Great location, easy to find, close to shops, restaurants and alhambra. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, lovely pool on rooftop. We didnt eat at restaurant so cannot comment on food. Very flexible on parking, although we checked out at 12.00, we picked up the car hours later and the hotel was completely fine about it and no further charges were incurred. Had a lovely time.

The marble floors look pretty in the photos of this hotel, but they, along with the copious amounts of glass in the hallways,created a kind of Noise Hell, in which every footstep and every word spoken by people in the hallways--even *several corridors away*--sounded like it was being amplified and piped into the room. And guess what happens when people in neighboring rooms move the desk chair across the floor? Sounds just like fingernails on a blackboard. But much louder. Naturally, sleep was out of the question, except during the few blessed hours between around 3am and 5am, when the partiers had gone to bed and the early birds weren't yet awake. I was so sleep-deprived during my three-night stay at the hotel that I couldn't enjoy any of the sights like the Alhambra, which was really a shame. The hotel colored my whole experience in Spain, in a bad way. My last night there, a group of American high school students were staying on my floor; I had to go out in my pajamas three or four times to beg them to quiet down. The next day, I was so wiped out I was practically drooling. I strongly suspect that, had I been staying in any other hotel, I would not have had such a serious problem sleeping, even with a group of rambunctious high school students nearby. I wish I had stayed somewhere else, and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel is located about 10 minutes walk from the cathedral, about 30 minute stroll from Alhambra, and on a major shopping street. Hotel was fine -- good breakfast, convenient underground parking, english-speaking staff that is helpful but overly so. Apparently they have a pool but it was too cold when we were there. If you can get a good deal, go for it. But there are also hotels closer into the heart of town if you want to fork over the big bucks

très bonne situation de l'hôtel, bon accueil, très bon petit déjeuner. Nous n'avons pas fréquenté le restaurant. parking en sous-sol très bien (15€/j). Chambre spacieuse, propre,agréable, literie très bonne.malheureusement pas de double vitrage donc bruits de rue, insonorisation intérieure insuffisante, hôtel bruyant. Ce qui justifie un 2 au niveau du confort et donc un 3 d'évaluation générale, un 4 étoiles surestimé.
