"A gem"

When comparing other hotels in the area I found many that prices varied depending on the week night. This hotel charged the same rate for each night. I was pleasantly surprised and the value and stay were great.

"Good, convenient hotel"

My stay at this hotel was very good, overall. The room was big, clean, and comfortable. The personnel at the Front Desk were helpful and friendly. I did find two things which need improvement. The hotel only has one entrance at the front. Since parking is limited in the front, one must park on side or in the rear. Suggest the hotel install a room key (card) device and allow guests to enter from the side and the rear. Also, the selection for the cont breakfast was limited and not well maintained. There were stale english muffins and unripen bananas. Don't know if the bagels were fresh or not. The "eggs" looked very unappealing.

They only have down pillows, my husband is allergic to down. When we asked at the front desk for different pillows they could not have been less helpful.

"Excellent Hotel!"

This hotel experience was great! We were just staying one night, but the quality of our room and the whole building in general was amazing. The room was very large and included a sitting area in addition to the 'bedroom' area. The bathroom was larger than expected (based on previous stays in similarly priced hotels) and impeccably clean. Bonus - there is a gas station/convienence store (Wawa) right across the street,so it made getting on our way the next moring super easy. Next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely be staying there!

I was going to a show at the Starland Ballroom and the hotel was about a 5 minute drive. Extremely easy. The room was perfect for me.

"Exactly What You Need"

It was clean, fairly newly renovated (it appeared) and roomy. Had a couch and a little living room area, as well as the side with the bed on it. Fairly average in terms of suites. Hotel staff was a bit off - friendly to me, but I had two friends come visit later on and they acted shady towards them, asking them what MY last name was and putting them through the ringer. I thought that was a little unnecessary - they were MY friends I invited, told them my room number, etc. Why were they being hassled?

"Excellent Location"

I reserved this room for my nephew and his wife, which I did inspect before their arrival, and they were very pleased! I was, too! I live in the same town, so I wanted to see which of the hotels would be cleanest, comfortable and most convenient for them (and future guests). Comfort Suites did a great job with location and creature comforts-Thanks!!

"Great Hotel, Great Location"

I only had one slight problem staying at this hotel - they seemed slow or disinterested in resolving the few minor issues I brought to their attention. My TV remote didn't work and I had to request it fixed 3 times. Also, there were problems with the internet connectivity and they did not seem overly anxious to get it fixed or addressed. Other than that, though, this is a great hotel. It was very clean in the common spaces and the rooms. Breakfast was good with a nice variety. It is very close to the main road (18) where there is all kinds of shopping and restaurants.

"Great value for the money"

Pros: -Excellent location (close to 95/Turnpike, Rt 1, Tr 18)and not too far from EWR airport -Free breakfast and internet -Clean room and all round good value for money Cons: -Had run out of shaving cream which I needed Would recommend and stay there again.

"Excellent hotel for a low price!"

I was really surprised how great this hotel was. It was immaculate and the continental breakfast was impressive (coffee not so much, but everything else was an A+). There were only a couple really minor things that annoyed me...1.) the friends that were sharing the room with us asked the front desk for an extra blanket and they told them they didn't have any (I find that hard to believe, but whatever)...2.) there was something up with the shower head in the bathroom that it made this loud noise when you took a shower, but it wasn't that loud where you couldn't just let it go...3.) you couldn't control the air-conditioner in the room so when it turned off the room would get a bit warm and there was nothing you could do to kick it back on (we were thinking maybe it was on a timer set by the hotel because it would kick on like every 20-25 minutes)...we didn't say anything about it to the front desk though because it wasn't annoying enough to bother.

Love that there is a Dunkin' Donuts nearby. Think they need to only offer plastic cups in bathroom due to recent hidden camera videos in circulation via the internet on the less than sanitary cleaning practices by some hotel cleaning staff personnel. I wasn't about to drink out of them. A/C is loud when it runs. Had to wait fairly long to check in. Sign said "Be Back Soon". No one covering the desk and guy checking ahead of us took forever. Employee covering desk may have been inexperienced.
