"I will stay here again!"
This hotel was like a fairy tale. The rooms were decorated just like the pictures on the internet. The bathrooms were gorgeous and the staff practically fell over themselves to make sure you were happy! Our room overlooked the canal and it was perfect!

A small but perfectly formed hotel right in the centre of beautiful historic Bruges. The service was attentive and personalised, nothing too much trouble. The champagne breakfast is worth the expense, delicious and in a wonderfully cosy dinning room with fabulous views over the canal. A very romantic place to stay, we will definitely return!

As this was out 30th wedding anniversary we had decided to treat ourselves to a few days in Bruges. We chose this hotel from the internet as it seemed to fit our requirements - close to the centre and comfortable. We were very pleased with what we got. The room was comfortable and quiet despite being on the "street" side. The breakfast was fine if a […] little expensive and the service was super. The personnel were resonsive to our needs and I felt looked after us. My husband was ill one morning and they were supportive of his needs. They kindly looked up good restaurants to visit and telephoned our reservations for us. We would certainly go back. The one area for improvement is the re-instituiton of the restaurant. We would have liked to eat a meal in the lovely dining area at night with the lit canal in the background. How romantic that would have been, even for two old fogeys! Leer más
"Beautiful hotel, Amazing staff"
Our room was tiny but beautiful and overlooked the canal. Brand new large modern bathroom was a plus. Can't say enough about the staff! Friendly and helpful. Made it feel like home.
"More charming than comfortable"
The front desk staff was very helpful and very professional. The art work in the lobby was impressive. The room could have been more comfortable; there was no desk or table on which to put anything. There was no coffee available in the morning except at the overpriced breakfast buffet.The stairway to and from the room was insufficiently lighted and […] rather dangerous. It is necessary to ring a bell in order to enter the hotel and the staff was not always immediately available to let us in. Our overall experience at this Hotel was very satisfying. The room was very clean and our roon had a nice view. It was a comfortable and roomy king size bed.
