En lineas generales, podemos indicar que el hotel es aceptable, si bién, se aprecia poca calidad en el cochón y almoadas, que están bastante deterioradas, así como, falta de un bidé en el baño. Lo mejor su situación cerca de la playa y del casco antiguo de Marbella. En cuanto al personal, no hay nnguna queja.

Having stayed here on many visits to Marbella I find the location, standards and comfort to be great.

From the arrival process to check out this short break was a real pleasure. The gentleman on reception greeted us warmly and made our check in painless. The restaurant staff were friendly and provided an excellent service. The lunches were very tasty. The studio apartment was opposite that of our friends as requested on our booking. Hotel was in a perfect location situated at the beachfront. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Rooms were very clean. We will be staying again.

Stayed last week of august,room was clean with nice kitchenette and small shower room.Definitely not 4 star but good 3 star. Great location right on the prom near all restaurants shops etc. Restaurant with outside terrace and great sea views on 8th floor.Pool on the 9th floor was quite small and not heated ,not a problem in hot weather. The big problem […] with this hotel are some of the reception staff who are at best off hand and at worst rude. On arrival a couple in front of me who were making a reasonable complaint about their room were told that if they were unhappy to check out in the morning and leave,a first on my travels.My own check in was preformed in a cold manner without the usual welcome.On check out I was not asked if I enjoyed my stay ,wished a pleasant on ward journey or even said good bye to,I was the only one checking out at the time so it was not as if they were busy. Some of the reception staff were fine but at least 3 I met need to get out of the hotel trade as it does not suit them. When I return to Marbella I shall go back to the El Fuerte next door which I have stayed in before and is an excellent hotel and worth the extra money,a 4star which is close to 5.For that reason I would not recommend this hotel. We had a studio apartment at the Princesa Playa for a week. It was a good enough hotel for a week of lounging around by the sea. My main complaint was the fact that there is only free wifi in the lobby. I would have preferred to have wifi in my room (even if I would have had to pay for it). The rooftop pool was good, albeit small. It offers a good […] alternative to the crowded beaches. Service was generally good, especially from the reception desk. Some of the staff were a bit distant and cold, which more to be expected in northern Europe rather than the south of Spain, but the service wasn't lacking. They even checked us in early as we arrived in Marbella at around 11:45 am, whereas check-in time was at 15:00. Regarding the room, my wife complained about the limited range of kitchen utensils, and whatever was there was quite low quality. There was also a lingering smell of stale food in the room as the extractor fan over the stove was not working. The location was excellent. Although the beach directly in front of the hotel was a bit rocky (just under the waterline, not on the beach itself), there are sandy beaches either side no more than 5 minutes away. The old town was also easily within reach and there is a small mini-mart nearby that can satisfy most of guests' needs. Overall, it was a good enough hotel. I probably paid over-the-top for booking late, but if you can get this place for a bargain, I would say it's worth it. Leer más

Hotel is quiet, right on the beach - great location for restaurants and beach. We where there for a party holiday, and puerto banus is great location for that. Puerto Banus is a 13 euro taxi fare away from the apartment. Great hotel, great town - would definately recomend. These hotel apartments were very well situated on the front and nearby Orange Square etc. Pool was on the small side and room a wee bit cramped but very clean. There was no kettle in the room but overall I would say it was very good but not great.

It's was an excellent place for vacation

The Apartamentos Princesa Playa is a great hotel and location except for the fact that they were renovating a number of apartments during my stay. Drills, electric saws and constant banging in my ears whilst trying to enjoy my siesta!

Only came for the weekend, the hotel was in perfect location, right on the beach with great amenities restaurants and bars near by. The room spacious and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is in a great location -- and is a solid value. The apartments are very clean, and spacious relative to typicaly Euro accomodations. The hotel was a perfect location. Bus service from Malaga Airport direct to Marbella is a brillant service. Five minutes walk from Hotel to Orange Square in the old town. Lovely relaxing pool area on the 9th floor which was a nice alternative if you did not want to sun bath on the beach which was right outside the front door. Only negative thing I could […] say about the Hotel were the beds. They could do with new mattresses, they were so uncomfortable. Also make sure you are not in one of the rooms to the back of the Hotel. When we checked in they were putting us in one and they reluctantly gave us a side view even though we had booked a sea view. I like it very much very closed to the beach and the city center

Great location. Rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. Overall, the hotel was nice. Location was the best part.

I stayed for 6 nights. It was perfect located at the beach, maybe not the best beach in the area but absolutely ok. I was lucky to get a new room once to get the seaview. The apartmenthotel was well kept and clean, the staff was nice and I would love to stay there again. The wifi is in the receptionarea, not in the apartments. I never give online hotel reviews, but having just had 6 nights here it deserves a mention. It's on the beach in Marbella. You fall out of the hotel onto the promenade for leaisurely walks. It's right near Orange Square, THE place to sit and eat in Marbella. It was less than half the cost of any hotel near it You have a fridge to keep your beer […] cold What more do you want. This is defintely more an apartment then a hotel. Rooms are basic, yet clean. Hotel overall is very dated. Great location - on sea front and 5 mins walk to Old town (nicest part of Marbella town). Pool on rooftop unusual and patio area can get very warm. Location and value alone makes this a winner.

Lovely hotel very good value. Rooms spacious , airy and clean. Maid service daily. Breakfast wasn't included for our stay but we paid to have it on a couple of mornings and was excellent. Large buffet with choice of hot and cold food of good quality. Good location opposite beach couple mins walk to main restaraunts and bars. Would return!

The location and big rooms make this a gem of the Marbella boardwalk - especially for the price.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It would, however, been perfect if we had been been allocated a front-facing apartment overlooking the sea. I would recommend this hotel for its location, cleanliness and price. I stayed in an apartment with a pullout sofa. Although it was fine for 2 people I would find it very cramped for 3 people. The staff were nice and the hotel was quiet.

This hotel is really good value for its price. It is on the promenade facing the beach. The hotel is clean and has a rooftop pool. The staff are friendly and helpful.

the room felt like a premier inn in UK. Front of house staff were not welcoming & did not make us feel at home. However the hotel is very close to the beach, restaurants and local entertainments so we ignored the staff and enjoyed our stay.

Vakkert hotell med flott frokostsalong på toppen med fantastisk utsikt - alt var greit - kunne bare ønsket oss trådløst nett på rommet også - hadde dette kun i fellesrommene.

Fin leilighet, med kjøkken og spisestue. Balkong med havutsikt. Flott basseng og restaurant på toppen av hotellet. Kjempe fint å spise frokost der. Hyggelig betjening. Gangavstand til gamlebyen, Orange Square. Fint torg med mange restauranter.

Très bon hotel, nous avons eu une chambre avec vu sur la mer pour ne rien gâcher au plaisir. Le coeur de ville est facilement accessible à pied.

Prima zeer ruime kamer. Jammer alleen dat er geen wifi op de kamer was. Mooi hotel met leuk zwembad op het dak op een uitstekende locatie.

Vi bodde her i en uke og synes først at beliggenheten var helt utmerket! Da vi skulle sove hørte vi ALT. Vi hørte det plinge i heisen, folk snakke, dusjing på andre rom og toalett. Det var helt forferdelig lytt og noen ganger var det vanskelig å sove. Det var også maur på rommet som var ekkelt. Det var også en rar lukt på rommet vi aldri ble kvitt og […] det virka ikke som om vaskedamen var så nøye med vaskingen. Personalet var greie, men vi hadde en ubehagelig episode med en taxisjåfør som ikke ville slippe oss ut av taxien så vi kunne rekke flyet! Very nice hotel, good price and excellent location. Only drawback is that the rooms have no soundproofing. It's like the walls are made of paper. Will book again at next visit.

Det er utrolig lydt mellom rommene. Når personene i naborommet snakker eller er på badet høres det ut som de er i samme rom som deg. Svømmebassenget er mikroskopisk. Sengene er harde. Det positive er at hotellet har en kjempebra beliggenhet. Bra renhold. Det er parkeringsgarasje i kjelleren. Kjekt når man har leiebil.

Zentrallage, direkt am Meer. Sauber. Zimmer etwas klein. Küche gut ausgerichtet. Parking Euro: 14.- pro Tag und Safe im Zimmer Euro: 12.75 pro Tag. Kein Frühstück im Zimmerpreis. Andere 4-Sterne Hotels in Marbella bieten dies alles im Zimmerpreis und sind nicht teuerer. Es gibt aber keine Küche im Zimmer. Ansonst zufrieden.

Bra läge med 10 m till stranden. Nära till barer och restauranger med bra kvalité. Kan gott rekomenderas.

Supert hotell med knallfin beliggenhet. Ligger nesten på stranda, kun få meter å gå. Nærme gamlebyen og nærme sentrum. Bor gjerne her igjen. Eneste negative er at frokost må kjøpes separat, og er dyrt. 12 euro per person per dag. Ellers supert hotell, fint basseng på taket. Lite folk der, ikke noe problem å få plass. Selv om vi reiste uten barn ville […] hotellet passet bra for barn pga beliggenheten og lite trafikk utenfor. Stille og knallfin utsikt dersom man får rom mot vannet. Hotellet er generelt ok, men flere ting skæmmer lidt i bedømmelsen: 1) Hotellet fremstår noget slidt. Der er pænt og rent, men slidt 2) Nabolaget er mildt sagt trist. Et lukket indkøbscenter, som er ved at falde helt sammen er nærmeste nabo. Man skal dog ikke gå mere en 20 mtr. så er man direkte på strandpromenaden med alt hvad dertil hører 3) Vi […] lejede en studio-lejlighed med køkken. Men køkkenet var uden opvaskebørste og middel, så vi kunne ikke vaske ordentligt op. Det bar servicet også præg af at beboerne før os heller ikke havde kunnet - ikke så lækkert Leer más

Perfekt beliggenhet på stranden med kort vei til gamlebyen. Fine rom, men litt dårlig rengjøring på badet. Har bodd her to ganger og vil bo her ved neste besøk også.

Fint og moderne hotell rett ved stranda i Marbella. Vi fikk balkong mot "baksiden" og så derfor rett inn i et annet bygg- noe som var litt kjedelig. Men flott takterasse og baseng på toppen. Kort vei å gå til gamlebyen som er kjempekoselig med alt av restauranter og kafeer.
