Céntrico, buen desayuno, habitaciones reformadas recientemente. Personal amable. Habitación un poco pequeña y no funcionaba el wifi en la habitación aunque sí en el lobby y gratuitamente. Hotel recomendable.

Muy buen hotel, cuatro estrella, muy nuevo y en perfecto estado.Tiene gimnasio y aparcamiento.La única crítica sería respecto a su ubicación, pero tampoco es nada problemático, puesto que hay una estación de metro (linea directa al centro) a escasos 600 metros del hotel. Hotel muy recomendable.

Estuvimos 3 noches en Agosto de 2011 en el Steigenberger Hotel Hamburg y nada más hacer el check in notas que es un Hotel diferente, donde el cliente es lo primero y recibe un trato exquisito. El personal de recepción es muy cualificado y muy atento. Cualquier contratiempo lo resolvían sobre la marcha. El Hotel está muy bien situado para ir caminando a cualquier parte del centro de Hamburgo. Solamente se echa de menos WI-FI gratuito en las habitaciones y un set de baño más completo para ser un Hotel de 5 estrellas.

Este hotel está bastante bien ubicado, cerca del Ayuntamiento, St. Michel y St. Paulí, aunque en una zona tranquila, mezcla de oficinas y residencial. Muy bien cuidado, espaciosa habitación, muy limpia por cierto. Estuvimos muy bien en este hotel y lo recomendamos.

St Georg se halla ubicado entre la estación principal de trenes y el lago Alster. Este barrio conserva hermosas calles antiguas y callejones descuidados. Modestos edificios de viviendas comparten espacio con hoteles de 5 estrellas, entre los que se incluye el histórico Kempinski Atlantic. En la calle Lange Reihe se concentran los restaurantes de lujo y las boutiques. Cerca de la estación se encuentran el teatro Deutsche Schauspielhaus y el museo de arte y artesanía.

Bar service was very slow but the staff were very helpful and spoke english. I would recommend it. The only problem was it is a little out of the way and we had to walk 20mins to main shopping area. Problematic if you have trouble walking but otherwise ok. […] Good taxi service took us where we wanted to go and the hotel staff ordered them for us. "Great hotel, quiet and easy reach to city centre"
Stayed at the hotel during a weekend break. Hotel location, whilst not bang in the centre of town but with easy reach of it and the airport (3 U-bahn stations within easy reach on foot) meant there was not a lot of noise during the night for example. Room was VERY spacious with a decent size bathroom with both a bath and shower (separate) and a separate […] toilet, which is great if you are traveling as a couple. Room also has a small kitcenette with a kettle and microwave if you don't feel like going out to eat. Bed was very comfortable, which is always a blessing after a long day of walking around in town. Reception staff were very pleasant and helpful (although I didn't in particular require general information, I am sure they would have happily provided if asked). We booked three rooms for up to a week business and a family get-together. The hotel is well-placed in St George opposite the U-bahn and walking distance from the lake and a streetful of restaurants. Perfekt beliggende hotel. med adgang til city på 10 min til fods. Jeg anbefaler dette hotel til enhver tid. Og jeg er sikker på, at jeg besøger dette hotel igen.

Vi har boet på dette hotel adskillige gange, ikke mindst på grund af de meget store værelser der er indrettet så man kan bo der. Endvidere ligger U-banen nærmest under hotellet. Der er god underjordisk garage. Der er gå-afstand til Alsteren og udsigten fra hotellets øvre etager er fin.

Ikke den mest interessante del af Hamburg, men i gåafstand til Centrum. Store værelser og ok Standard. Hvis du bare skal have et sted at sove et par dage i Hamburg, er Suite fint prisen taget i betragtning.

"Die Wahl viel auf dieses Hotel, weil ein Parkhaus"
Kurze aber freundliche Abfertigung. Strassenlärm nur mit geschlossenen Fenstern zu ertragen. Viel PVC, WC ist Dixi ähnlich. Für die Flasche Wasser war kein Kronenverschlussöffner vorhanden. Wenig Platz für private Wäsche. Für kurze Aufenthalte zu empfehlen.

This was an excellent hotel, one of the best I've stayed in for the price. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect, comfy bed, tea and coffee, had everything we needed. There was even a partition screen so the lounge area could be separated from the sleeping area. Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer U-Bahnstation, hat super große Zimmer und eine freundliche Rezepion - was will man mehr? Das Angebot, im Nebehotel zu frühstücken ist auch fein, denn für diese Buffet zahlt es sich aus, ein paar Schritte zu gehen!

"Top Hotel, gerne wieder!"
Sehr schönes, sauberes Hotel mit super Zimmerausstattung (Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Internet- und Telefonflatrate, Fernseher, Schreibtisch, Bad und WC getrennt, ...)! Die Lage ist sehr zentral (Hauptbahnhof und Innenstadt in unmittelbarer Nähe), U-Bahn-Anbindung ist direkt vor dem Hotel! Ich kann das Hotel ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen!

sehr neues,schönes und sauberes hotel. wirklich empfehlenswert, allerdings ist die umgebung nicht wirklich berauschend, aber die u-bahn ist vor der tür und in einer station ist man am hauptbahnhof und damit im zentrum. leider sind die betten etwas unbequem.dennoch: top preis-leistungs-verhältnis.

Kan anbefales til evt shopping til Hamborg , man kan med lethed gå ind til byen ca. 2,5 km evt tage metroen hvor stationen ligger lige uden for døren, dejligt stort værelse, hvor der alt hvad man skal bruge, vores værelse var lidt slidt, men alt virkede.

Das Hotel liegt nicht weit entfernt von der Binnenalster, die Innenstadt ist gut und schnell durch die nahe liegende U-Bahn zu erreichen. Das Hotelzimmer war großzügig bemessen, ruhig und gut ausgestattet, ideal für 3 Personen.
"Nice place to stay"
Very nice hotel with a friendly staff. Parking just under the hotel with direct access. The room where big but cosy, and the breakfast buffet got all you need, without beeing enormous. I highly recommand this hotel to anyone arriving by car, and/or with small children.

"Sehr gut"
Das Personal war sehr freundlich, kleine Sonderwünsche wurden sofort erledigt. Das Frühstück war gut, aber etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig um in der Lobby zu essen. Die U-Bahn ist 50 Meter entfernt, sehr angenehm. Das nächstes mal in Hamburg, sicher wieder im Suite Novotel Hamburg City
Grosses Hotel mit leider nur 1 Lift, was viel Wartezeit mit sich brachte, wenn man in den höheren Stockwerken wohnt. Das Frühstück ist sehr teuer. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und gross! Leider war es nicht sehr sauber geputzt ! Ebenso waren die Gläser an der Bar sehr dreckig und der Service nicht perfekt!

"Fint hotel til fornuftige penge...."
Et godt hotel for nogle få overnatninger - ligger centralt. Aircon virkede desværre ikke , så der var ganske varmt på værelset - som iøvrigt var meget stort. Bemærk at morgenmad skal tilkøbes for ca. 100 kr. per person

"Rigtigt godt hotel - især til prisen"
Meget fint hotel, især til prisen. God beliggenhed lige ved U-Bahn og ikke langt fra Hovedbanegården. Fine værelser. Lidt kedelig morgenmadsbuffet. 5 min. fra Lange Reihe hvor der er mange gode restauranter.

Mukava hotelli kävelymatkan päässä päärautatieasemalta. Sopii hyvin myös lapsiperheille ja liikuntarajoitteisille. Tilavat ja toimivat huoneet. Hyvä palvelu ympäri vuorokauden! Hotellin aulassa on jatkuvasti tarjolla pientä purtavaa maksutta.
