The hotel is great and so is the staff not close to the casinos but they do have a shuttle rooms are clean and comfortable.

We have a new born only 60 days old. no crib so we took a 2 queen size bed in the room. the day we checked in too many hair on the blankets and on the bed we informed the manager but was not taken care of. the room was cleaning after 3 days of stay. we use to leave the tip in the room the tip was gone but the room was never cleanined. the blankets and […] towels where left outside the room everyday was the same story. finally after three days some1 shows up the manager promises that the room will be taken care off. we leave for lunch come back still the same story. we had the free rooms in casinos around us but we thro the veiw is good we stayed there for 6 nights will not recommend this place if u on a vacation. Cleanliness was not Godliness. There was mold in the showerhead which made it impossible to shower. They only had one little sample of shampoo, no conditioner. Location was perfect, if it was only cleaner in the bathroom, we would return

The hotel was great. The suite had a great view and was big. The only problem was there was a leaky valve in the bathroom that made noise all night.

everything was cool. except bed was a little uncomfortable and its beyond annoying that they charge u every day for parking. especially since we spent loads on a suite and still get charge for parking.

The price was right and they are trying to upgrade this time-share property. I was on the top floor which has a fantastic view of the ocean. But the windows were so dirty it was depressing. I complained the first night and nothing happened. I filled out a comment form and brought it to the front desk. This is my second stay at the Flagship hotel and both times it was very nice. Convenient to the Borgata for shows and the price was reasonable. But breakfast should be included in the price.

It was wonderful to be so close to the beach. Everything was great, and all the staff were so friendly with the exception of the lady at the frond desk. She was very sassy and was unwilling to respect our reservation through hotels.com. It was a great hassle to have to get three different people to show their driver's license and sign three different […] forms when the reservations were made under one name. Even if that was the policy of this particular hotel, since we've always could check in with the credit card that we made the reservation with, she could been polite about it since customer service is literally her job. The Flagship was is a very good hotel, the staff and rooms were very good, I would recommend staying there.

Hotel is not in a nice area, also they make you think you are very close to the prime hotels and it's not close at all. If you walked anywhere you would most likely get mugged. Once you are at the hotel it's nice but don't plan on going anywhere without a car.

Because this is a Time Share the rooms given to those who are not time share members/owners are far less than described in the advertisment. It is probably a great timeshare but not as great a weekend get away. I do not think I would select this hotel for any future trips to Alantic City , New Jersey

This hotel/timeshare needs a major makeover.. bed was comfortable, views awesome. Having a kitchen was great. Couldn't get the tv to work.

I should of knew this hotel doesn't care about services when i waited 20 minutes to check-in. there were 2 receptionists at the desk and i was the second person in line. check-ins are not complicated, but it seems like a challenge to them. got to our and at around 10:30pm we realized the AC unit was not working and the room was at 76 degrees, called […] the front-desk and they said they will send a maintenance guy to check it out, I called 25 minutes later to see where is the maintenance guy, front-desk said they will page the guy again, 40 minutes past after the initial call still no maintenance guy, i called the front-desk again and I wanted to switch to a different room she said it's hotel policy and i can't switch room until the maintenance guy has checked it out and i need to be patient. i said fine, it's been 40 minutes so how much longer do you expect me to sit here and wait, she then give the story of this hotel has 32 floors and thousands of units and only 3 maintenance guys and there are service calls ahead of me. I said it's getting late and I might have to sit here the whole night because you don't know the eta for the maintenace guy. She got frustrated and past me to the manager, so i repeated the whole situation to the manager again and she said she will page the maintenance guy again. we hung and 10 minutes later the guy showed up in our room and confirmed the AC unit is broken, spoke to the manager and switched us to a different room. the whole ordeal took a about 2 hours.It was an ugly experience dealing with them on the phone. Timeshare presentation don't buy you can get a the same deal at the fraction of the cost from a real estate company. Overall a good hotel only downside is the elevators very slow.

First issue - you actually have to pay to park in their own parking lot after you pay a good amount to stay there. Soooo wrong. Then, if you want to buy breakfast you can't just get a bagel or something ... you have to pay 14.99 for the entire buffet. Then they make it sound like getting to main boardwalk is easily just a short walk away. Well, it is, […] but not through a very comforting neighborhood ... and at night forget it. Looks like u could walk from the bay boardwalk right to the main boardwalk but it is all broken through and amess and blocked off. You cannot walk on it to get to the main boardwalk. The tram is available but only a few times a day to come back and if it is full you are out of luck and have to pay for a taxi or a jitney (the jitney costs 2.25 per person one way). They need way more shuttle service for their customers. The room itself was nice and the view from the room was beautiful. But it did not make up for the other issues. This hotel has seen better days. While advertising states it is on the boardwalk - the boardwalk is closed and you cannot walk on to the shops/casinos (a 7 foot gap with a 15 foot drop is good reason to close). Friends and I booked a room in this hotel for Labor Day Weekend at a great rate compared to the outrageous prices for the "casino hotels." It was clean, and we had a great view from our 19th floor balcony. It was just a short cab ride away to the Borgata where we spent the rest of our evening. ITS A FANTASTIC PLACE FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY. LOCATED AROUND OUTLET STORES AND THE CASINOS. HOST AT HOTEL ARE VERY FRIENDLY. YOU CAN RENT MOVIES. ITS JUST A LOVELY PLACE. WE HAVE GONE TWICE ALREADY. AND WE WILL GO AGAIN.

When we first saw where this hotel was located, in relation to the other casinos, we were disappointed. (The surrounding neighborhood is desolate.) But, we soon learned that it was just a five- minute drive from Bally's, and there was plenty of street parking around the hotel. The room was spacious -- cute kitchenette, really nice and romantic. And […] the view of the ocean from our balcony was fantastic! It was great listening to the sound of the waves, especially at night. Well worth the drive to the casinos and it was nice to be able to get away from all the crowds on the boardwalk. The elevators did take a little long to come when we were checking out, but that was our fault, since we didn't want to leave our paradise, we waited until the last minute to check out, so it was no surprise that the elevators were crowded. I will definitely stay at the Flagship Suites again on my next trip to Atlantic City, and I would stay at least a week to take advantage of the hotel amenities. Leer más

After reading a review about the hotel having bed-bugs, I was skeptical about booking my reservation. However, the othervhotels in the area were out of my price range, and I stayed here befor with no problem. Upon arrival, the staff was very courteous and helpful. My check-in was quick and the staff directed me to activities on and off the premises. […] My room (one bedroom suite) was spacious and clean. My room overlooked Atlantic City. My daughter and grand-daughters went to the pool (indoor) and enjoyed themselves. The food in the restaurant was good and again the staff was very courteous. There is a parking garage on the premises ( I don't remember if I had to pay for parking). My daughter and grand-daughters enjoyed themselves at the Flagship and are eager to return. When I booked this hotel. I read most reviews that were pretty good. When my husband and I got to the hotel and started down the hall to our room, we were quite upset. The hotel had a bad odor, the carpet was stained. One inside the room it was very old. The bathroom had hair all in the tub and on the floor. It was only one night which is why we did […] not ask for a refund. I am not sure if all the rooms looked like this because its a time share, but our room was not nice at all. Cannot beat this for the money. Clean and no issue with the elevators as mentioned in other reviews. View was lovely and peaceful.

Love this Hotel,I stayed two night with my mother and three daughters. Perfect location away from all the boardwalk madness. We found a delicious soul food restaurant about a 5 min walk from the hotel. We ate most of our meals there, our breakfast tasted better than the food on the hotels breakfast buffet looked. Flagship is a family resort, beautiful, comfortable with precise rooms. We had a memorable time. The front desk staffs however needs to be more customer friendly. Resort should create opportunity for willing guest to become owners wether they are residents of USA or not.

This was probably one of the worse hotels I have ever stayed at. I do not know how it got the ratings it did and the cost per night is outrageous for the quality. The place is extremely dirty, the restaurant was horrible, waited over 20 mins for elevators, and the shuttle is very inconvenient, and staff is very unpleasant.

stayed just a couple of nights with my two daughters because it was close to OC. We had a wonderful view of the ocean and the staff was great. Room was clean and the location was just how I wanted it quiet and just far away from the boardwalk so I could sleep peacefully. My fiance and I stayed here on a friday night because it was cheaper than the casino hotels. It is about a mile from the boardwalk, which we walked during the day and took a cab back at night. The staff is rude and just trying to sell you time share. The restaurant is over priced and the service is rediculously bad. Bring food and snacks with you because there isn;t anywhere else to eat and our room had a stove, fridge, and coffee maker. The elevator system in this hotel was another frustration. There dosn't appear to be a service elevator, since garbage, workers, and dirty linen frequently filled one of three elevators for the whole buildling. This caused seriously long backups and at one point we just started taking the stairs. Once we got to the room all the rude staff and poor planning was swept away by the beautiful view of the ocean from our private deck. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The hotel is far from casino center. There is no beach could swim. Had to pay for parking. We occupied 2 rooms, one of our family member was allergic to the room for some reason. Don't know whether it was the bed bug or bed materials. Her eyes got swallen up next morning. The hotel was nice enough to switch us to another room. The problem was gone next […] morning. Its a great hotel/resort, friendly staff and family friendly. The view from every room is good. Its easy to travel to the casinos on the boardwalk or the marina, whether by jitney or car. Great stay always, thinking about purchasing a timeshare. Cat
