"Great Hotel : shame about the car park"

This is a lovely hotel in a fantastic location in the shadow of the Alhambra. If you are taking a car , find out about the car park first . We made the mistake of thinking we could drive up to drop bags off and you can't . So save yourself a tense half hour of circling around in the heat of the day by finding out . Then arrive and enjoy the very short walk to some nice cafes and /or the bus stop /taxi rank or even the slightly longer walk to the Alhambra itself.

"Great location, very charming"

The hotel is on a side street very close to a central square with restaurants and bars. The staff was helpful in explaining where to find the nearest bus to the Alhambra. We were also about a 5 min walk from Ferdinand and Isabella's Royal Chapel. In regards to the hotel, I thought it was very charming. Our room wasn't very big like most of the hotel rooms in Spain, but it fit our needs considering we were hardly in the room. There wasn't an elevator, so we had to haul our luggage up three flights, but other than that I truly enjoyed our stay.

"Perfect for Granada"

I went to this hotel under the recommendations of my friend from Granada who got married there. The hotel is a very old building in the old historic center of the city and has retained all the charm of Andalusia, yet the rooms are comfortable and the bathroom remodeled. This is not really for business travellers, but I brought my laptop and used their internet access (old school ethernet, you have to configure the IP address). The hotel is two minutes from Plaza Nueva and the Iglesia Santa Ana. No pool, but the Air Condition works, which is a prerequisite if you travel to Granada in summer...
