening. Vi var fornøyd på våres ene overnatting. Hilsen par.

Fin beliggenhet mellom fjorden og byen. Bor selv nær til Oslo, men flott hotell for en byrunde på dagen med kort avstand til alle fasiliter for kvelden og natten. Det var så godt å bli mottatt på Rica Victoria, Personalet i resepsjonen hadde en tilstedværelse som var unik.De var der for deg ! Og det er spesiellt . Ved frokost også var det en god atmosfære og personalet var utrolig vennlige og imøtekommende. Følte meg veldig godt ivaretatt på Rica Victoria, Oslo

Vi hadde et veldig fint hotellopphold. Rommet var stort, fint og rent. Veldig praktisk beliggenhet midt i sentrum. Veldig god frokost med alle typer pålegg, frukt, grønnsaker, kjempegodt grovbrød og nystekte vafler. Vil helt klart anbefale hotellet til andre!
