El hotel es una maravilla, el personal super atento, hacen que te sientas fenomenal, las habitaciones extra confortables. Fuimos 8 personas y todos coincidimos en lo mismo. Nuestra experiencia ha sido plenamente satisfactoria.

E estado varias veces en venecia pero este hotel a superado mis expectativas,es un hotel excelente en todos los aspectos tanto atencion del personal super amables y serviciales como la habitacion muy nueva y limpia y un desayuno abundante y de calidad en una palabra...EXCELENTE!!

Excelente. Con un punto extremadamente negativo. Cobran internet y a precios excesivos y la conexión es malísima.

Great hotel, but expensive, and somewhat sterile. This hotel could have been in New York or London. Next time I will stay somewhere with more Venice character on the main islands.

This hotel is amazing. Very nice and tidy, great location and very friendly staff.

We, me. my wife and my 21 year old son visited the Venice and stayed for 3 nights at this hotel from 29th October 2011 to 1st November 2011. While booking, i had specifically asked the Hotels.com executive to enquire and confirm that the room had a canal view, was on the upper floor, was big enough to accomodate the extra bed. We booked a deluxe room. […] The Hotels.com confirmed all the above and also informed me that as the room is booked for two persons I need to pay the extra person in the room with rolling bed charges to which I had agreed. Due to some travel related problems, we reached the hotel only at 10.45 pm. The reception desk was quite nicely welcomed us and after about 45 minutes of waiting at the reception desk informed us that there was only one standard room available. I must say that the lady at the reception was quite nice and friendly. She informed us that the room has practically no view, they are fully booked and has no other room. The room had a small window from which to see the canal I will have to lean out and then see at 90 degrees. The room was so small that when the extra bed was placed, there was no space to move around. As we were travelling with lot of luggage, even to go to toilet, we had to jump on the luggage placed on the floor. The rolling bed given to my son was so bad that he had really bad back pain. The wooden planks on the bed had come out and it would have been better if he had slept on bare floor. Charge of 80 Euro for extra bed (which extra bed) and breakfast really hurt for this night. While giving us the room reception had assured us that they will look into the matter next day and allot us another room. My son expressed his displeasure to the reception and definitely next day they shifted us to another room and thereafter there was absolutely no problem. The room had excellent canal view though on a lower floor. The hotel has a very good shuttle service to San Marco Square. It also offers free tour by private taxi to Mu Leer más

This is an above-average Hilton with some extra amenities. If you are looking for a "Western-style" hotel, this is perfect. If you are looking for an authentic, typical Italian or Venetian-style hotel/palazzo, you will be disappointed. I would categorize this is a business hotel with some extras that made it more personal/leisurely (i.e., excellent […] Philip Thomas Roth bath products and beautiful rooftop bar with excellent views). Excellent service all around. Breakfast/drinks are very pricey, but overall price for room is lower than average for the quality because of the location. On that - the only downside is location. It is not on the "main" island of Venice. You'll need to be flexible with having to wait for the shuttle boat to to the island and back. Keep this in mind especially at night - the boat takes a break during the evening, and is not always on time, so and you may be "stranded" for awhile. You can take the vaporetto too as another option. Leer más

The room was clean and comfortable. The service, however, was nothing like either the Rome Cavelari nor the property in Florence. We felt that the staff may have been tired from the summer season and looked forward to quiet.

No complaints. Shuttle takes you to two of the most popular jettys. Zateree and San Marco which are in the heart of beautiful Venice. Also to Murano Glass factory

After a very long and hot transfer to the hilton we were met by a lady on the check-in who refused to believe that we had already paid for our breakfast for our 3 day stay. She was very unhelpful and it took many phone calls from my dad and hotels.com to the hilton before this was sorted out. Not the best start to our stay ! Our room was quite large […] for hilton standards and the bathroom was amazing apart from the cigarette ash all over the window sill (in a no smoking room) ! The next morning we arrived at breakfast to be met by a lovely lady who asked our room number before entering the restaurant and yet again information had not been passes onto her that we had already paid for breakfast she was also extreamly unhelpful and tried to charge us 30euro each for a breakfast we had already paid for ! After seeing a huge cue forming behind us and being very embarrased we were finally alloud to enter for our breakfast which I have to say was really good, a fantastic selection of cereals, friut, pastries and hot buffet were available and was an essential for a busy day exploring venice. After becoming quite upset with the check in staff and asking for a manager we were finally assured that the breakfast fiasco was now rectified and we didn't have a problem for the rest of our stay, unfortunatly the cigarette ash did remain for the rest of our stay ! For a 5* hotel I was dissapointed that this seemed to be acceptable. To summerise our stay the hotel looks amazing and is a great place to stay if your wanting to be out of the hustle and bustle of venice, the prices in the hotel are overpriced but that is something we expected. The staff in the restaurant were brilliant and very helpfull but the check-in staff and the cleaners are in need of some training. I would recommed this hotel to other people but don't think I would return there again myself due to the experience I had. Leer más

My husband and I were recommended this Hotel by friends and our stay was excellent. The Hotel was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were given a room with not a great view of the canal. Contacted the reception and they upgraded us with no hesitation. Our stay in Venice was brilliant. Would return.

The hotel was as expected - usual Hilton standard - and excellent location. If we visit Venice again we will try to stay in a Italian hotel - we could have been at Disney Florida! The island of Guidecca was a little sanctuary from the masses of people in Venice - the hotels shuttle boats were brilliant - excellent service.

Lovley hotel right in Venice. Great breakfast every morning, lovely roof top lunch restaraunt and bar in the evenings with spectacular views. Only draw back is that you have to ride the free water taxi to the main part of Venice. They run every 20 minutes. Beautiful hotel, very interesting building.

We arrived at this hotel on a friday evening. The hotel is located on a different island from the main area of Venice. You will need to take the ferry to and from San Marco when you want to actually see Venice. The one plus to this hotel is the roof top pool. Other than that, I hope you are ready to spend three times the cost of your hotel room to eat […] or partake in any other hotel amenity they offer. Want to listen to music on your tv in your room? That'll be 10 euros. Breakfast for two? 72 euros. Don't even think about dinner. The people in Venice are rude and nasty. Everything costs a bloody fortune and this hotel in particular will charge you for breathing. During our stay my boyfriend and I both caught the flu. On the last day I took the ferry over to the main part of Venice to get some food and medicine. When I returned, my boyfriend told me that while he was resting in the salon area (filled with couches and nothing else and other people also resting), someone from the hotel SHOOK him and said "NON QUA!" which means "Not here", meaning he couldn't rest here while he waited for me to return. When I heard about this, I went mental and asked to speak to the highest ranking manager at the hotel. She did give us a room for a few hours where he could rest until we had to take the shuttle to the airport but offered no other help with other plethora of other complaints. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again nor at ANY Hilton. What a disaster. I could go on and on about our experience, but it would take me all day. Bottom line: AVOID. Leer más

Other than you have to stick to the "Vaporeto" schedule for them to take you to the hotel, the rest is quite fine, the rooms, the restaurants and quality of service is what you expect from a good Hilton.

A lovely hotel. The staff were prompt and accommodating. The decor was outstanding. The shuttle boat was a lovely need. It was prompt and easy to access. The pool on the top floor is outstanding!!!!! I would highly recommend this hotel as well as the Harry's Dolche restaurant right down the street. So lovely.

The hotel has a great rooftop bar with a fabulous view of Venice. Staff was very friendly but struggled with English. Food and drink was VERY expensive. Expect to pay about $15 USD for a glass of wine and about $45 USD for the breakfast buffett. The free shuttle to and from mainland was awesome.

This is a great hotel with a lovely rooftop bar. Staff are pretty good but service levels sometimes drop when they are busy. I think the restaurants could be better, Aromi is good but too expensive for every night and the Rialto is neither one thing nor another, a cross between a lounge, a bar and a restaurant but with a very daytime feel and not cosy […] for evenings plus the cordoned off executive area made it feel a bit strange. The boat service is very good but we never felt like going back out in the evening so would have preferred more amenities at the hotel. Leer más

The hotel was excellent and everything you would expect from the Hilton brand. The hotel was very impressive in side and out. The rooms were spacious and had excellent views over venice especially in the morning. The beds were very comfortable and my girlfriend slept longer than I have ever know her! The breakfast buffet was amazing and we particularly […] enjoyed the sparkling prosecco for breakfast! The hotel offered a free shuttle service to the mainland which was really useful but the driver did need a personality transplant. We got engaged in the roof top bar which was incredible and the waiter even brought us some complimentary champagne and strawberries to say congratulations! Amazing stay and an outstanding hotel! The Molino was everything I had read about and expected! Getting into the hotel on water taxi is a great way to see Venice and the hotel for the first time. Service was great! Room was awsome and so were the stunning views! Clean - friendly and welcoming. Better than any Hilton in the UK by far. Sky bar very nice especially on Saturday night as they […] had a DJ and views over Venice very nice! Drinks expensive though and so was the food. Better to go down the road to one of the tratorrias. All in all a great stay! The free water shuttle was very convenient and if you want to get a water bus it is also very easy. 2 stops down and you are at San Marco square. Even though the hotel is not in Venice, it is right across from it. The hotel has free boat service all day and half the night back and forth. The down side to the hotel is their food prices are off this planet. You could spend as much for the food each day as you do for the room.

This hotel is exquisite and ranks as the best choice of all properties in the Venice area. It can only be reached via a complimentary boat shuttle from the San Marco Plaza, which runs on a regular schedule. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. This is a great place for large meetings because of the size of this hotel and the amenities.

This hotel is quite new and very nice. The physical strutcture of the hotel is great and the room was quite large (standard room). It's obviously a chain so don't stay here if you're looking for unique, boutique-like place in Venice. However, we were ready for a nice chain after staying in non-chain places in other cities in Italy after a week. It's […] not the most convenient location during a Venice stay as you have to take a ferry to the mainland. However, I would say the view you get of Venice from the Hilton makes it worth staying here. There are also a few good restaurants fairly close to the hotel that aren't total tourist traps like many on the mainland. Overall, would stay here again for sure on a repeat visit! Leer más

very nice hotel, location not great. Had to rely on a shuttle boat that ran every 40 minutes but only took 40 people so sometimes crowded.

The hotel was in a renovated old building which added to the charm of the hotel. Location was great with a short water taxi ride to the cruise ship port. The complimentary shuttle made it convenient to go to the Piazza De San Marco. Loved the comfortable beds and bathrrom. The bathroom was decorated beautifully with marble floors. My husband & I stayed one day in Venice before & after our cruise from there. We researched all the local hotels & found many did not have air-conditioning or amentities we needed (hair dryer, fitness center, non-smoking rooms). The Hilton had everything for us. The building is a historic landmark & was incredible to experience. Outdoor & indoor eating […] areas. Small but clean, updated gym room. Spa. Relatively expensive eating & services. Better deals across the water in the shopping areas. Free shuttle/water taxi to main shopping. You can get a direct private water taxi to the cruise ships. More expensive than public taxis but highly, highly recommended to avoid long walks & confusion. We took public taxis when we arrived & a private taxi when we returned having learned the hard way. Very helpful staff to direct us tourists. Infinity pool on the rooftop overlooking Venice. A little small but absolutely fantastic. The hotel is not in the middle of the busy areas. If you are ok w/less conveniences (pool, gym, hair dryers, etc) or want to stay in the center of the "action", hotels in the shopping district may be for you. No idea how you or they navigate your baggage through all those people & small walkways to get to your room though! We liked the peacefulness yet convenience to everything at the Molino Stucky Hilton. Leer más

This hotel was nice, but very expensive. The food drinks and breakfast was very expensive. One drink at the bar on the roof was $20.00 dollars. This is not a 5 star hotel, more like 4 star.

The Molino Stucky was a nice hotel. The rooms were comfortable and the service was fine. There were a few things we didn't like. First of all, the showers are the open design which I truly hate. The water runs all over the bathroom and all the heat escapes without any shower curtain or door. The design looks nice but it isn't functional. Also, the hotel […] offers a boat shuttle to and from the main island. Guidecca is just across the way but the shuttle only comes every 1/2 hour so the location isn't the most ideal. We statyed at Hilton Stucky Molino folloiwng a cruise from/to Venice. Whilst not on the main island the postion is excellent and the shuttle boat service was excellent - always on time. We were allocated a fantantic front view room (Executive room) on the 5th floor. The view was unsurpassed by any other hotel we have stayed in - we watched the cruise […] ships sail right past our window each morning and sail out again at night - an exilarating experience. The size and quality of the room and bathroom was excellent - could not have asked for anything better. The Executive lounge (6th floor) was not open however there was a portion of the main lounge/bar set aside for executive room guests. Whilst it was convenient and the quality of wine and snack food provided was excellent I did find that we were met with question - almost a degree of suspicion - to our entitlement to be using the facility on occasion and feel that had we been in the executive lounge proper with controlled entry this would not have been the case. In addition, although there was ample accomodation for breakfast and a wonderful variety of hot and cold offerings the hot breakfast was at best tepid both mornings - extremely poor especially taking into account the hotel charges 40E for breakfast. I would however be delighted to return to a front facing room in the Stucky Molino as this alone made the visit very enjoyable however I would not choose to include breakfast in future. Leer más

the hotel is not of 5 star cleanliness or service. our room wasn't cleaned until 7pm on two evenings howver on the morning we were due to leave room service came 3 times before 9.30 am. the overcharge and overbill for everything. a beer is 14 euros and water 7 at minimum. however the pool and roof top views are stunning. if you enjoy laying out this […] is one of the best options in venice. Location was great - fantastic view, especially from rooftop pool area. Shuttle boat across the grand canal was excellent - frequent, on time and two drop offs points to choose from. Rooftop pool was a godsend in August heat. Also enjoyed the rooftop bar with its amazing views - didn't enjoy the prices so much, very expensive (14 euro for a beer). […]  Breakfast was great - huge selection of very fresh produce and well worth inc in booking plus choice of eating inside or outside. Only slight negative was the room - quite dark and a bit dated, but clean and reasonable size with everything we needed in it. Hotel is a fantastically grand building in a great location, on island opposite St Marc's square - it was nice to be able to get away from the hustle and bustle of the main island and eat away from the mainland at times. The room was lovely and clean as would be expected, the rooftop pool was excellent with beautiful views over Venice, however, there […] are few sun loungers (and there is certainly space for more) so be prepared to get up early to grab a spot. The complimentary shuttle boat is excellent although there are only 40 places on board so it is worth getting in the queue early at peak times e.g. around 17.30, get there for 17.10 and get there early for the last shuttle at 00.30 because you will be turned away if there isn't enough space, which would then require a 6 euro public boat ride to get back to the island or a water taxi. We only had 2 major gripes. The first was to do with the service at breakfast times; i.e. having to ask for coffee, rather than being asked if we wanted it and slow clearance of empty plates and dishes - I would expect better at a Hilton Hotel. The second; extremely expensive rooftop bar and restaurants (16 euros for a cocktail was a bit overboard). Overall, this hotel was great, we loved the location and our stay there and we would certainly stay there in future if we visited Venice. Leer más

Truly excellant hotel - one of the best I have stayed in. Particularly liked the Buckfizz with Proseco option at Breakfast! Rooftop bar and pool are amazing and we were really pleased with the hotel overall. Whilst the hotel felt a bit pricey (6 euros for a bottle of water out of the mini bar) I think that wasn't helped by the current exchange rate. […] Whilst it was quite expensive there some nice extras which made it feel better value e.g. complimentry olives, and fruit with drinks at the bar. Excellent hotel. Away from the noise & crowds, but easy to access the main attractions.

We really loved out stay in this hotel! Be sure to go up to the roof to check out the view of the city, and the swimming pool. The private boat service was really great, as was the huge breakfast. The staff seem a bit overwhelmed with so many guests - probably because the hotel is so new. Everyone was friendly though. Don't miss eating at least once […] in the hotel's fancy restaurant (I think it was called Ambiance). The bread alone is worth the price of the meal. Leer más
