The hotel was excellent, good choices at breakfast. Pool great, with umbrellas and palms for shade. The restaurant for lunch had a limited menu, did not eat at hotel for dinner, eating out at places nearby. The room was good, although shower, seemed to run hot and cold at times. I would go back, howevr, I was only able to afford due to a special at them time. I am a single traveller.

The condition & cleanliness of the hotel was good with plenty of pools and sunbeds. Food was good but evening meals in the buffet restaurant felt like a school canteen. The service should have been better for a 5* hotel. A lot of the staff seemed to be new and not coping well with the first busy period of the year. Would definitely go back to this hotel but probably B&B and not half board

We booked this hotel on the internet for a five night stay. First impressions are amazing, probably the biggest hotel we have ever stayed in. Location is a little disappointing as we expected it to be closer to the sea front and the better restaurants. The walk to both of these could be a problem to someone with mobility problems. Our biggest disappointment was the quantity of pool tables, gaming machines etc within the main hotel area and around the pool. This, in our opinion, did not represent true 5 star conditions, but more of a good family hotel. A separate bar area with piano music for relaxing to where children are not allowed would have been very useful. All this said, we enjoyed our brief stay.

We have stayed in Adeje each Xmas for the past 5 years and two years at the Costa Adeje Grande. The staff are brilliant and the hotel is perfectly located for all the local ameneties. Facilities in the Hotel are excellent for swimming, sunbathing and other leisure activities. We have already recommended the hotel to a number of friends who are equally impressed.

Any body wishing to mix comfort with 'large' quality hotel 'fun' atmosphere this would be the hotel i would fully recommend. if you are looking for peace, make sure you enjoy the 6th floor pool area. Only wish I had found it at the beginning of the stay. Missed tea and coffee facilities in the room. hopefully the hotel would re consider this offering.
