I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. I stayed in similar hotel in Michigan the previous weekend. It had a spa that I loved very much. This one in NY did not have a spa or a swimming pool which I greatly looked forwared to. Nothwithstanding, it was worth the stay.

nice as always that was my fifth time I stay there and lots more to come nice fresh breakfast ,great staff ilove it,love it and love it more

This was our first trip to the "BIG APPLE" and was business not pleasure but the hotel staff was so outstanding that we are planning a trip back for pleasure. They went above the call of duty. We had a business meeting and checked out the day of the meeting and needed to leave our luggage there until we returned and they allowed us to leave it there. […] Once we returned we had almost 4 hours til our flight so they offered us a courtesy shuttle to the mall even thought we had checked out already. Not only did they take us to the mall but came back and picked us up then took us to the airport for our flight. If you wanted to be treated like a special guest then this is the place for you. The two nights there worked out well. It was close to the L I Expressway, which made it convenient because I traveled to Manhattan each day. Everything was very good or adequate....maid service, complimentary breakfast, cleanliness, friendliness of staff

This hotel was not what I was expecting. While the rooms were clean, most of the Holiday Inns I have stayed at have excellent customer service. This hotel was seriously lacking in that department. The staff was completely uninterested in customer concerns and sometimes was not even present at the desk. There really wasn't anything wrong with it except the customer service. I would stay there again, more out of laziness in researching other hotels than out of desire for a repeat experience. i was surprised to find that my garden level room had an a/c unit that didn't work, the coffee pot already had stains in it, the plug ins in the lamp did not work, and the bed was like a rock.

easy access from major NY HIGHWAYS and to subway and bus lines... helpful staff, clean environment,ask for room away from the highways.. nothing in walking distance as far as restaurants go...

It's hard for us to rate the hotel because we were only there for a few hours. We stayed overnight and left at 4:30 in the morning to catch a flight at 6:00. The hotel should think about this time, since La Guardia is pretty busy and leaving the Hotel at 4:30 in the morning is cutting it short. Also, Maybe your Hotel can have some muffins or something […] to take with us on the way to the Airport, since it's so early and your breakfast does not start til 6:00 A.M. They don't have a restaurant but pleased that they did have coffee in the evening, in the lobby and in the room. They also have orange juice, in case you want some before 6:00 a.m. Overall, we had a good stay. We only stayed there because of the free shuttle to the airport and not far from it. We did not know anything about the area But we Did find out, that near by, was what once used to be the "Worlds Fair". Leer más

but being located in the basement perhaps explains the dungeon like feel of the room, in NY where property is at a premium. the ceiling was high, no window. You would probably not choose to walk around the neighborhood. the location is quite close to LGA however and the clientele were businessman types. This hotel is unremarkable in that it is an airport hotel, and has no frills. However, I found the room, though plain, very clean and the people more than accommodating. They were welcoming and friendly and appeared to want to be helpful in every way. I stayed here for a whole week though my flight is to JFK, not Laguardia Airport. Staffs were very helpful. The room is clean, new. It offers free internet service, breakfast, and shuttle. The breakfast is very good-has everything from boiled eggs to cereal, toast, doughnuts...It's very convenient to take subway to Manhattan, no problem. We got the […] room on the freeway side. This was an easy hotel to find as I drove in from Philadelphia. My stay was strictly to bring my daughter to a summer program at Fordham, in the Bronx. It was a good location. about 10 miles away. The hotel room was good and the staff was very friendly. The Hotel offered a shuttle to the airport and the nearby mall. Breakfast was good. Location is horrible. I like the location - near airport and not as pricey as Manhattan hotels. Yet city is still accessible through hotel shuttle to/from airport and Metro. The only trouble I experienced was locating the shuttle pick-up point. It is at airport's upper level, yet the signs at the shuttle area do not indicate so. I would stay hear again especially if I'm flying out of LGA, Good hotel for the money.

Service was good. Worker at the front desk was very helpful... Such as explained how to use the train service, she also explained how to get to destination n get back. She was very friendly and helped us out alot. Their breakfast that was offered was amazing as well :). Also including the shuttle service was great, helped us out alot. Very clean convenient room. Breakfast was outstanding, boom modern.

Perfectly fine for a short visit. Van to airport ran as scheduled. Our room was clean and comfortable. A wise choice if you have an early flight in ther morning and need transportation to the aiport. Van starts at 430am and continues every half hour. Staff was great and I loved the unlimited free shuttle to the airport and to the subway. Anytime I needed to be picked up or taken to the subway they did it within 10 minutes. The rooms were very nice and clean, very quiet and free internet. The breakfast was free and great also. You can't beat it for the price. Room was clean, updated, spiffy. Front Staff (a man) was wonderful. Assisted with me my many questions. Breakfast: They just started serving pancakes on my morning there and they were bad. I had a bite of a pre manufactured cheese omlette (Yuck) Bite of Sausage (Yuck). Just ate a slice of whole wheat toast and took a coffee to go.

It went great! The shuttle picked us up by the mall, and we were also taken to the airport, the following morning, with no problems. I've heard of people criticizing the room size, but seriously, what are you doing in your room? Everything went well, and I felt the neighborhood was as safe as anywhere in NYC. I will definitely stay here, again.

Rooms have high noise level on street side. People are very nice.

This place was a big disappointment. Just needed a place to lie my head for a few hours from midnight to 6am during an extended layover, but these rooms were so cramped and extremely NOISY right next to the Long Island Expressway. Barely got a wink of sleep. Also the shuttle took 3 calls and 45mins to pick me up from the terminal...which ended up being […] a good 15-20min trip as well. I typically stay at Holiday Inn Express wherever I travel. Overall price and hotel comfort is decent. This hotel was disappointing only because it was older and mainly because it was right on the highway. So the noise from all the cars going by was frustrating. If I ever go back there, which is not likely, I will request the side that does not face […] the highway. Otherwise, they were nice and I have no complaints about the room. I'm a fan of Holiday Inn Express, because rooms are usually clean and breakfast is good or OK. This hotel might be rennovated recently, but they are not spacious, so breakfast area is tiny. But there are things for breakfast. The main reason why I stayed this hotel is 2 Queen Beds in a room with good price. We found this hotel met all of our expectations. The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly, the continental breakfast was great and the price point was very reasonable. We would definitely stay here again!!
