Algo caro por lo economico que pueden ser los hoteles en costa rica, pero es un buen precio por un hotel de lujo bien ubicado y seguro. El staff fue muy amable, las habitaciones comodas, con buena seguridad.

El Gran Hotel Costa Rica mantiene una gran elegancia y es muy confortable. Creo que una modernización de servicios y reforzamiento de su estructura le vendría muy bien, pero respetando su estilo de gran hotel. Todo el personal fue muy atento y cuidadoso con nosotros. La comida del restaurante magnífica. Si volvemos, seguramente nos hospedaremos nuevamente aquí. Lo recomendamos ampliamente.

Como unica oportunidad de mejora del hotel, seria el hecho de que el restaurante cierra despues del mediodia, y no tienen hielo para los huespedes. Podrian instalar una maquina de hielo.

"Quality Real San Jose excelente opcion"
Me he hospedado varias veces en el Quality y siempre he tenido una grata experiencia. El hotel esta ubicado cerca del aeropuerto, plaza comercial, restaurantes y negocios. Excelente opcion para viajes de negocios. El personal es muy atento y servicial.

"Asignación de Espacios en Parqueo"
Considero oportuno que las personas de seguridad que están fuera del hotel y que lo reciben a uno, tengan la cortesía de explicar claramente cuál es el funcionamiento del parqueo, ya que al llegar me asignaron un espacio en un lugar cerrado y luego tenía que estar pitando cada vez que entraba y salía del hotel para que bajaran la cadena que dividía […] este lugar asignado. Después de varias veces me señalaron otro lugar que estaba abierto y en el cual tenía espacios disponibles, pero si me lo hubieran explicado desde el inicio no me hubiera molestado ni yo hubiera molestado tanto al guarda para que me estuviera dando paso. "End of Vacation"
We had an early flight and needed to be close to the airport so we didn't have a long drive in the morning. It was a very nice hotel and three restaurants in the same parking lot as the hotel. The staff was very friendly and the free breakfast in the moring was amazing. Great price and great place to stay.

My husband and I enjoyed staying at the Quality Real Hotel in San Jose Costa Rica. The reception was warm and friendly. Our room was very confortable and the breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of fresh fruits, eggs and bacon, yogourt, breads and cakes etc... We had chosen this hotel because they were pet friendly. We brought our chihuahua with […] us for our month stay. There was no problem with the dog as there is a big green patch of grass besides the hotel. The only negative comment I would have is the lack of sufficient shuttle buses to and fro the airport. We arrived on Saturday night and they did not have one so we had to take a taxi. And on our departure there was a two hour gap (between 8 am and 10 am) between shuttles. This meant we had to be at the airport 3 hours in advance. But apart from the shuttle hours everything was perfect. I would recommend this hotel and I would certainly go back if I rented a car. The staff was great, I was nervous because I could not speak there language very well but most of the staff spoke English. The rooms were very clean and I felt safe. The breakfast was fantastic, plenty of fresh fruit, omelette bar and various other foods. It was "American" style with Costa Rican flare.

We received a really good service at this hotel while staying for two days. Overall this hotel was nice an clean, pool was great as well as breakfast buffet. Both wireless internet and computers in the main lobby were free of charge. The hotel said smoking but I was unable to smell any tobacco fumes. "Very good choice and reasonable rates"
Despite the fact that I've read somewhere the rooms were smoking, this hotel proved to be a very good choice; no tobacco smell was present anywhere. This place as well as rooms were really nice and comfortable. Pool and the setting were nice and free wireless internet was available throughout hotel. Free wired internet as well as computers were available […] next to the main lobby. The stuff was very nice and friendly and most of them spoke English. Breakfast buffet was really good as there was a wide variety of choices. There was a big choice of drinks and cocktails but prices were comparable to US prices but that is only because we in US pay very low comparing to other leading countries such as those in Europe. "Like a second home"
We have been staying at this hotel since it has opened. It has very helpful staff, they always upgraded us when possible. The new renovations are lovely. The rooms are always clean. "Great Breakfast"
Stayed one night before heading down the Caribbean Coast. It was a nice hotel for what we paid and offered an excellent breakfast. Found the hotel using a GPS, otherwise not sure we would have found it nor the highway to take us east.
"Nice Hotel but Need Improvement"
The hotel has a great appearance and superior service but the big turn-off was when I found a small cockroach on the bathroom floor. Also, it's not as close to the airport as I thought it would be.

Alt var helt supert. Frokosten, rommet vårt, badekaret. Helt upåklagelig. Men det var en ting som var dumt og det var at da vi ba de ringe taxi kom de med en gang med hotellets private. Det var jo ikke det vi hadde spurt om, men endte med å betale 3 ganger så mye. Ikke bra!

Ett mycket bra hotell för ett överkomligt pris , fin frukostbuffé, en liten pool, ett nytt och fräscht gym och vacker utsikt mot de mäktiga bergen. Rummen rena och mycket fräscha. Det är nu andra gången vi bott där och varit mer än nöjda båda gångerna.
