Buen balance precio servicio, buena atencion y cercania con las atracciones de inner Harbor , no hay botones,pero te facilitan el carrito para el equipaje. El edificio luce mejor que la mayoria de los hoteles de esta cadena. En las mañanas puedes tomar el desayuno tipo bufet americano a buen precio.

Me dieron una atención personalizada perfecta! Por ser la primera vez que estuve en Washignton me ayudaron mucho con tips de transportes. Las almohadas del hotel estaban deliciosas y tuve suerte de tener una habitación sin ruido. La otra cosa que me gustó fué que reservé área de fumar por equivocación y me preguntaron al hacer mi check in si estaba bien o si me la cambiaban a una habiatación de NO fumar. Gracias por preguntar!!!

El hotel estaba bastante límpio y la recepción y habitación eran agradables y límpias. La habitación y el baño eran bonitos y muy nuevos.

"No Promised Jacuzzi!"
My Husband and I booked this hotel through Hotel.com over a month before our honeymoon. The reason we booked at Springhill Suites was that we were promised a jacuzzi. When we arrived they told us that our room did not have a jacuzzi. Needless to say we were very disappointed. The hotel said that hotel.com did not notify them of the request. I don't […] know who was at fault but we felt cheated and deceived! I would not book with hotel.com or Springhill Suites again because I don't know who to blame. The hotel was nice but just not what we expected. We traveled from Baltimore because it was the closest place that said they had a jacuzzi. We tried many places and spent lots of time on the internet. It would really be nice to hear from someone who would take responsibility for this. "wonderful hotel"
We were visiting Annapolis and stayed here. In all ways, the hotel stay was excellent. The only downside for us was the fact that it was a few miles from downtown Annapolis. BUT, considering everything else, we will definitely stay here on our next visit.

Great value! Nice and CLEAN. Friendly staff. Many ammenities:breakfast, gym, indoor swimmimg pool, market and no resort fees (parking, etc). In close proximity to shopping and restaurant.
The staff was very polite and helpful.
Wish the 2 Queen Bed Suite had a full wall between living area and bedroom. Pull out couch less than comfortable. Nonetheless, good value overall and great breakfast.

I had such a great experience while I was staying at the SpringHill Suites last weekend. The staff was great, the price was great and the room was FANTASTIC. We enjoyed our recent stay...we were visiting the Naval Academy and found the hotel location very convenient - only one exit away. the room itself had a very comfortable sitting room and we were able to keep our drinks cold in the refrigerator and heat up snacks in the microwave

We were very happy with location of the hotel. We were able to visit many nearby attractions. The room was very clean and comfortable. The airconditioner however was very noisy waking us up every time it kicked on. Should we visit that area again we would most likely stay there again.

"not bad for a businees trip...not good either"
beds were very hard and uncomfortable...front desk staff was more interested in watching youtube videos on their computer then helping us get our room. breakfast was pretty good though and the pool looked nice although we didn't get a chance to swim.

Hotel is located in a business park area and away from busy traffic. On our weekend it was very quiet. Staff very friendly. Complete breakfast very well done. Room layouts were angular, but very accommodating and well decorated. Would definitely stay again. Did not have a chance to use the pool or the workout room.

This is the second time staying here. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The rates are more than reasonable and they have a great hot breakfast bar included for your way out the door each morning. Looking forward to my next trip back to the area.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. I love the conplimentry tea and coffee in the lobby. The breakfast was a great variety, with very good tasting food, juice, and coffee. I highly recommend the Springhill Suites.

The hotel, grounds and room were very clean. The breakfast area had a nice variety of foods and was kept clean also. We had a queen suite, nice but a little cramped even for the two of us. アナポリス観光の拠点として利用しました。観光の中心であるドックヤードへも車で10分程度の位置でとても便利でした。部屋もとても清潔で清掃が行き届いていました。朝食も品数が豊富で今までアメリカ国内で利用したホテルの中では一番だと思います。屋内プール、ジャグジーもあり監視員も付いてますので家族連れにはおススメします。
