Nice hotel, good deco, marina view

Probably the best priced hotel in Monte Carlo when you look at value for money.

Their fitness facility is old!! The cardio machines were so old that they were extremely uncomfortable to use. The gym is very small making it awkward to workout. The hotel charges a ridiculous amount of (20) Euros everytime you want to bring in ANY outside food into your hotel room?!?! That was very unusual. the hotel is very clean and it has a large comfort rooms with great service and its located in front of the marina or harbor where you can enjpy the view of the ychat the hotel is very close the casino,, you can vist all the attraction by taking the tour bus which stops infront of the hotel.

Lovely smart, clean, luxurious hotel. Beautiful views, friendly staff, all good. With this hotel we got exactly what we hoped we would be getting when we booked.

Nice view of the harbor. Restaurant for ice, inconvenient. Restaurant is very good, but exceptionally expensive for anything but a special dinner. Similar "Happy Hour" next door with same view, 1/3 the cost of cocktails. Unable to provide laundry other than to send us to Nice or wait 2 days. Very nice room. Expensive, but nice.

Luxurious room, great location, only moderate service. We had to make three phone calls to request soap. No one responded to the first request, the second call went to the dining room (apparently the operator thought we asked for soup not soap...in a five star hotel, I would expect the service staff to speak English), and finally was delivered after […] the third request. I recently stayed there in February 2011, and enjoyed it very much. Hotel is in a great location, so I could walk everywhere I needed to go and near good restaurants. Hotel staff were most helpful. Rooms are excellent with nice views of the harbor, which is quite enjoyable. Plan to stay here again and would recommend it highly to others.

Very nice hotel in all respects, furnishings stylish and well maintained and wonderful bathroom with deep jaccuzzi bath! Great location too. Beware the mini bar though, this is about the most expensive I have come across (and I travel alot) and did take the edge off what was a great hotel experience.

Stayed here for 4 nights as part of a 2 week holiday. We booked the next price up from basic but were delighted when we learned our room was on the top floor with stunning views of the harbour below. the breakfast roof terrace was also a beautiful way to start the day. our room was fantastic, huge bed, very comfortable and very large. the access from […] level 6 to the hill up from st devote was especially useful to access casino square on foot. I loved this hotel. The hotel itself is lovely. The location is ideal for getting to all of Monaco. The room was superb. The view from my window facing the harbor was beautiful. The bathroom is fabulous, a full tub with a separate shower. The best hotel shower ever, and I've stayed in a number of European hotels. The service was excellent. Very comfortable weekend stay. Good service with a smile and excellent rooms looking over the harbour. Valet parking very easy and reasonable compared to other car parks. Restaurant was book up in advance so we went else where. Very nice stay. No pool and seperate saunas though.

This is a smart hotel. There seemed to be few staff around but the service was fine. There is no swimming pool but the decor of the hotel and its location more than compensate for that. I have stayed in many hotels in Monaco but this one is the best located with views right over the main port. It is a short stroll to the casino area or to Fontvieille […] on the other side of Monaco. We were lucky enough to stay at the Port Palace and had an absolutely incredible room with a view of the entire port, the palace on the Rock and amazingly spacious room. HIGHLY recommend this hotel!!

This hotel was, by far, the most expensive hotel that I booked for a seventeen-day European vacation. For Monte Carlo, though, it was one of the cheaper hotels! The main benefit of the hotel is its location, right on Port Hercules, where our cruise ship departed from. It was very convenient, and we didn't need any transportation to get to the ship once […] we arrived at the hotel. In addition, it's located just below the main casino in Monte Carlo, but it's also within walking distance of the royal palace. As far as the hotel itself, the room and bathroom were both spacious, and the room had a nice window seat looking over the harbor--in addition to free wifi. The staff were courteous, though not effusive. However, the carpet in the room was fairly worn and, as one with a dirt aversion, was not overly clean! We had a fabulous weekend there, the hotel was really lovely and the rooms exceptional. We had a wonderful meal in the restaurant and the bar overlooking the harbour had great views. I can highly recomment it.

This hotel was fantastic. My husband had lived in Monaco until he was ten, and we wanted to show our teenagers where their father had grown up as a boy, so we planned a stop in the Principality on our way to Italy during spring break. We chose this hotel because all of the rooms face the port and the Rock, where the palace is: killer views from each […] of our bay windows. The design and decor of the entire place was so soothing, modern and tranquil. It was calming yet elegant. The rooms were also very spacious! Their breakfast buffet on the top of the building was delicious and the view from there (and the bar) was unparalleled. The staff was accomodating and friendly and they did their best to give us connecting rooms as we were travelling as a family. If our travels ever take us to Monaco again, this is where we will stay. Everything was perfect, except for the location of the construction next to the hotel. Everything else was precisely what you would expect from a four or five star hotel. However, the tunnel and road construction blocks your ability to walk east of the hotel.

Sehr gutes Hotel mit fantastischer Lage, direkt am Hafen. Kontinentales Frühstück gut, aber Restaurant kein kulinarisches Fest und Service im Restaurant auch nicht, sehr viele Sachen die man in so einem Restaurant nicht erwarten würde.

Super Lage, schönes Hotel, freundliches Service, wie man es sich von einem erstklassigen Hotel erwarten kann.

Very good and comfortable rooms in a perfect setting. No traffic noise, even though close to a quite busy street. The price seems to match the standard in a very good way.

Virkeligt dejligt hotel i den lidt dyre klasse meget venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Fin placering kort gå afstand til centrum. Dejlig (men Dyr) morgenbuffe i fantastiske omgivelser på taget med fantastisk udsigt.

The only "bad" thing I have to say about the hotel is that when I asked the staff in the front desk if he could recommend any restaurant he said "all restaurants are good" that is not an answer to expect from any hotel I think.... the personal gym instructor who was there when I asked the question helped me more... he asked me what kind of restaurant […] I would like ect, that is more serviceminded! Excellent location close to the big casinos. The rooms are somewhat small for the price, but exclusive. You are not allowed to bring your own food or drink into the room (due to tax regulation it was written). If you do they will charge you extra, so we had to carry out food and drink trash out of the hotel and tos it outside. The room was perfect (there was lots of dust on the air condition) Very big and a fantastic view of the harbor... The staff was very helpfull. Valet parking was very nice. The restaurant on the roof has a michelin star and the food was heaven. This Hotel has it all...

Très bien situé (sur le port), avec également un accès par le 6 ème étage très pratique. Accueil sympatique et prévenant. Les chambres sont spacieuses et meublées en contemporain très agréable (la notre en tout cas). Propreté impécable. Service à la hauteur d'un 4*luxe tout en étant moins "coincé" et plutôt convivial. Très bon restaurant (qui vient […] d'obtenir une étoile) avec un chef passionné et très humble. En résumé un hotel à dimension humaine et à chaleur ajoutée. Nous y retournerons bien volontiers.
