Location of the hotel is good, easy to reach with car only when using nav if you are not custum to Munchen. It is in the south, good reach to the city using bus line. Very limmited parking, no way to reserve a parking space. The car needs to be parked outside on the road, not very handy but looked very save. The room was wonderful and the staff were very helpful even checking us in early after the overnight train from Venice to Munich. Only disappointment was that the hotel had a Thai food restaurant and we were really looking forward to some German food.

this hotel is fine and it is very close to the train into the old city center. However, that said, there is absolutely nothing to recommend it's neighborhood. We did not realize we would be so remotely located, though it ultimately worked out OK. And, be sure that the room you get is NOT facing onto the main road, as it is VERY noisy. the room itself […] was fine, but was VERY hot every night, despite trying to use the A/C or leave the window open. The beds are like sleeping on rocks and the pillows are horrible. the breakfast is delicious, however, though expensive. And, 10 Euros per day for WiFi is robbery, though they have a free terminal in the lobby. It was cheaper to use my US phone! On the plus side, the desk staff were incredibly helpful about getting directions from the internet to a few things we wanted to know more about. Kudos to them and thanks! For what we paid to stay at this hotel I was disgusted. We asked for a non-smoking room and were told on check-in there were none. The wallpaper was peeling in the room, the A/C doesn't stay on, the front desk is rude all the time, and beds are quite uncomfortable. The front desk also let someone not listed on the reservation to enter our room. I was […] very very upset and when I complained to the front desk about only allowing those on the reservation to enter the room, I was told "I am the night shift, what do you want me to do about it?" 100 metres from the Metro station, Marienplatz at 10 minutes. Cosy, nice hotel, large bathroom, very clean. Sole issue, air conditioning.It was a little too cold in the room, but I confess that we didn't mind it that much in order to ask the hotel to solve the problem.

Their sister hotel is right next door. They have a great Thai restaurant on site and it was clean and quiet. Walk a half mile left or right out the door and you will start to find things of interest. The train station is just a skip away and easy to access all major/minor places, plus they sell good coffee and pastries.

This was the rare comfortable bed I found in my several months of european travel this summer. The suite had a certain romance to it, an enormous tub, windows with a great view, and it was quiet (thick walls). The hotel service was excellent, and we had all the necessary requests fulfilled by the front desk staff quickly and with a smile. The only shame […] was that the daily wifi that we intended to purchase only works with a PC, so MACs beware! You will need to log into the downstairs guest computer at 15-minute intervals to do your business. That was the only annoyance. The restaurant is serviceable, though not the best Thai I've eaten. It certainly meets the weary traveler's needs, though you can't add it to your hotel tab, so be sure to bring cash or a credit card. Leer más

Bardzo miły i przytulny hotel,profesjonalna i miła obsługa.Położenie hotelu dość dobre, blisko U-bana i S-bana,którymi można dojechać do centrum Monachium,do zwiedzania Monachium bardzo dobry hotel.Jedynym mankamentem trochę wąskie łóżka, ale reszta ok.

Abbiamo passato 2 notti all'hotel Rivoli Ambiance e ci siamo trovati bene. Stanza carina, molto pulita, bagno piccolo, ma molto pulito e nuovo. Unico punto dolente erano i 2 letti singoli con materasso durissimo e molto piccoli, invece del letto matrimoniale richiesto durante la prenotazione. La colazione non l'abbiamo presa, abbiamo fatto colazione […] al bar della Metro' poco distante per 6UER in 2 (invece di 10EUR a testa!). Parcheggio interno a 10Eur per ogni notte prenotata. Vid ankomst hade hotellet hyrt ut ett av rummen vi bokat till en annan gäst. Portiern krävde först att vi skulle hyra ytterligare ett rum eftersom vi var fyra vuxna och två barn vilket vi redan specifierat vid vår bokning och därmet bokat två rum med en extra säng i vardera. Vi hade också i vår bokning uppgett att vi skulle anlända sent vilket vi också […] gjorde. Efter nästan en timme fick vi tillgång till tre rum eftersom det inte gick att få fram en extra säng till ett av rummen. Ett av de rum vi fick var ett rökarrum och luktade starkt av cigarettrök. Hatte ein kleines Zimmer im 6.Stock mit vorgelagertem Notausstiegsbalkon. Die Betten waren sehr schmal. Das schönste am Zimmer war das Bad

Mooie kamers, goede bedden, prima sanitair, modern en mooi design, goed restaurant, goed ontbijt, kortom, een uitstekend hotel voor een lage prijs!
