Es un hotel humilde pero cuida mucho la limpieza en las habitaciones, el empleado de recepción muy amable y preocupado (deberían aprender muchos de él...). Está cerca del centro y el precio es bueno. Se agradece cuando te atienden bien. Gracias!

For the money it was good value. Hotel is old and dated. No Lift but I was only 1 floor up. Room ok with TV and heating. Reception service was better than good. Use the car park as the surrounding area can be intimidating. Breakfast.Ok

The hotel is kind of small and comfortable, and not so old. The only problems were a) insects in our room (huge spiders and cochkroaches) and b) the noise from the corridor.

Stayed at 12 hotels throughout my European holiday and have to say that, friendly staff aside, this was the worst hotel. A room off the air shaft was hot, and noisy, and not very private when you had their lounge bathroom window and the window of another room open onto the same air shaft. Great hotel and very friendly staff. It was a little than 1 mile slightly uphill from the train station and the old city, but nice hotel for the money. Coming from the airport requires a bus then a 25 minute walk. A metro that will get you to the main bus station and to buses from the airport is also available at the train station.

I travel alone and resent paying for two when there's only one of me, so it was pleasant to find a place to stay for a very reasonable price. The hotel was only a short walk from the town centre where I arrived form the airport by bus. I was greeted very cordially and found the room very clean, with TV and en-suite bathroom. I didn't enjoy the long, […] thin, bolster like pillows. They weren't comfortable, especially for sitting up in bed to read. The simple breakfast service was adequate, but the coffee was not to my taste. I would have liked to have access to a kettle to make myself a cuppa later on. having a room overlooking the road was noisy from early morning, but the double glazing kept it quiet enough to sleep through. tres bon accueil, bon personnel, j'ai beaucoup aimé et si je refais un voyage à bilbao je n'hésiterais pas à réserver de nouveau là-bas. Je vous le recommande. Merci Bilbao

Der skete ingen ting, men følte mig ekstremt utryk udenfor efter mørkets frembrud. Hvis man skal gå ud om natten bør man gå direkte mod Guggenheim museet. Ps. Jeg er fra Vesterbro som jeg syntes er hyggeligt, jeg syntes la Raval i Barelona var hyggeligt.

Jeg vil ikke selv have et problem med at bo der igen, næste gang jeg er forbi Bilbao.

Hotellet er slitt og har generelt ikke veldig god standard. Man får imidlertid hva man betaler for og dette er et svært rimelig hotell! Servicepersonellet var vennlige og kunne ok engelsk. Vi bodde på rom 101 som hadde aircondition, men dessverre litt maur på rommet. Styr unna dette rommet hvis du ikke takler småkryp. personalen i receptionen mycket hjälpsamma och trevliga och de kunde engelska bra, ganska centralt och prisvärt

Billigt og OK hotel. Venlig og hjælpsom reception. OK morgenmad. I overskuelig gåafstand til centrum og Guggenheim. Dog rigeligt lydt !!

was maar voor 1 nacht maar prima bevallen. Zeer gastvrij, vriendelijk. Kamer was netjes en ruim genoeg. Ideaal ook een garage dichtbij het hotel. Geen gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijt.
