El hotel esta viejo pero limpio, pero la habitacion no la limpiaron nunca durante nuestra estadia. Lo bueno es que esta cerca de todo y nada mas la queriamos para dormir.

Un lugar definitivamente a descartar, pésimas condiciones. Todo un engaño!

Very noisy guests in the room next door with multiple visitors all night long and the hotel management did nothing to prevent it from repeating the next night. Disappointing. We like the location and the price is somewhat representing what you get....maybe a little bit over actually...

There was construction going on that started at 8 am on the dot, which we all know how enjoyable that will make your stay...so I recommmend if you want to stay here, to make sure the construction is done!! Also, we got the room next to the laundry room which made the entire wall vibrate. And we were on the bottom from while the people above us were […] doing jumpingjacks all night. there was midew in the shower, tv reception was very bad, bed exceptionally hard, clock radio could not be adjusted for time or alarm, office does not open untill 8 am, ice machine was not working, so little parking for guests because of the remodeling construction I was afraid to drive out at night for fear of losing my parking spot as the lot was […] full. I wouldn't stay here unless on a biiiiig budget and also needing to walk some place close by. Hotels.com doesn't tell you about the extra fees which are ~$10/night for wifi/parking which is mandatory, I think it only says $5 on the website here.

there were loud guest on the room across. I satayed with my girl on rom 107 and room 110 did not let us sleep

This hotel is labeled a two star, but it should be a one star. It is in desperate need of repairs and restorations! I decided not to even shower, given the bathroom was too dingy and the towels were old and discolored. Its cheap if you're looking for a bargain but your money is better spent elsewhere!

Worst hotel ever,don't stay there.

the bathroom was dirty and moldy. The parking lot was too small and I prepaid $ 5 per day, there were days that there was no space available.

Should not even have a one star rating..parking horrible...keep looking for another hotel even if cost is more!

The hotel looked ok at first sight, but it ras not Nice. We booker and paid for a 3 persons room, when we steines, we only hot a two persons bed. I have traveled many times. The stay at sunset inn was the worst. I will not recommend to my friends and relatives.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and had a micro/fridge which is a plus! It was conveniently located to many restaurants and things to do.

If you need something that is close to the Hollywood Blvd and cheap then this fits the bill. The Hotel is currently undergoing some building which i think is an extension. The rooms are basic and quite run down and it did have a strange smell but it was fine for what we needed which was simply a room for the night. There are closer motel's than this […] which i don't think from memory were more so they may be a better bet. All in all it wasn't terrible. Last minute... but I don't recommend it. Okay for location and price I suppose. Shouldve read a review and looked for something better.

I chose this one because I was traveling by myself and I didn’t need anything but a bed, water, shower and electricity for my hike to Universal Studios. Yes, the location is right on the main Sunset Blvd and it can be a little noisy, but after turning on the A/C & heat it seemed to drown it out. I found the bed very comfortable as I like a firm mattress […] and the shower water got very hot for me. There is an older TV with some cable channels, but I prefer to watch movies on my laptop and charged up my tech devices for my Universal Adventures. It reminds me of some European type hotels for bicyclists, nothing fancy just good enough. The location is good, the price is good. The motel is not. I killed 2 bugs in the room and the furnishings were bottom of the barrel. Surprisingly quiet for being on the sunset strip though.

On arrival I was a little worried, because the location looked a little shady. It was close to the strip, but we passed several nicer-looking motels even closer. It was beat up, furniture, toilet seats and shower stalls stained and chipped. Barred windows but only on half the windows, which sent the message that bars were needed in that neighborhood but since they covered only half the window they were useless. I saw a lot of negative reviews but decided that for the price and location to WeHo we would try it out anyway. This is the most economical hotel in he entire area. The location is central to downtown LA, UCLA, Beverly Hills shopping, all the film studios, he Hollywood walk of fame, Grauman's Chinese Theatre, great restaurants...perfect for me. For less than $100 a night in Hollywood, you cannot expect luxury living but you do reserve the right to expect basic decency. I don't think I've ever had a worst customer service experience. We got a room, there were clumps of hair on the bed, the sheets were not clean, there were brown specs on the toilet seat that I was able to wipe off, and the shower was so disgusting I would need flip flops to step into it. I had stayed here before (in another room) and had not had an […] issue, so I went back to the front desk to ask if we could have another room. The guy at the front desk asked what the issue was, and I told him about the things I listed above. He then called in the maid that had cleaned the room (who only spoke Spanish) and told her in front of me what I said, then told me to take her with me and show her the problem. This, in of itself, is horrible customer service. How awkward and embarrassing! This woman was ANGRY. We showed her the issues, and she took the clumps of hair off the bed, and said it was clean, while clearly angry. She was raising her voice and talking crap in Spanish (clearly unaware that I understand Spanish). I went back to the front desk, said I wanted another room, and the guy told me that the cleaning lady said it was clean. At this point I got really irritated. I'm not one of those people that have an attitude and come in all snotty, or like to complain and raise hell. I usually try everything I can to NOT have to complain. When I went in there, I was nice about it. The man at the front desk was nothing short of laughing and scoffing about this, after having created an issue with the cleaning ladies. He finally got me keys to another room, and when I went back to the old room to get my stuff, the women were again being very rude in Spanish (thinking I did not understand). The next morning, the same people were STILL working. We walked in to check out and the cleaning ladies were all standing by the front desk saying in Spanish "that's her" as if they had been talking about it the whole time. Unbelievable. I was disappointed because in the website it says the hotel is only 2.7 miles away from universal studios when in reality its 10 to 15 minutes away.

The location of the hotel was great and the rooms were pretty standard. THe showers need to be redone, they are chipping paint very bad. THe service was not friendly at all and the desk person (who happened to be the manager) was extremely rude. We had two rooms when we stayed and at one point the manager came into one of our rooms and told us we needed […] to seperate into our own individual rooms or he would call the police on us. He said only 2 people were allowed in one room because tht is what we registered for. Alls we were doing was watching a movie with our friends and not being loud. Very disappointing experience. The hotel was okay, it wasn't that great, less than what we expected. The reviews now seem like they were decieving. The room lacked maintainence, not modern at all. SERIOUS lack of electric outlets. None in the bathroom - very annoying. Beds were big, but the comforters were torn. Archaic fridge and microwave! I would […] have prefered to have paid little more and stayed at a different place. BEST part is the location - walking distance from hollywood blvd/walk of fame. Breakfast had barely any food. This place was so disgusting. I didn't even want to shower because the showers were so dirty. It was dusty. Honestly, I've been to bad hotels but this one by far has been the worst.

THE MOST DISGUSTING HOTEL I HAVE EVER SEEN PAINT PEELING OF THE WALLS & SMELLED TERRIBLE....

I was not expecting much, but this hotel was very clean and in a good location to tourist sites. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean.The hotel was old and could use new carpet, paint, etc. For its price it is worth it.

I was satisfied with the location and its proximity to the venues I was visiting. There are many eateries next to the motel and within walking distance. Staff was very professional and friendly. The rooms was small but very clean. I was pleasantly surprised to find our room had a refrigerator and a safe.

It was like those cheap motels you see on dusty roads in Oklahoma.

Good location and free wireless but parking is not free.

The rooms are clean, large bed, the bathrooms were a bit old and strange but for this price you can sleep well and plus the hotel has a good location.

This one star outdated motel was within walking distance to the Hollywood stars on Sunset strip. It's not worth the cost.

Great location and polite people. The hotel itself was small and the room was sparse but the stay at the hotel served it's purpose for the evening.
