Just steps away from the center of Brussels - Grand Place. Very convenient.

this is the best hotel in Brussels for value and position! we could not believe that we had arrived somewhere so nice, and so near the city centre for the reasonable price we paid, we thought we were in the wrong hotel! strongly reccommend.

Very nice hotel in absolutely the best area in Brussels. Even if you're looking for something a little classier, this is the area to look for.

Good location, the room was ok, staff was very friendly and nice! I would recommend.

This hotel is ideal for a few days of sight-seeing, as it is so central; just two minutes from the Grand' Place and from the Galeries Royales St Hubert. Also, as it is in a pedestrian precinct, there is no traffic noise.Our room was at the back of the hotel, but from the window we could just glimpse the tower of the town hall. The room was fine for a short stay - warm (it was November), with hot water and both shower and bath. Beds and pillows are a bit hard, but we didn't find that any problem. We ate breakfast in the hotel. 8 euros for eggs, ham, sausages. beans, rolls and croissants, plus tea or coffee. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby for dinner. We found the menu complet, 3 courses for 12 euros, very good. As two ladies travelling together we felt this hotel was ideal.

The hotel itself is just a few minutes walk from Brussels Central station and the Grand Place is just a couple of streets away. I found the room clean and tidy. It even had air-conditioning that worked! The staff were helpful and polite when I checked in. Other than that, I can't fault the hotel. If I'm ever in Brussels again, I'll most likely stay here again.

Good: For 2 days The price we paid was higher than we usually go for, but it is dead center in downtown, as soon as you walk outside the door you're in tourism city, souvenir shops, restaurants, about a 60 second walk to the main attraction, perfect location. And considering the prices they had listed on our door, we got a considerable discount from Hotels.com. It was also quiet at night, so I assume they just have really good insulation because as soon as you walk outside it's really busy until late. Friendly staff Bad: - The Internet is godawfully slow so find an internet cafe. I could only find one and it looked a bit shady so I just didn't use internet much. - The staff are nice/friendly but do not know much about where to get this and that, but I also speak english and they mainly spoke french. - not their problem, but pay phones around the city don't take coins, they only take calling cards

High speed internet does not work at hotel

One of two rooms had a non working A/C and we were told it was fixed but only the fan worked and we were unable to get it fixed because it was the week-end. Unseasonable heat did not help.

Good location. It was fine for 1 night. Might have more issues if it was a longer stay.

We were there for just one night and it was the perfect location to see Brussels. The hotel was basic but clean and actually quite large for European standards. The only real problem with our room was there was an open air bar across the street and at about 4AM, many patrons decided that drinking songs were suddenly necessary. That was unfortunate but otherwise the hotel was perfect for our stay.

The hotel is placed next to the Grand Place, externally in keeping with the historic surroundings . The hotel is modern inside, the reception was very friendly and helpful. My only real gripe is that the air-conditioning/plumbing was very noisy through the night

The hotel was reserved and payed by internett. The hotel reception couldn't give me the price, neither a copy of the bill. They didn't even know which internett alternativ I used for booking. in my case I hadn't received a confirmation on e-mail in advance before I checked in.

Hotel idealement placé mais l'accueil est vraiment mediocre et les chambres ne sont pas digne d'un hotel qui se veut haut de gamme (trou dans la couverture, taches sur les murs...)

Et aldeles glimrende hotel når man vil bo hvor alting sker lige uden for døren. Glem udsigt fra værelset (direkte ind i muren på nabohuset, 3 m.), det er jo heller ikke derfor man er kommet til Brussels. Meget venligt personale der hjælper med ALT. Kun et meget lille minus: de havde glemt at tænde for varmen ved morgenmaden den 1. morgen så de lune retter var meget kolde. Dette overskygges dog fuldstændigt af det venlige og hjælpsomme personale, de store RENE værelser og beliggenheden, Altså et hotel i topklasse til prisen.

HOTEL bien situé mais acceuil global trés moyen , chambre petite , il faut des jumelles pour regarder la tv. manque d'ambiance aucun raffinement, décalage entre le prix et les prestations .Petit déhjeuner moyen café mauvais.

Hotel extremement bien situé et bien sous tous rapport. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.
