Si lo que tienes en mente es llegar después de las 9 y salir antes de las 8, hazte a la idea que no habrá NADIE a quien te puedas dirigir. Ni recepcionista, ni desayuno ni siquiera alguien a quien dar los buenos días. El primer día llegamos a las 9 y media de la noche y tuvimos que llamar (con nuestro telefono particular -llamada internacional-) a un teléfono que había escrito para que alguien de recepción acudiera al cabo de media hora. A parte de eso, las habitaciones són muy espaciosas y cómodas. Economicas todo y estar en el centro de Palermo. Recomendable.

Las habitaciónes són amplias y muy limpias, con tele, neverita, secador de pelo, aire acondicionado etc. Son antiguas pero reformadas, todo a juego en plan rústico. La única pega que le encontramos fue el colchón de la habitación de la primera noche, pensamos que se les pasó por alto cambiarlo al hacer la reforma... la segunda noche en otra habitación todo perfecto colchón incluido. El desayuno espectacular!!!

El hotel es muy bonito, con un estilo clasico y las habitaciones enormes y limpias. El baño tambien es grande aunque solo tiene ducha, no bañera. El desayuno correcto, eso si, te preparan un capuchino delicioso. Lo mejor del hotel sin duda es Roberto, está en la recepción. Olvidamos las chaquetas con documentación en el autobus viniendo del aeropuerto y, pese a no hablar español (en el hotel no lo hablaba nadie), nos gestionó su recuperación y nos salvó las vacaciones, un encanto de hombre, superamable y tremendamente eficiente.

El hotel esta a las afueras de palermo. Lo mejor del hotel es la zona ajardinada. Las habitaciones son grandes, equipadas con mobiliario un poco cutre. El desayuno es normalito. La relacion calidad precio entre normal y buena.

We picked this hotel for ease of access to the Palermo airport by car ... and indeed it was only 20 or so minutes away. The hotel was difficult to find (use GPS). Staff were helpful and cheerful and the grounds were well maintained. The room was ordinary and appeared a bit old, but reasonably clean. The TV tiny - but you're not on holiday to watch TV […] in your hotel room. Despite being "non-smoking" there was the smell of old smoke and an ash tray in the room. The breakfast was diappointing compared to others we had during our stay in Sicily. Overall, for convenience to the airport I'd stay here again. We had the unfotunate experience of having a room at the hotel when youths were partipating in a sporting event. The hotel is situated between Mondello and Palermo, both very easily accessible by car or bus, so it's an ideal location for anyone wanting to see both the city and its environs. Half an hour from the airport too. And the neighbourhood around the hotel is also fascinating--full of (mostly) crumbling Baroque villas, woods and parks.

The hotel gardens are worth the entire stay. Very nicely maintained and we spent the morning after in sun chairs in the garden reading a book and planning our day. Very nice. We stayed in this hotel September 2009 for one night at the end of the trip in Sicily before flying to Rome. Our flight to Rome was early morning , so we were looking for hotel with easy access to HWY to airport. This hotel served this function but I would not stay there more than one night... "Comfortable hotel near airport"
The Hotel Casena dei Colli was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The grounds are well-kept, and the hotel is a bit of an oasis in the midst of a mildly chaotic neighborhood. My room was on the second floor, which required me to carry my suitcase up (or down) a half-flight of stairs in order to get to the elevator. My drive from the airport took a while […] due to the traffic, but the return trip (early on Sunday morning) was very quick. This is a good hotel for the money with a nice breakfest. The rooms are a bit dark. They should consider placing more lights. Also, no cable TV, the hotel (according to a staff member) did not renew the contract. So, only 5 channels and they are all in Italian. If you don't speak Italian you'll have no TV.

Nous avons été vraiment déçu par cet hôtel qui se situe loin du centre. Les chambres sont vraiment petites et extrêmement sales (poils dans la douche, aspirateur pas passé,...). Il nous a été impossible de dormir car la clim était défectueuse et des chiens n’arrêtaient d'aboyer dehors. Cet hôtel a été le pire durant notre voyage en Sicile de 15 jours. Bon acceuil, service excellent, loin du centre de palerme mais moyen de transport à proximité. Nous avons passé deux nuits parfaites et le petit déjeuné est vraiment copieux. We spent 4 nights at Hotel Casena Dei Colli. With a car it is a great hotel to stay at as the location is ideal for trips into Palermo center or to the beaches. Nice and quiet location. The family room was spacious and clean and the breakfast buffet was really good. Very recomendable and a great bargain.

Zeer goed hotel voor de prijsklasse. We hadden een zeer ruime 4 persoonskamer. Met eigen slaapkamer, goede bedden en balkon. De kamer werd dagelijks gereinigd en het linnen verschoond. Iedere dag werden er nieuwe shampoos inde badkamer gelegd. Het ontbijt was erg goed. Kortom een aanrader. Ov. In Palermo is minder.

We are a family of four and we chose this hotel because of the location since we were only passing Palermo on our way east. We arrived at the airport in the evening and appreciated the fairly short drive to the hotel (navigator recommended, don't know if we'd found our way without it). I hadn't expected much of the hotel considering the low fare and […] was positively surprised to find a very large suite of two rooms - one with three seperate beds and one with king size bed and one bathroom with shower. Nothing special but adequate for one night. Well functioning AC in both rooms as well as breakfast buffet was included in the price. Staff was very friendly (they also spoke English) and recommended a pizza place five minutes walk from the hotel, which was a hit. Super trevlig personal som verkligen ansträngde sig att tillmötesgå våra frågor och hjälpa oss tillrätta. Det var lätt att hitta till hotellet och det fanns mycket affärer och resturanger på nära håll. Hotellets egen resturang hade också den mycket trevlig personal som var engelsktalande vilket underlättade vid beställningen. Resturanglokalen var dessutom […] helt underbar att sitta i. Återkommer gärna till det här hotellet. Ska jag nämna något negativt så var det saknaden av en pool, men det visste vi ju att det inte fanns någon när vi bokade. Städning varje dag Men...hotellet ligger i ett område utan något alls att köpa och med bara en restaurang-pizzeria. Ingen promenadmöjlighet och tokmycket trafik! Ottimo hotel, consigliato. Ma attenzione, per visitare Palermo e' necessario stare molto attenti la micro criminalità non perdona e le istituzioni sembrano impotenti. Una città che diversamente sarebbe veramente splendida. Mi auguro che in futuro le cose cambino, i Palermitani onesti se lo meritano.
