Es un buen hotel, la habitación era muy espaciosa, el baño algo pequeño en relación a la habitación pero con todo lo necesario. Muy buen desayuno y el personal en general fue muy agradable en todo momento. Fue una lastima sentirnos incómodos por el ruido que de noche procedía del pasillo del hotel y creo que lo originaba una pequeña máquina de hacer […] cubitos de hielo que podia haber sido instalada en zonas alejadas de las habitaciones. Por lo demás, si tienes coche y vas a pasar una breve estancia en Dublín puede ser una buena elección y aunque no está cerca del aeropuerto te facilitan la llegada sin problema. After finding hotel met with excellent service, pleasant & helpful. Room very good & clean. Very comfortable. Bar area very relaxing with superb bar food.

Great hotel, massive room and at a great price, very convienient for us because we were flying to dublin airport early in the morning. There is alos a complementary shuttle bus provding to the airport.

We were on an extended stay with family and chose to stay in a hotel the night before our flight, and it was a very positive experience. Everyone was kind with amazing service and the accomodations were in perfect condition. Breakfast the next morning had a lot to chose from and was great!

Despite having booked a b&B rate with Hotels.com the waiter in the restaurant (twice!) and reception insisted it wasn't included. Had to e mail the hotel a copy of my booking confirmation to satisfy them that it was. This hotel is NOT on the airport campus either. Probably 4 Km to Terminals! ;(

Lovely hotel. Large modern room, great breakfast. While convenient to the airport there is nothing within walking distance.

I was really surprised at the standard and quality of this hotel. i would recommended it to everyone, especially around the christmas period. The children loved it too and the food was exceptional.

i have noew stayed several times in this hotel and have recommended it to friends and family who have also stayed all in all this is a good hotel with excellent srevice the only thing i think lets it down is the quality of the beds. They are not the most comfortable .

Room good size, bed comfy, bathroom small but clean ! But...standard not as expected for a hilton hotel, as carpet is terribly old and full of dirty stains - really bad ! Stayed 2 nights and pillowcases were not changed - poor service. Requested connecting rooms,as we booked 2, and on arrival reception guy couldn't care less ! Was given 1 room facing […] the backyard and the other down the corridor, facing the front street, after i asked room with a view ! No hotel slippers, gown in room or water ! As others said, you can't open the windows! Can;t see why they didn't think of it, as to be able to open just a bit, when needed, makes a big difference. Ate in the restaurant, food ok but again service terrible, not enough staff it seems, plus they need training at customer relations ! Overall, not happy with our stay ! As we stayed at the weekend, we were not charged the 5 euros a night for parking - well small consolation !!! Will we stay there again? Don't think so ! Leer más

Fantastic hotel,friendly and helpful staff....heating and air con very loud in bedroom, also guests have to pay for parking

I found the staff to be very helpful and accomodating to make our stay very enjoyable. I dinned in the hotel on the Saturday night and thought the food was to a very good standard. This was our last stop of a 3 week trip across the UK and Ireland. During that 3 weeks every hotel offered free wifi services. Hell, these days most pubs, coffee shops, and restaurants offer free wifi. Then we arrive at a "4 star" Hilton hotel. There they want to charge 15 Euro PER NIGHT for wifi service ! I asked them how they can possibly justify […] that price.. They had no answer, only an apology. I refused to pay that. The rooms were also way too warm. I kept the thermostat at the lowest possible setting but it made no difference. The room was always too warm to be considered comfortable. I would never recommend this hotel to a friend. As to the neighborhood, there is only one restaurant. We didn't try it. The menu in the hotel restaurant was thin and uninteresting. The pub menu had a bit more variety, but the food was simply boring. The service in the pub was poor also. We had to flag down a server to take our order. They offered no condiments with our meal. The barkeeps were attentive if you were a female, but otherwise cleaning glasses and the back of the bar were more important than serving guests. AVOID ! Leer más

We drove around Ireland, a bit tricky for Americans. Ended at the Dublin Hilton Airport, the very observant shuttle driver, Pierce said to follow him, and he would get us back to the rental car place at airport. He then waited for us, and drove us back to hotel. During last week overnight there are roadworks on the main junction , right in front of the hotel, the road works went on all night for all the time of my stay. Little to say that is was very noisy !!!!

Everything was good the only problem I had the maid walked into my room at 10.30 am to ask me what time I was checking out at I was not happy with this ,management ware very nice

Check in was simple with a gracious receptionist. All staff were receptive to questions and very helpful. Lovely hotel, good food and service in the restaurant and bar. On time/schedule shuttle service to and from the hotel. **It would be helpful if when confirming the reservation, you tell folks where to pick up the shuttle at the airport - it took […] a bit of time to get a direct answer and then find the pick up spot. Rate included breakfast. As we were leaving at 5am just assumed we would forgo that. But they allowed us to choose from a range of items and left a packed breakfast for us to pick up on departure, along with a fresh tea or coffee. Brilliant! It's also only 10 mins by free shuttle back to airport, so perfect for that early morning flight home.

The only bad thing about this hotel was the expensive wifi. 20 euros for 24 hours! Other than that a great hotel with a lovely room and friendly staff.

Hilton was the only hotel that i stayed at in all of Ireland that charged for internet access!

We were gone for 9 nights and this was the best hotel we stayed at while we were away. The desk help could not have been nicer or more accomodating. The room was similar to what we expect in the states. While Europe is amazing it was nice to get back to ice machines, nice sized rooms, and first place that had a/c. Service was out of this world!! the front office staff were particularly great. Reasonable rates and convenient access to the airport . I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had an overnight stay at the Hilton Dublin Hotel - we had 3 rooms (10 people) - the buffet breakfast was great, the beds were comfy, the rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. Airport shuttle drivers were great and on time! Would recommend this hotel. Loved the personal greeting that welcomed us to our room.

had a good nights stay here while waiting for my plane. was typical hilton, comfortable, clean and the staff were excellent. highly recommend.

The hotel is good. The breakfast is great. The staff is ok. The only major thing I would change about it is that the internet costs a lot. The business center doesn't even have free wifi, which is really crazy. Across the street, at Tesco, you can get online for way less money than at the hotel. It was a nice hotel to stay at. It was across the street from a Tesco which was very convenient for late night food shopping. It was not as close to the city center as I thought. Had to take a bus to get there and then it was difficult to find the bus stop to get back. It included breakfast which was good but if I had understood how far it was from […] the city center (20 minute bus ride) I would have paid the same amount and stayed those 2 nights at The Gresham. The hotel is a 5-7 minute shuttle drive to the airport. It is best to ccall in advance and find out where to pick up the shuttle and what its pick-up schedule is. You can also do this at the airport terminal upon arrival. The room was clean and spacious. The TV selection was fine. The buffet breakfast was very good.

Nice hotel but totally geared toward the American traveller. If you are looking for a true European experience look elsewhere. If you need a familiar environment close to the airport, this hotel is perfect. My only real beef - 20 Euro for 24 hours of wi-fi is completely RIDICULOUS! The hotel was clean and provided convenient airport shuttle at no extra charge. However, i would only recommend this hotel to someone looking for a place to stay by the airport because there are much better values in the city that aren't too far from airport by cab or shuttle. The rooms are fairly basic but clean. Excellent services for the warm welcoming staff, nice location for travellers who wants a good day to rest and away from the noise of the city especially if you have a flight to catch...Many variety of choices for breakfast and a grocery store nearby but compared to others with the same ratings???Don't sit in the couch and stay in the middle of the […] bed coz i've got asthma attack after 3 days of stay' im disappointed with the cleanliness for a 4 star hotel...But all in all I still recommend it.. I opted for a deluxe room, it was a surprise for our anniversary. The bed was small and uncomfortable, the air con inadequate (which given you can't open the windows meant a stuffy night ), the breakfast buffet was poor (the cooking of it that is, not the variety) and to cap it all the shower wasn't working properly so we had to leave unwashed! Dont be fooled into thinking that this airport hotel is at the airport. It's nowhere near the airport. once you get to the hotel after a 30 minute bus ride you will be greeted by 3 check in desks. The queue could be long & even though all 3 desks are manned only 1 can check you in. Very poor service indeed. Then when you exit the elevator on your floor […] it stinks of cigarette smoke. The room and service were excellent! Breakfast was great. While arrangements must be made for the free shuttle to the airport, everything worked well. Taking a city bus into Dublin city center is an easy option for sight seeing. My family and I loved our stay.

The staff at this hotel were friendly, and nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was clean and very comfortable, the shower excellent. The breakfast buffet was beyond reproach, we will always stay here when in Dublin
