Está muy bien situado, la habitación muy bien también. El único pero es el horario de recepción, de 8 a 20 de lunes a sábado. Y si llegas a otra hora o en festivo como nos pasó a nosotros, no hay nadie en la puerta del hotel. Tienes un teléfono en la puerta que te conecta con un recepcionista de otro hotel que tiene la cadena en Espoo y éste te va diciendo […] qué hacer. Primero marcar el código en la puerta para acceder al hotel. Luego una vez dentro otro, otro código para poder coger la lleva que está dentro de una caja fuerte. No tuvimos problema porque hablamos inglés pero si no lo hablas será un poco difícil entrar si llegas fuera del horario de recepción.El restaurante dónde sirven el desayuno quizá es demasiado pequeño. El hotel está bien situado, cerca del centro y las instalaciones resultan cómodas y adecuadas. El personal es amable y correcto. El espacio para el desayuno resulta muy pequeño y algo agobiante.

Nice appartementhotel in the center. Very silent rooms and breakfast ok, but the price per night could be lower, if you make your own breakfast in the room. Friendly staff. Pets allowed, great! We stayed in two hotels during our time in Helsinki. Because we had two nights only at the Hellsten Helsinki Parliament, we qualified for the complimentary breakfast. For longer stays, breakfast is not included because each room has a kitchen and all appliances. In our room the dishes, cups, and silverware needed cleaning although everything else about […] the room was great, especially the roominess.The breakfast room was small, but the food and selection was good. The hotel is very close to the National Museum of Finland and only minutes walk to the #10 and #4 Tram line. The railway station is one stop away and only a 12 minute walk. The only hidden cost was the 3 euros each night to change the towels. You can opt out of getting clean towels, but that's not always the best choice. Great internet connection. Leer más

This was a wonderful hotel. Very clean and quiet, simple but cozy. The location is great: it was about 12-15 min walk from the central station and the downtown, in a very quiet block. There is a very nice playground/park right across the street, so if you're traveling with kids, it's just perfect. My only complaint is that the hotel never contacted […] me after I made the reservation, and I had no idea the reception was going to be closed on the day we arrived (it was a Saturday). I needed accommodation in Helsinki at short notice and booked a 3-night stay at Hellsten Helsinki Parlament. I had booked a single room, but was upgraded to a larger apartment with a separate bedroom. The apartment was very spacious, clean and quiet. Nice modern bathroom and kitchenette. Breakfast itself was nothing to rave about, but enough to get started for the day. Staff both at reception and in breakfast room was very friendly and helpful. Our apartment was very pleasant, quiet and clean. Although the reception area and the breakfast room were tiny the apartment was adequate for our family of four. We walked everywhere as the apartment was less than a kilometre from the city centre. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful and the laundry facilities were good, which is a huge bonus […] when travelling with kids. Very nice apartment (5 minutes walking distance of the city centre) in a lovely and quiet neighbourhood. Modern, clean and nicely decorated. There is a 24hour phone service, in case guests need anything when reception is closed. I enjoyed my stay there and definitely recommend it.

I really enjoyed my stay in Stayat Parliament. The location was perfect, only few minutes walk from the city centre. The apartment was nice and big. Kitchen corner was small but adequate. Breakfast was quite basic but good. And it is not a 5 star hotel so you get what you pay for. I would definitelly go back!

the hotel is centrally located with the main sites within a 15 minute walk but with the trams much closer and much quicker. The apartments have a fridgete and limited cooking facilities which means you can self cater. breakfast is included and overall a clean centrally located hotel

The hotel and room are just as described. The well equipped kitchen and spacious dining area makes life a lot easier; simple meals and especially lazy mornings are great when you just want to relax! Less than 10 minutes walk from the centre, helpful staff, spacious apartment rooms and cheaper than most hotels to boot. My only criticism would be the very poor breakfast service (often running out of bowls etc leaving us to eat cereal with a fork from a plate one morning!).

There is a large sitting room with a fold out couch. The bed room was also very large with 2 twin beds. Kitchen area was well organized with things you needed to use the stove top and microwave oven. It was very handy with a large refrigerator. Breakfast buffet was great. It was in the restaurant next door with access off of the lobby. You may need […] reservations if you would like to eat there in the evening. Walking to the different sites was easy, and the trolly system is close. To get there from the airport, take the Finnair bus to city center. It is located west of the National Museum. Be aware that the front desk is only open from 8 AM to 8 PM Monday through Friday. There is a phone in the lobby and in your room where you can call someone if you need help. We were there for 7 nights, so they serviced the room half way through our stay. Normally it is only after you leave if you stay is less than 7 nights. Would love to stay there again. While walking, watch for the signs on the sidewalks, one side is for walking, and the other side is for bicycles. The Helsinki pass was great for us. We used the trolly system and went to enough museums for it to pay for itself. Leer más

These apartments are fantastic value. Four of us stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment with a sofa bed - there was plenty of space, a clean and well-equipped kitchen, decent sized bathroom and the furnishings were of a very high standard. There's also a very nice, free sauna in the basement. Hotelli sijaitsee hyvällä paikalla lähellä keskustaa. Museot ovat lähellä, se oli oman vierailumme pääasia. Pikkukeittiöstä löytyi kaikki tarpeellinen ja aamupalan sai näin itsekin järjestymään. Huoneessa olisi hyvä olla infoa käytännön asioista hotellissa. Pelastautumisohje oli keskeisillä paikalla ja se oli hyvä!

Добрый день, очень приятные аппартаменты. Нам понравилось. Минус только, что Reception работает с 8 до 20 дня, а мы этого не знали, приехали ночью. Но это не столь важно, если вы заранее узнаете как заселиться самим, без участия сотрудника отеля, заранее предупредити их об этом.

Чудесный отель с домашней обстановкой.Тихий центр-Музейная улица. Очень удобное расположение.

Внимание! в отеле рецепция отсутствует по субботам-воскресеньям и праздничным дням и после 20.00 в будни. При заселении в эти дни и часы общаться с персоналом приходится исключительно по домофону: говорить и понимать надо быстро. Непонятно, как привлечь уборщицу в номер. В остальном претензий нет

Hyvä palvelu, hyvä sijainti, miellyttävä hintataso ja perussiisti huone. Kaikki siis kohdallaan peruslomailijalle.

Olimme positiivisesti yllättyneitä ja olemme kehuneet ja mainostaneet .Palvelu oli ystävällistä, huomioivaa ja itse hotelli todella viehättävä ja sijainti Hgin paras.Tulemme jatkossakin suosimaan Hellsteniä ja emme enää käytä suuria hotelliketjuja.Tilaa oli todella reilusti, kaikki toimi ja olo oli vielä kodikas.

Kätevä sijainti, minikeittiö, vankka rakennus, mutkaiset käytävät, korkea huone, tyylikkyyttä. Ainoa jota kaipaisin, oli puhelinnumero, mihin soittaa tarvittaessa viikonloppuna, kun respa oli kiinni.

Sehr empfehlenswert für Kurzurlaub in Helsinki. Hotel ist zweckmässig, einfach und an ruhiger Lage. Auch Check-In rund um die Uhr kein Problem. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Sauna - diese kann die Erwartungen nicht erfüllen.

Все хорошо, но гостиница совсем недешевая. С другой стороны, в центре Хельсинки дешевых нет.

Har lige overnættet i Hotel Hellsten Parliament i Helsinki for tredje gang på grund af arbejde, og er lige så tilfreds som jeg har været de begge to gange før. Hotellet passer perfekt til mig, når jeg rejser pga jobbet. Værelserne/lejlighederne er meget stille og rolige og man føler sig hjemme. Personalet i reception er utrolig venlige, og det er også […] helt ok at de kun er til stede mellem kl 8-20. Det eneste minus er morgenmaden, som jeg synes er lidt kedelig. Jag uppskattar möjligheten att laga enklare rätter i rummets köksvrå. Det är få hotell som erbjuder detta och det var största skälet till att jag valde detta boende. Jag bodde i en lägenhet med sovrum och vardagsrum med skrivplats och köksvrå. Lägenheten var väldigt ljus och trivsam, men lite sliten. Veckostädningen var bra, men det verkar vara länge […] sedan det gjordes en grundligare städning, skräp under badkaret och damm bakom sängarna. Receptionen var endast öppen vardagar mellan 8 och 20. De som jobbade var väldigt tillmötesgående, men dessvärre brast det med deras underleverantörer, så jag fick aldrig tillgång till den svenskspråkiga TV-kanalen, då TVn aldrig blev fixad. Internet krävde sladduppkoppling och den fungerade hyfsat så länge man inte behövde ladda upp några stora filer. Frukosten var basic med bröd, pålägg, flingor, fil, mjölk, ägg, kaffe och te. Die fehlende direkte Rezeption am Wochenende ist nicht komfortabel auch wenn per Telefon die Rezeption des Hotels in Espoo erreicht werden kann. Das Frühstückszimmer ist zu klein und führt zu Stoßzeiten dazu, dass Hotelgäste wieder gehen, da kein Sitzplatz zu bekommen ist. Man sollte dieses Hotel ohne Frühstück buchen können, da man eine Küche hat und das Restaurant in dem das Frühstück eingenommen wird viel zu klein ist und die Auswahl auch.

Dit hotel is een aanrader voor wie een rustig gelegen hotel zoekt dicht bij het centrum (5 minuten lopen vanaf het Centraal Station). Het hotel ligt in een rustige en fraaie wijk achter het nationaal museum. De kamer is eigenlijk een appartement met een eigen keukenblok (voorzien van alle benodigdheden zoals servies en bestek voor 4 personen) en een […] zeer ruime kamer. Enkele opmerkingen om verrassingen te voorkomen : Het - eenvoudige - ontbijtbuffet wordt geserveerd in een relatief kleine gelegenheid (20 zitplaatsen) die vanaf 11 uur als zelfstandig restaurantje in gebruik is. De receptie is 's avonds en in het weekend niet bemand; contact verloopt dan zo nodig via een telefoonverbinding met de locatie in Espoo. Fornem placering og et værelse i top med god plads - og med et net tekøkken, der med fordel kan anvendes til morgenmad på værelset, da stedets morgenrestaurant ikke lever op til standarden. Hotellet er kun betjent hverdage i dagtimerne. Friske håndklæder etc. må man bede om i receptionen. Ellers alt OK.

Todella ihmisläheinen siisti ja mukava hotelli. Kulku esim. rautatieasemalle helppo ja lyhyt matka, asemalta pääsi sitten joka paikkaan mihin vain mieli mennä.Kiitos mukavista päivistä.

Het enige nadeel aan het hotel, is dat de ontbijtzaal werd verbouwd en het ontbijt om die reden de dag ervoor werd afgeleverd. Een zeer beperkte versie van het ontbijt dat normaliter geserveerd zou worden dus. Om die reden heeft het hotel in het algemeen een 3/5 beoordeling gekregen. Als ik het ontbijt wegdenk, had ik een prima verblijf. Mijn ruime […] kamer had een eigen kitchenette met allerlei kookgereedschap en een moderne badkamer. De prijs was in goede verhouding tot de kwaliteit. De receptie is beperkt geopend; het hotel is te betreden met de kamerkaart. Dit is een minpuntje voor service dus; voor vragen of opmerkingen moet je de openingstijden in acht nemen (in het weekend zeer beperkt). De ligging is uitstekend; het is een rustig gebied maar toch op loopafstand van het centrum. Er is ook voldoende horeca rondom het hotel. De kamer wordt 1 keer per week opgeruimd, op een vaste dag voor alle kamers. Leer más

Viimeisenä aamuna aamiaishuone oli auki, mutta jouduin lähtemään aikaisin. Olisin halunnut edes kupin kahvia, mutta ei onnistunut, joten se tarkoitti, että ei mitään aamiaista. Aivan mainio hotelli lapsiperheille. Lyhyet, käytännössä käveltävät matkat joka paikkaan mm. Linnanmäki, Kauppatori. Huoneistossa oleva pieni keittiö antaa mahdollisuuden tekaista pikaiset lasten makuun sopivat ateriat, eikä tarvitse kärsiä ravintolassa lasten syömättömyyden ja kalliiden hintojen kanssa.
