La suite doble fue fantástica. Veníamos de haber reservado en City Express, pero no nos gustó nada el hotel. Gracias a Hotels.com tuvimos un muy buen precio para Eurostars, y qué contentos de haber cambiado! Excelente el hotel, el servicio, la habitación doble lindísima y muy espaciosa. Regresamos a este hotel porque ya lo conocdiamos en un viaje anterior. Es excelente.

estuve una semana en el hotel, disfrutando de una muy buena habitacion, bien mantenido, limpio y agradable en general

uno de los mejores hoteles del mexico.

Don't plan on using their Internet though. Not practical and not stable. Other than that, you will not get a better deal for a decent hotel.

Altamente recomendable ... lo recomiendo

Rooms are spacius and welldseigned. Staff is courteous and helpfull. The only drawback is that the Hotel is not at the Reforma avenue. Other than that the Hotel is a good deal.

been here three times, like it a lot. hotel is in a very safe area.

Very clean and modern hotel. Staff was really friendly and great help - specially Marco. It was pretty centrally located.

The receptionist was so sleepy at the moment we checked out that he forgot to return my credit card (so sleepy as i was). He called to the taxi driver cell phone, and told us that we must pay the taxi from the airport to the hotel and back to recover the card because of our distraction and that the incident was our complete responsibility, only to recognize […] later that he forgot the card under the counter next. I love everything about this hotel and it is very cheap. This is the second time I have stayed there in spite of the fact that the bed is really uncomfortable for me. To say it is hard is an understatement. It is so hard it is like sleeping on a tabletop. This second time I raided a pull out sofa which is in every room and took the mattress off the […] pull out and remade the bed with the extra and much softer mattress on top of the bed. It was an extreem solution but it worked. Other than the bed I guarantee you will love this hotel. Huge room, very clean and a friendly helpful staff. The location could not be better... a block and a half from the Reforma and near excellent restaurants in a quiet safe neighborhood. It is across the street from the Zona Rosa. Leer más

i have other friends that us the hotel and all went as they have claimed room as spacious i had a room with a balcony. clean and confortable. all very new and just across the stree in reforma from a new shopping center that has many restaurant choices. i would recomend it. its a good value for the money ... no 24 hour room service but they do have […] a mini fridge in the room and you can call on local restaurants for delivery there is also an OXXO ( like a 7/11 ) store in the corner so you can buy you necesseties at a low price and not be force to pay high hotel prices . I travel a lot for business (two weeks out of each month) and always prefer to stay in boutique hotels. Eurostars Suites Reforma fits the bill and provides a wonderful product. The suites are comfortable, spacious, contemporary furnishings, with a hip and cool vibe. I asked my tour guide if Americans typically come here and he said that most of the ppl who stay here are Europeans, but seriously- this place is perfect for two people- beautiful room great price, free internet, pizza hut and chili's will deliver straight to the hotel or anything else you want them to go and get to you. Nice modern furniture, good size room, pleasant breakfast, helpful staff. Good value for money.

Room is nice and spacious. Good location in a low traffic street. Quite rooms, especially those facing backyard. Staff was helpful. There are lot of hangers but not enough shelves for your belongings. A full size mirror would be useful. I can only recommend.

This small hotel located on Reforma Blv. is excellent choice for you price. Rooms are modern style and clean. Location is great, half block from Reforma, two blocks from Zona Rosa, 10 min walk to Insurgentes metro station. 10 min walk to many restaurants, and it is a safe area. Overall, we like the hotel, the staff is very helpful.

This hotel can compete with any five star hotel and has a much better price. Is clean, new, quiet, and modern. Stay here, you'll be pleased

This was a great hotel. The only problem was when the hotel arranged a taxi to the airport and the taxi driver dropped me off at the wrong place intentionally.

Small but very modern and well-appointed hotel. Great size rooms and stunning fixtures and fittings. Bed is big enough for four. Had a great night's sleep after a long trip from UK. Would definitely recommend and will certainly be going back.

The furniture is minimalistic... and awkward. The bathrooom sink although nice to see is not practical at all... By looking at the photos the hotel looks great but the furniture is just awkward :\ The service was ok, the location is great.

We were passing through Mexico City and only had 24 hours. With our low budget we were looking for somewhere clean, safe, and centrally located. We were more than pleased to find a beautiful spacious room. From the nightlife in Zona Rosa and to the beautiful stroll through the Park, our 24 hours was perfect. The Hotel is a great place to stay at in just a turn away from Reforma, the people are eager to help, the rooms are FANTASTIC. You get a flat screen tv with a dvd, a giant bed, a nice sofa to chill at, and a desk to get your work or your emails checked. It has a very convenient location between the Centro Historico and the chic new burroghs of Condesa, […] and the original Zona Rosa, but keeps its calmness since they are across Reforma so it doesn't get to noisy. The minibar is fully equiped with beer, sodas, and champagne; but, not even a block away from a convenience store on the corner (happens to be across, Carranza's house -Mexican Revolutionary figure-). They do however take your dollar at a lower conversion rate, they took it at 11 pesos per dollar (when it was about 14); but on Reforma you are a block away from... the Mexican Stock Exchange and you can get a good -maybe, the best- conversion rate (they open at 9am). The rooms are chic, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean and I personally liked the fact that they are all showers, there is enough closet space. The whole room was perfect for our Valentine's day get away to Mexico. It is far from the Zocalo, I don't recommend walking there, but as I repeat you save if you visit the other 'colonias' at night (the Centro Historico closes down about at 12am) so you can get to the restaurants that close at 2am, and Chapultepec in the morning. I stayed at this hotel over a weekend. Very nice hotel. Great location for Mexico City. Rooms were Safe, Clean, recently updated and had modern decor. Highly recommend this hotel versus the big name hotels in Mexico City.

The hotel was very nice, clean, great location. Within walking distance to museums, zoo and tons of resturants. Didn't eat at the hotel or ask any questions of the staff but when we left or returned they were very nice and always said hello. Gave a 4 for comfort only because the bed was really hard.

Everything was excellent ; the size of room, the location. free wifi, free breakfast and always smiling staff etc. If anybody wants to make a complain , think about the price.

Trata-se de um bom hotel, bem localizado e bem equipado. As acomodações são confortáveis, os serviços adequados e a internet sem fio funciona bem. Recomendo.

Atendimento excelente, acomodações modernas, boa localização, o melhor que já fiquei em férias qaunto a relação custo x benefício .Se encontrar este hotel em outros destinos será a minha escolha.
