Un pequeño hotel enfrente de Japantown, con un diseño unico y original, todo funcionando y una atencion EXCELENTE. Sinceramente si encuentran una oportunidad con este hotel, RESERVARLO YA!!!

me parecio un excelente hotel,buena ubicacion turistica, cerca de todo o en el centro de todo, muy amable su personal y muy rapidos,tienen excelente limpieza dentro y fuera , el precio es muy razonado deacuerdo a lo que ofrece felicidades

"Our Newest Home Away From Home"
We moved to Pasadena but still have friends in Sonoma and family in Pleasant Hill. Benecia is the perfect midway point, right on 780 with easy access to 680. The complimentary breakfast included eggs and sausage, a real plus compared to the usual fare one gets at La Quinta and similar chains. My wife and I ate at Sandoval's (Mexican) in Benecia, coffee […] at the Java Cafe, good main street for walking, and wonderful to return to such a comfortable room at the Best Western. The Union Hotel in downtown Benecia isn't modern enough for our taste, so the Best Western at the same price was perfect. Leer más

"Heritage Inn in Benicia - great place to stay"
Stayed here while visiting family in Vallejo. The staff is over the top friendly and helpful - can't do enough for you. The rooms are large, nicely decorated and immaculate. Will definitely stay here again on future visits.

We enjoyed our stay! Darlene, at the front desk was kind, professional and informative. The bed was a little firm for me but otherwise a very comfortable stay!! We will be back for sure...

"Good value for the price"
We looked for a hotel that was in the Benicia area and were satisfied with the location. My only complaint with this hotel was the service that we received when we checked in. I think the woman who checked us in had to be new. She took too long in checking us in and then forgot to give me my credit card back. Then when I returned home, I realized that […] she had charged my credit card when I had already paid for the room in advance thru hotels.com. I called the manager at the hotel and was treated very well and she credited my card. Leer más
"Overall what I expected"
I stopped by Benicia overnight on my way from Sacramento to San Francisco, to break up the drive, just needed a place to sleep, not too fancy/expensive. Staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable, included continental breakfast was standard fare. My only negative was that the hallways smelled a bit, like a stale smoking room (I'm not a smoker […] so I notice smells a lot). Once I got into my room however, I wasn't bothered by it, so it's not really a big deal, just a small but somewhat smelly issue. Leer más
