Muy buen hotel, la tarifa es algo costosa y deberian ofrecer mejores condiciones si hay periodicidad en alojamientos o niveles de ocupacion mensuales de 2 a 3 dias. Es posible?

Todo el personal que labora en el hotel, es muy gentil y servicial. Atención Personalizada y esmerada. Unico comentario negativo es el costo de traslado del aeropuerto al hotel, servicio prestado por un tercero recomendado por este, es un tanto mas costoso que otro servicio ejecutivo al mismo nivel.

Excelente ubicacion, excelente atencion, el unico problema es que a pesar de haber estado en el 5to. piso se escucha de masiado ruido, no hay un buen sistema de aislamiento del ruido.

El hotel nos dió más de lo que esperábamos. Situado en un barrio mas bien elegante y residencial, pero a solamente dos cuadras del Parque de la 93, alrededor del cual hay varios lugares bonitos para comer o tomar una cerveza: Fridrays, Bufallo Wings, una pizzeria, Cafe Renault, Creps & Waffles, la Pescadería Jaramillo, Bogota Beer Company, locales con […] comida y musica nacional en vivo, etc. La verdad no se necesita ni taxi, pues la zona es muy segura aún de noche. Como a diez cuadras está el CC Andino, con todo lo que necesites (ir a pie o en taxi por aproximadamente tres dólares!). Detrás del CC ANdino está la Zona Rosa, donde también está la Zona T y la Zona G: muchos restaurantes y pubs y discotecas, como para gente más bulliciosa, por esto es que el hotel es conveniente, hay silencio para dormir, nunca completo porque Bogotá es animada y la gente se acuesta tarde, pero mi esposo y yo no nos quejamos por los ruidos, dormimos bien. El desayuno es buffet, con jugo de naranja natural, huevos según tu gusto, queso, pan, cereales, etc. A continuación del salón del buffet hay un salón con chimenea! la encienden por las noches! con su pequeño bar, donde nos pedimos unas cervezas y unas arepas de lo mejor. Son tolerantes con el horario del cierre del desayuno (11am) y siempre muy amables. Por la decoración uno realmente cree estar en una casa, claro de seis pisos: bonitos cuadros, madera, luces cálidas, etc. También hay WIFI con código y un Business Center con impresora! Nosotros escribimos un mail al hotel y reservamos un shuttle (en realidad un taxi para nosotros dos) con un precio aproximado de USD17, muy seguro y cómodo. El regreso al aeropuerto es algo más económico porque no te están esperando a que llegues. En la Recepción no hay información turística, creo que podrían mejorar ésto, pero no duden en pedirla, porque sí se la darán gustosos, como por ejemplo planos de la zona o de la ciudad, o contratar un taxi a Sipaquirá para visitar la Catedral de la Sal (reservar Leer más

Decent hotel, very nice people, but VERY loud. Between every sound in the hotel filtering straight to my room, and the very hard bed, I slept very badly.

I would stay here again without hesitation. Great staff, wonderful, spacious rooms and nice neighborhood!

Stayed for 5 days and found it clean and comfortable. Located about a block for Parque 93 (bars, food). Very safe neighborhood walked around the area and felt very safe. This was my first time to vissit Colombia and the staf of the hotel was very helpfull with every thing I needed in very friendly way to enjoy the great city Bogota. For me this was the best experiance in a hotel I ever had. I absolutly recoment this hotel to foreign vissitors for buseniss or plessure. Thanks !!

The hotel staff is incredibly gracious and helpful -- when we checked in they asked if we'd like a beverage, and they were very accommodating of our requests. It's in a very nice neighborhood in Bogota, with a lot of restaurants just down the street. I would definitely stay there again.

Superb location on a quiet street, easy walking distance to the Park 93 area with excellent restaurants, in a safe area of Bogota. Safe to walk around the neighborhood day and night. The hotel was very nice and the staff was extremely helpful. The rooms were large. The beds were a bit hard for american standards, but overall the room was good. The hotel was in an upscale and safe neighborhood. I would stay there again.

The room was large and comfortable. I stayed almost 2 weeks and in an ordinary room would have gone stir crazy. The only reason for the 4 is that its not a 5 star hotel. Its not really a 4 star hotel by US standards either. However the stars don't translate well. Moreover the price was very reasonable by Bogota standards. A real value. The staff was […] helpful, attentive and thoughtful. My laundry was lost, it happens, but it was handled fairly and without argument. The only item thats not up to snuff is the food service. Breakfast was more than ok, however the menu for dinner was very limited and somewhat mediocre. Great neighborhood. Upscale stores, safe, with a variety of restaurants. The hotel was clean and in a very safe area. Great restaurants within walking distance. The staff were very helpful and professional. The in house restaurant was good, but had a limited menu. The only couple drawbacks were that the hotel was a bit too far from downtown so transporation of some form or another was needed to get to most tourist sites. […] Additionally because of the open design of the interior you could could hear quite clearly the staff talking as they were preparing the breakfast...and we were on the fifth floor! Nice small hotel to stay in and very close to restaurants and shops on a very nice street which is mostly residential. Staff is very nice and accomodating. Would go back , request upper floors since it is small and you could hear lobby conversations.

The hotel is located within a few blocks of Parque 93, which is a lively and safe area of Bogota. There were numerous restaurants serving all types of food that surrounded the park on all four sides. Also withing walking distance is a movie theatre which shows films in English. My stay at this hotel was an excellent experience. Everyone on the staff […] were always pleasant and always acknowledged you. The buffet type breakfast was very filling and of high quality. I even met one of the co-owners who also asked me how I was enjoying my stay and if everything was satisfactory. Even when it came to check-out time and I needed to stay longer in my room, it was not a problem. This is about my sixth time visiting Bogota and I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Overall, I highly recommend the Casa Real Hotel to anyone looking for a quiet and good location hotel. I will certainly stay again. Leer más

Great service in a very nice location.The staff at Casa Real are Wonderfull.

The room was excellent-coming from NYC my hubby and I were saying this was as big as our entire apt! the best part was the helpful staff-we asked them every question imaginable and they would help call and draw us maps. SUPER!!

Staff is trying very hard, comfortable room, although a bit noisy in the morning. Good location, within walking distance to several good restaurants.

While this hotel may be off the beaten tourist path, it holds it's own quite well. The staff was so friendly even though I spoke no Spanish. They did their best to understand me and responded immediately to my every need. This hotel is worth it for the staff alone! I was given a complimentary breakfast consisting of an omelet, fresh fruit and pancakes […] and it was delicious! Having great food on top of great service was more than I could have hoped for. The hotel wasn't exactly close to all the tourist attractions but the hotel found an English-speaking cab driver who stayed with me all day and took me anywhere I wanted to go for more than a reasonable fee. The three best things about Casa Real - and the other "things" were all fine. Terrific staff - I have not had better service at five star hotels.

Very welcoming team who could not do enough to ensure that my stay was comfortable. The room was spacious and well appointed with everything that I needed. The free wireless connection was a little unreliable but it worked. Would definitely come again.

I was weary of this hotel based on the mixed reviews, however, upon my arrival I was extremely satisfied with the every detail of the hotel. The staff were extremely nice and helpful during my week long stay. The complimentary breakfast was the best I have had. You have a choice of cereal, eggs (served to your liking.. scramble, omelet, sunny side up), […] fresh fruit, freshly squeezed OJ and coffee. Very good value for money hotel, with location just a few blocks from "el parque de la 93", full of bars and restaurants. Personel is nice and helpfull. Nice to have free Wi-Fi. A little refreshment of bathroom could make it nicer. Breakfast also could be a bit more generous.

The hotel wasn't as nice as I expected based on the reviews I read. The room we had was a junior suite, supposedly non-smoking. Upon arrival at the hotel, the front desk staff were pleasant. They allowed us to check-in and eat breakfast even though we arrived very early. The continental breakfast was decent. The room itself was a disappointment. As […] soon as we entered the room, it had a vague odor which I later realized was stale cigarette smoke. The room decoration and furniture were modern, and the bed was comfortable. The television was very out-dated. The bathroom needed remodeling. There were holes in the wall where there used to be a telephone. My wife and I tried to take a bubble bath in the dingy whirlpool tub, but the plug was damaged. After that we tried to take use the shower which would constantly change temperature. The shower stall door was difficult to close which allowed it to leak. The was only one piece of soap in the room even though there was a kitchenette with a sink, a sink in the bathroom, a tub and a shower. When we checked out of the hotel, we mentioned that we were supposed to have a non-smoker's room. They didn't bother to respond. So, that was my experience at the Casa Real. Your mileage my vary. If you're planning to go to Bogota, select your hotel early because last minute shoppers will have few good options. I've stayed in more than a few hotels in Bogota and each has plenty of room for improvement. Or you can wait until 2010 when the new Marriott is completed. Leer más

Próximo ao parque da Rua 93, onde estão situados vários bares e restaurantes. Vizinhança tranquila e fácil acesso ao Shopping Andino, que é ótimo.

Excelente hotel!!! Apesar de reservar no Casa Real localizado na Calle 93, fui hospedado na nova instalação do hotel localizada na Calle 95, inaugurada há cerca de 4 meses.
