Absolutely enjoyed the stay with my significant other. The service was great, the location was fine, and the comfort was exceptional. I wouldn't recommend it for a group of college freshmen looking for a party atmosphere. It's quite and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

We stayed here for the easy commute to NY City and loved it. It was classy, clean, and affordable. The only downside is the selection of food and drinks in the little store. Expensive and small soda bottles.

My stay was buisness oriented and this hotel met all of my needs. 24 hour check in was helpful since we arrived after 10pm. Only problem was the 1st room we were given had only one king bed and we reserved a room with 2 queens. We went right back to the front desk and it was not a problem at all. Beds were very comfortable and the room had a kitchen with utencils and cookware, not that we needed it, but still nice. Complimentary breakfast was surprisingly good. Not just continental- omlette station, bacon, sausage, french toast, Starbucks coffee and assorted teas. If for some reason you need to stay in the Parsippany area, this is a great hotel for a resonable rate.

Worth every penny. This place was gorgeous we will definitely stay there again. We travel frequently to this area and never knew this hotel existed, but we are happy we know now. I felt like I stayed in a high end hotel at a budget price.

stayed here for business and took the family along, was a great place for everyone! the auto-temp that many reviews mentioned did concern me, but it was a non-issue, as the room did cool off as soon as you entered it. and it never turned off when you were in the room, even overnight. stayed in a 1 bedroom, very spacious. breakfast was good, and so were the free snacks at night. everyone at the front desk was very friendly (i was greeted everytime i walked by). location is great, i would definetly stay again.

My 2nd stay here.... excellent as was the first. This time they provided a complimentary drink and munchies at the bar in the evening. Room is big, clean, bed is comfortable. Everything was excellent and I'll stay here again next time I'm in town on business.

"Comfortable Stay"

The suite was clean, spacious, quiet, and well-outfitted to do work. The bed was very comfortable allowing me to get a good night's sleep. On the down side, the description said there would be a full supply of toiletries, but there was no hair conditioner (or bath cap. Since this was an overnight stay I broke one of my cardinal rules and left these things behind. It may not be a problem for others, but I have very thick wavy hair that needs conditioner after being wet or kept dry. Also, the hairdryer only had low heat which made it difficult to dry my hair and straighten out. This was a business trip so I felt a bit frustrated about this one aspect. My flight was delayed so I arrived too late to take advantage of the evening bistro that was included in the price. It is offered from 5pm-7pm, and I got there right at 7. I was told there was a sub shop nearby, so I ate there. I looked forward to breakfast in the morning but the scrambled eggs and the potatoes were cold. There is an omlette station, so this could ensure a hot meal, if that is what you are looking for. The staff was friendly and courteous and wireless access in the room and business office was complimentary, so outside of the minor inconveniences, I was satisfied with my stay.

"Want a great hotel"

I switched from the Day's Inn to The Hotel Sierra because the Day's Inn was under construction. When I got to the sierra the first think I got was a warm greating from the front desk.My room wasn't ready for me but I had food that needed to be cooled and the hostest held it for me in there frige until my room was ready. The only thing that I regrete about my stay there is that it wasn't longer. The rooms are worth the money.I will stay here again.

If you need to get work done in hotel it's easy b/c they have dinner and breakfast that you can bring back to your room. It's a good "working" hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel many, many times and each time it gets better. The rooms are always neat and clean. The hotel staff is great and the hotel is very quite. I also like the fact that there is now a little strip mall right next door. You can bet that I'll be back again.

the room was kinda small and the bed was only a full size even though it said i would have a queen sized bed. it was definately not a queen.

"Excellent room for the money"

The room was very spacious. The efficiency had all the necessary appliances, dishes, etc to cook meals and keep food and beverages cold.

We were very pleased with our recent stay at this hotel. The rooms were a great value. The beds were great. The hot and cold breakfast buffet was excellent. Great value for the money.

"Great Stay"

The hotel was great for me and my family. The staff was warm and accomodating. The breakfast was free and my girls had a wonderful time in the pool and jacuzzi and even managed to meet some new friends. I was able to locate the hotel. My only concern with the location was because when I went fora drive I took a wrong turn off of the main highway. The area has a lot of tall trees and I inserted my GPS into the car and unfortunately was unable to get a signal until I reached a certain area which did not help my situation. I would definitely stay at the hotel again, but I would choose a larger suite.

- I think King beds should be standard in suites and the queen bed was smaller than I prefer. -the air does take a long time to kick on -the ice maker in the freezer did not work -the young lady at the desk was not very informative.

"Excellent Hotel; Great Location"

We like to stay outside NYC and drive in. We always enjoy staying in Parsippany with our four chldren. It is a very safe, upper class suburb type area yet easy to get into Manhattan - less than 1/2 hour. Hotel Sierra was excellent. Nice, clean, comfortable with a ton of amenities: pool, hot tub, basketball/tennis/volleyball court, outdoor grills, free breakfast. We will definitely go back.

This hotel was immaculate and offered many amenities. The fair price was unbelievable and I will look for this hotel in future trips. You couldn't beat how nice the room was and the wonderful breakfast that was included the next morning.

A great hotel for a night away or weekend. With the rates so reasonable on the weekend a must. One suggestion - expand your breakfast buffet on Sunday mornings, make it a real treat. Pancakes-waffles-French Toast. ??
