La atención excelente, la habitación cómoda, dan bebidas y snacks por la tarde, muy bien ubicado , limpio, todo muy bien excepto que nos toco la mala suerte de tener vecinos excesivamente ruidosos. Recomiendo este hotel.

Ubicación.
En pleno centro de Houston, Residence Inn by Marriott Houston Downtown se encuentra cerca de lugares de interés como Houston JPMorgan Chase Tower, Toyota Center y Downtown Aquarium. En las cercanías también se encuentran Minute Maid Park y Houston City Hall.
Características del hotel.

"Love this hotel"
We come to Houston every year for a convention. This was the first year we stayed at the Residence Inn and we loved it. Very spacious rooms very clean and awesome breakfast buffet. I liked the full size coffee maker in the room and also microwave popcorn.
"Pleasantly Suprised"
I wasn't too sure about this hotel but the location was perfect for my stay. I was pleasantly suprised how nice it was and the room was perfect.

"Outstanding"
This hotel had a high standard of everything, I have only one negative comm, no refuel of shampoo and soap should be liquid. Surrounding is not the best in the evening, a lot of homeless running around the hotel. We enjoyed a lot, and this hotel had the best internet I have ever experienced.

"A very nice stay in Houston"
The whole experience was nice. Guest services to the valets were very polite and friendly. Room was very nice and the location was close to Minute Maid park for the Astros game. Will stay there again when we get Astros tickets. Thanks
this is a decent hotel. absolutely nothing to do after 6 pm. valet is costly and not very attentive. the rooms are not equipped with flat screen tvs. bring your own lotion and mouthwash not provided by hotel. area around hotel is relatively dangerous. if you wanna go somewhere if you have to drive out of downtown or pay for a cab. hotel does not have […] courtesy career or concierge for the bar. felt hesitant to walk barefoot in room. overall a relatively old hotel situated in the middle of downtown . if you are looking for more nightlife state closer to the galleria . "Great Room for the Money"
The hotel was nice and clean, very cheery help and they threw in a hot breakfast with the night's stay. Would stay there again.
"Great Introduction to Houston"
This hotel is very convenient to all downtown attractions and one block from the light rail. Was in town to visit and attend a Texans game. Very nice city and nice hotel. Breakfast was good and the hotel had free internet. Always a plus.
"Buffett Breakfast"
The food was outstanding.The front desk service was outstanding and so was the VALET SERVICES.The room service was o.k. they left dirty sheets in our room one day.
