me gusto mucho el concepto que manejan todo esta muy padre y si regresaria.

Aunque el personal se esfuerza y el hotel es bonito; falta atención a los detalles que distinguen a los hoteles recordables; muy caro y sobrecalificado para lo que realmente es el hotel

Amazing place! Lovely staff willing to go the extra mile to meet your needs.. Couldnt have asked for any more.. Will definately be staying here again!

My wife and I are nomads and travel on business constantly . . . we really needed some rest and relaxation. This "all adult" and "all inclusive" resort hotel was perfect for us! Just got back from a one week stay at Live Aqua where we had booked a great deal with Hotels.com. Traveling for the holidays with my family, we enjoyed luxury, comfort, and excellent service in an all adult setting. At first I was hesitant to book this stay because the hotel is all inclusive but I truly felt that I was relaxing, eating, and drinking […] in a special atmosphere. We booked 2 Aqua suites which included access to the club floor, cabanas, and 20 minute foot massages daily. The service to customer ratio was 3 to 1 and you could feel it in the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff. We never encountered any impolite or even distracted staff members. The spa was also very good. I often stay in hotels such as the Ritz Carlton or better. This hotel was an excellent value and equal in hospitality. Many of the staff went out of their way to make us feel like valued guests. Those staff members at the pool/beach include Alejandro who managed to secure our cabanas and massages each day, and Gerardo, and Filipe who gave us excellent service. We arrived and had booked a Viento suite, they stated they were "sold out" and could not accommodate our reservation. They put us in a regular King room, and would not let us discuss the issue with a manager, insisting that she was too busy. The pool and wait staff were wonderful though. If you want to relax and unwind this is the place for you. The spa is world class. The hotel and surrouunding area is beautiful. I was there for 8 days all inclusive. The food can get to be redundant. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. If you want night life you need to leave the hotel. The TV does not offer a lot of variety in English so bring some […] books. The entire staff is extremely helpful and willing to make your stay better. The resort was clean, modern with a comfortable feel. The bar has top shelf liquor that you would not find at other all inclusive style places. The food wasn't bad either. There were menus to choose from ( not the typical buffets all the time) and very interesting pairings. […] A lot of extras included as well ( yoga, salsa lessons, ect). We spent 4 days at Live Aqua for our honeymoon. The hotel is understated and elegant with excellent, but not "in your face" service. This is mostly couples only with a friendly atmosphere, but they are there to relax with their loved one and stay to themselves in a highly soothing environment. The food is excellent, particularly the breakfasts at Siete, […] and there is a nice espresso bar with great cookies and pastries. The views from the rooms are stunning. The pool area is beautiful with nice views of the ocean, especially from the infinity pool. The beach is a few steps from the pool area which allows easy come-and-go between both areas. During one of the dinners at Ozur on the beach, we released baby tortoises into the ocean which was a lot of fun. Overall a wonderful hotel in a great location. Highly recommended. Leer más

A fantastic resort, food was delicious, staff was friendly, great spa and gym (great trainer Fernando). The view from my room was fantastic, idealic, the bast part is that I had to leave.....

Nothing wrong could be said about the Live Aqua! It was beyond our expectations. The staff was absolutely amazing, with a lot of attention to the details. The restaurants were top class, as long as you know what to choose between all the choices! We will definetely go back to the Live Aqua! I have traveled far and wide and this is the BEST, most POSH, most UPSCALE resort I have ever seen. And I don't mean POSH in the ultra-glamorous, abnoxious kind of way. I mean it in the most elegant, perfectly romantic, and satisfying way. I don't want to spoil the numerous small details that are there to surprise you and overdeliver on the promise […] of exceptional experience. Food is the best. The bartender Raul in the lower level bar is a master of his craft - the most sophisticated mixologist I've ever met. Pools are mind boggling and the beach is great. There are no laundry facilities for self use. Breakfast are is in a corner not open ocean view like others. The Mb restaurant has great food and even pool rest is pretty good. Room service food needed more variety. Does have a pool table by bar inside. Nice gym (free). Nice relaxing hotel. Staff very helpful.

We received a 50% discount and stayed 3 nights. The pools were beautiful and service was excellent. Food at the bar overlooking the ocean was very tasty. Concierge service was wonderful. Our room was a bit small but overlooked the ocean, and for the price, it couldn't be beat. We would definitely recommend staying at Aqua.

We've been to Cancun 5 times in the last 8 years and stayed at some nice hotels (Le Meridien, JW Marriott), but the Aqua Cancun is by far our new favorite and we cannot wait to return next year. From the moment you walk through the doors, you are transformed into a world of comfort, relaxation, and exceptional attention to service. Everything about […] this hotel is top notch. The staff is gracious and accommodating 101% of the time. The rooms are spacious and comfortable (we had an ocean view w/terrace), the breakfast (incl w/our room) wass fabulous. I thought the hotel was beautiful and was overall very happy with the service but I was also very disappointed that we were unable to use the hot tube after 8pm. I found this very hard to believe because most people want to use the hot tube in the evening. The front desk informed me that no one had ever made that request which I also found very hard […] to believe. I would not choose nor recommend this hotel if your going to Cancun if you like to take a dip in the pool or soak in the hot tube in the evening hours. Leer más

I am very specific about the hotels that I stay in! Very few things impress me and I will not stay anywhere I don't feel comfortable sleeping in the bed or using the restroom. To that end...Aqua was a fabulous hotel. We actually considered staying at La Blanc and at the last minute read an article about Aqua. Long story short here are the highlights: Food: […] Enjoyed the oceanside food esp. the nachos and the seafood burrito. The poolside service is wonderful. The restaurant 'MB' was surprisingly quite good and I thoroughly enjoyed the ribeye. The filet was also pretty good. Room: We stayed in a suite (highly recommend for the private terrace which was wonderful), and they gave us a complimentary cabana. The room was nice, clean, housekeeping was accommodating. The in room jacuzzi was quite nice and roomy! You will probably need the aromatherapy b/c the room can be a little musty after a day in the beach and that was a drawback. Beach/Pool: The pools were freezing with the exception of the pool club pool (the one with the bar). It took two days to figure that out! The cabana was a fantastic addition and a wonderful way to relax on the beach. They provide bottled water service for two, a 20min foot massage and snacks throughout the day. We wandered the beach and looked at other hotels including Maxim Beach Club and the Aqua pool area far outshines the rest. My husband & I & were greeted by friendly staff that offered us a drink & hand massage while we waited to check in. The aroma wherever you went was great. The pool & grounds were beautiful. We were at Aqua 1/29/09-02/01/09 along weekend getaway & considered off season. So, the resort was pretty quite due to the time of the year & the economy. Første gang på all inclusive hotell og det innfridde forventningene. Nydelig mat og drikke når du ønsket. Så kun et tilfelle av beruselse. Det eneste negative med hotellet var at dørene på hotellrommet ikke var isolerte, så vi hørte støy fra korridoren.

Cancun é sem duvida o melhor ligar do mundo! Principalmente se vc esta com a pessoa amada!!! O hotel é simplismente perfeito!!!
