Best Western Heritage Inn I-10 East

Personal was very kind. Rooms are clean. Just a few maintanence details.

I booked throughj a third party and got a little better price making it worth the money. Very grateful for the free breakfast -- however it was the same menu every day (3 days in a row). The only downfall is you can hear people walking in the room above.

I was in Houston on biz and stayed at the BW for 2 nights. As my ratings indicate, I was very pleased with the service and the accomodations. It was ideally located for where I was working. I'd certainly stay there again without hesitation.

In the online booking for this hotel it said pillow top mattresses. The mattress that was in my room was hard as a rock.

When I booked the room, I didnt know anything about the part of town that this hotel is located in. Upon driving into the area, I quickly found out. For example, the gas station just down from the hotel has bars on its windows! Next thing that bothered me was that there is a pedestrian bridge literally in front of this hotel (conveniently not show in […] picture) which immediately made me think of vagrants and crime). Incidentally, the hotel has gated parking (I guess they know the crime rate). The hotel is stuffy and humid like the A/C was only working in the rooms and not in the rest of the hotel. It caused the hotel to have a smell like mildew. The bathroom door in our room had a crack at the bottom and the light fixture above the sink was not settled into place, but was popped up (which was simply plastic screening hung in a makeshift fixture to hide tube lights hung on the wall) - not attractive decor at all. Last, the pool was GREEN!! The only good thing I can say was that the beds were clean and we had ample pillows. Overall, due to location and surrounding neighborhood, we will not stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone. Leer más

I was pleasantly surprise with the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel and my room. I even told the front desk attendant that I was surprised and would definitely be staying there again on future trips.

Good stay, breakfast was alittle on the weak side and the pool wasn't open. room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful

. Not very good side of town but this location offered a gated parking lot which makes everyone feel at ease. also offers a little more than just cereal for breakfast. i would definately stay again!

the fruit at the breakfast was OLD and not edible. not to mention the last morning we were there i saw little ant or nat like bugs in the bread and pastry container. there was also a few things that happened that i do not care to elabarate on. i do not recommend staying at this hotel in this location.

They have cut the normal service that they give. Not good channels on TV, wireless internet hardly works and the service has gone down hill.

The hotel was what we expected except the neighborhood did not offer any restaurants, and, while not in the worst part of town, it was definitely not the best part of town. We did, however, feel very safe. The beds were unbelievably comfortable, the rooms very roomy and the towels nice and fluffy. We were there for only one night on our way to an audition […] at Rice University. The hotel provided just the respite we needed for one night and between long flights. What was especially helpful was the staff. We had problems with a rental car at the airport as a result of the Super Bowl. We simply called the hotel, and although they did not have a shuttle, they gave us the name of a taxi driver who services the hotel. He came and got us and was at our personal service for the two days taking us to Rice University, coming back to pick us up and getting us to the airport, always with plenty of time to spare. The staff went out of its way to make the arrangements for us, so we didn't have to do anything but rest and prepare for the very stressful audition. It was a great experience to just be able to sit back and be taken care of. Hot breakfast was ready the next morning, and it was plentiful and very good. Over all the hotel was great. Clean rooms, friendly staff. The surrounding neighborhood was not good. the good thing about the hotel was the parking lots was gated. We did stay 3 nights.

Everything was fantastic including check-in process, room cleanliness and organization, and breakfast. I strongly recommend this hotel.

One of the better "free" breakfasts I've had. Hot food such as waffles, sausage, eggs and biscuits. Room was comfortable and versatile. Location was right on 1-10 as stated, not miles out of the way.

During my brief one night stay, the room was clean, well maintained, and easily accessible to I-10 (which allowed us to quickly get to the Gallaria and Rice University areas). I would stay there again if I am in the Houston area.

Good clean hotel on I-10 if you plan on heading to east Texas Baytown BMT.

Our overall hotel stay was satisfactory. The only complaint I have was the condition of the service road that you must drive to get to the hotel. Apparently they were eventually going to black top it. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful.

Only problem was that there was not any hot water but i'm sure it was just a maintenance problem and they were very prompt about tending to the issue.

It was, however, better than my past overnight experiences in this part of the city!

Hotel Exterior and Lobby is very well kept. Right on Interstate 10 and convenient for business travel. For leisure this is not a good location. Breakfast Bar was disappointing - limited choice of food compared to other hotels along the I-10 corridor. Housekeeping Staff delivered stained towels to my room. Linens however were nice and crisp.
