Lo recomiendo sin duda alguna...hotel tranquilo con pocas habitaciones....servicio excelente y en una zona muy buena de la isla. Sin duda alguna repito la próxima vez que vaya a Barbados

"Very nice rooms - other parts need work"
I really wanted to love The Crane. The room was impressive and very comfortable living space, if we were there for longer we would have definitely taken advantage of the kitchen. Pools were a little murky but overall very pleasant and the grounds were well taken care of. We had a few issues with the service in the L'Azure restaurant but understand now […] it is under construction and we were not in the actual restaurant. There was no power for one of the two days we were there so that was a bummer. i think under normal circumstances I might give this place a higher rating but based on my experience I cannot. Also WIFI only works in the lobby, not in your room or by the pool. Leer más

"The Crane-would be great but...."
The physical facility is wonderful. Our two bedroom with plunge pool was spacious and nicely appointed. Pool towels were all but impossible to obtain on the weekend. Kitchen towels were promised but elusive. Had to ask for the bathmat to be replaced. The people who worked at the Crane were generally unwelcoming and the attitude was "well then don't […] come to Barbados". Food on property was mediocre at best. Highlight was Chef Sylvan who prepared a home made native meal at our condo. Wonderful person and great meal. Barbados was not worth the trip. Leer más
"Much to do About Nothing"
We were initially impressed by the beaches, and what seemed (via the internet ) excellent service but it went from mediocre to downright apathetic and slow service. For starters, we had a "garden view" suite which turned out to overlook a parking lot, extremely slow service (wait 30 minutes for towels at the pool), and the landscaping needs much improvement […] - piles of rocks, unmanicured gardens and what seems like ruins. As for "Zen" the much anticipated restaurant the sushi is pedestrian and unimaginative not to mention the fact that when we specifically requested a spot at the sushi table for 8:30pm we were told we could not have that seat as arranged because the guests prior to us were late in their reservation so we had to be inconvenienced when we patiently arrived on time. There are no waiters circulating around the pool, the restaurants close early, Bar "1887" is extremely hot without air conditioning, "L'Azure" has slipcovers that are so worn on the chairs you can see the beginnings of holes on them. The staff does bare minimum in terms of service. The best advice is to stock the kitchen up with your own supplies as the breakfast buffet is disappointing, lunch is too expensive and dinner mediocre. "20/20 finals Cricket"
we went to barbados for cricket finals we stayed at the crane for 4 days 3 nights. at check in they couldnt find our reservation, the room we got didnt have air-conditioning. we requested another a room they accomadated us with a different room on the third night but that building didnt have power for half the night. "Um pedaço de Paraíso !!!"
O hotel é simplesmente ma-ra-vi-lho-so! A localização é fantástica. Ele foi construído sobre um penhasco - e vc tem a vista para o mar da maioria dos pontos onde se encontra. Há cinco 5 piscinas em diferentes níveis com cenários deslumbrantes do oceano, dos jardins e do resort, e fica difícil escolher entre uma delas. O apartamento é imenso, super bem […] equipado, completo, lindo, limpo - não dá vontade de sair de lá de dentro. O atendimento é nota 10 - especialmente com a Juliet, super simpática, e a amável Stacia. Há ainda restaurantes e até um mercadinho que vende de tudo para quem quiser preparar refeições no quarto. Ah, e tem lojinhas com duty free!!! O local pode até ser afastado do centro - Bridgetown - e do agito de Barbados, mas o The Crane é um pedaço de paraíso. E fornece uma agenda com sugestões de passeios diários e experiências para vc conhecer Barbados. Este hotel VALE A PENA. Uma das melhores experïências no Caribe que tivemos com nossas filhas de 10 e 12 anos. No The Crane, vc tem uma visão muito especial e particular de Barbados - assim como se ficar num hotel em outro ponto da ilha, terá outra sensação bem diferente . Digo isso porque optamos por ficar os primeiros 3 dias em St Lawrence Gap por ser mais próximo do centro, e o nível dos hotéis de lá é regular, ruinzinho. O The Crane foi a melhor das surpresas.
