el hotel es muy bueno lo malo es una de las personas de la reccesion muy pesada y la limpiesa no es q era mala sino le falta un poquito mas de resto es un hotel bien agradable

El hotel luce higiénico. Para el viajero que no tendrá un estancia larga dentro de la habitación, está muy aceptable. No lo recomienndo para ir con niños muy pequeños ni bebés. El parqueo de vehículo me lo encontré muy caro, aunque entiendo la limitación de la zona.

Lindas habitaciones y una estancia agradable, muy recomendado como punto de salida para otros puntos. Restaurante un poco caro, recomiendo caminar para buscar opciones diferentes de comida y precios.

DELIECIOSO EL HOTEL. LO UNICO MALO LAS AVES QUE TIENEN EN EL LOBBY. CON LA LAMPARA PRENDIDA TODO EL DIA ESO NO JUSTO USAR LOS ANIMALES COMO SI FUERAN POLLOS PARA COMERSE.

Muy lindo y moderno Hotel, excelente ubicación! Cómodas las habitaciones y muy convenientes las sillas y toallas para la playa que se ofrecen sin costo. Sólo sugiero no tomar habitaciones con vista hacia la piscina ya que pueden ser un tanto bulliciosas. Muy buena la atención, lo recomendiendo para parejas jóvenes ó grupos de amigos.

I would recommend this hotel they have superb service and you will be treated very well.

The place was fine and the staff helpful, but for the business person it was no good. No accessible plugs and a VERY small desk, barely big enough for a iPad let alone a laptop. Nice and quiet, though.

2 blocks away from but worth the walk. Hotel very nice and clean.

With the exception of the restaurant/bar staff, the service was great (front desk, housekeeping, parking, Franklin the Concierge).

The Clinton hotel was in a prime location, only 2 blocks from the ocean and many restaurants. We walked everywhere -there is definately no need for a car rental (& there is no place to park it). Before arriving, I emailed the concierge with specific questions on reservations for parties, restaurants, etc....but I never heard back from him. We paid for […] a Queen balcony room, but upon checking in, noticed only a tiny room with a double bed and a patio (balcony) opening up to a faux pool ie, "balcony" on the 1st floor. I was told that was the room I paid for, but would be moved if another room became available -it did not. We stayed a week & everyday, the room was cleaned after I requested for them to clean it, but the towels (bath, hand, washcloths), soap, shampoo, conditioner, & coffee were never replaced & we had to request those items everyday with the front desk who made a list every single day. It was very clean and quiet, and the white comforter and linens were a nice touch. The bathroom did not have a vent fan, the shelf in the shower was broken and never replaced, & there was a wierd hook which stuck out a foot in the shower which we did not understand why it was there. The concierge was a positive to the hotel and his happy face made our experience better. The hotel did include complimentary cocktails from 7-8 every night, which was a nice touch. Overall, the location made the hotel a reasonable place to stay. I am used to staying at hotels similar to the Hilton, which this definately was not. It had the very basics and felt like many shortcuts were taken because they knew it was a good location. Next time in visiting this city, we would not choose to stay here. Leer más

The hotel is in the art deco area of Miami beach. It is on 4 floors and has had a makeover inside. Lobby, passageways and rooms ultra cool (permafrost in coolness). Bathroom very nicely done with big shower area. WiFi with own router in every room. Very central to Ocean Drive area and shops. Staff very helpful and friendly (all of them) and very willing […] to help. Bonuses were free drinks (Gin and Vodka plus mixers) between 7 and 8 pm each night, and a free shuttle bus to the airport. Only downside was a cockroach found (and crushed) by our kids! Thought that was NY only..... Would recommend the hotel for that area and would return there. Leer más

I come to South Beach quite often for vacation, and am aware that in this city in particular, the hotels are either SUPER amazing or SUPER bad. Always keep the saying "you get what you pay for" in mind when you are searching for places to stay in this area. Hotels in this area are much more hit and miss than most cities I have traveled to. To focus […] on the good first: The hotel was nicely redecorated with some nice mod touches. They offered complimentary drinks in the evenings. There is a pool, albeit quite small. The location is very convenient to the beach and shopping. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. I actually left this hotel earlier than my stay had originally planned for a variety of reasons including issues with the shower, but most particularly because the walls are extremely thin. I could hear pretty much everything my neighbors were "doing" and saying (in their normal voices). I don't consider myself super picky when it comes to hotel digs, but I would say the thin walls were a bit beyond the usual and customary. Excelent place, you just walk to Best places in Miami Beach. Restaurant, bars and stores close to the hotel.

My room faced the pool and there is a bar attatched (XO Cafe) that plays music from 9 or 10 AM until 4 or 5 AM the following morning. Everyday. They advertise a queen bed, it was a full. If you are trying to relax at all, don't stay here

The hotel is just O K, and in what I would term the seedy part of South Beach. We were only there 3 days and 2 nights and had things to do, so it was OK for us. Did find a restaurant in the next block that was great. Next time we go to Miami we will probably stay at a hotel north of Lincoln.

It was a nice short 2 block walk from the beach and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room smelled like a damp old cellar!! I found dead rotting flowers in the closet(housekeeping had missed)and the bathroom above mine poured water into my bathroom!! Don't bother!!!

I will not recommend this hotel to others. This is more like a 2 stars hotel to me. - Construction is poorly done. - Lighting is very low. - Smelly. - Lound.

Staff were very helpful and attentive, rooms were clean, but overall feel of this hotel felt like a night club.... they even stocked condoms in the mini bar

As an early stay prior to a cruise, this was a nice addtion to our vacation. It was located next door to DASH boutique and 2 blocks from Ocean drive. All three rooms did not have the same amenities. The halls, while trying to achieve a modern, sexy ambiance was too dark. There was only one small elevator. The loft was very spacious, nicely renovated, […] but the jacuzzi did not seem very clean and there were no robes like advertised. Business center had only one computer with no printer. When we first walked in they still didn't have our paper work from hotel.com and the front desk girl was a bit rude and seemed annoyed... Only complain over all was that we had to wait so long for our car from valet even though we called for it. We would be back though!!!

Clean, comfortable, near to ocean drive and main nightspots in south beach. Walking distance from the beach. Nice staff. Good for the money

Not a five star hotel ,but for the price and location it was just fine . Close to main action .A seven Eleven right across the street which is great for late night whatever.Pool is the size of a large jacuzzi. I would stay there again.

I couldnt complain for the $100 dollar night. Close to everything. Basic Miami beach hotel, nothing real fancy. Get ready to fork out for parking though. The concierge was cool, he gave us the rundown on what to do in Miami.

the hotel staff was rude, we had only cold water to shower and the room was VERY small. the tv was small and there were only four programmes available. cannot recommand this hotel at all!

The hotel is too expensive, no tv remote control, no towels, no hot water in the shower. the breakfast is nothing, the waters will not tell you that you need vaousher from the hotel, so they charge you for the breckfast. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.Bad value for money! ...

Not sure why all the negative reviews with this hotel, I had a great stay. Yes, the pool area was under renovation, but I stayed out there for several hours with a magazine and a cocktail from the bar right at the pool. My room was clean and I noticed some of the traffic noise from 9-11 but after that I was sound asleep...these beds are comfortable! […] Location is amazing, very close to the beach, clubs, and great food. Overall I was very happy with my stay; I had friends join me and the staff was able to get them rooms right next to mine. Valet parking was $28 which is typical for SoBe. Leer más

The pool was taped off (but still usable) and much of the downstairs hallways were under construction. The A/C also did not work in my room and it seemed as though the room I was initially given was not ready for guests (now towels, missing fridge, etc.). After contacting the hotel staff, I was relocated to another room which was nice.

The decor was lovely the comfort was so so. You can hear everything going on from the room next to you, to the outdoor hoohkah bar guest till 4 am and the hotel staff in the hall way. It was clean and small, but you could walk to the beach. If your not down to party all night like therest of the guest than this is not the place for you.

it is the worst hotel I have ever been, absolutely not recommended with kids ! People are rude and pool was closed for maintenance...The pictures on the website are not the reflect of the reality !

The hotel is renovated boutique hotel. Everything is small, including the pool which is more like a standing pool to stand in to keep cool. The hotel is in a great location. The 2 complaints are you can hear the city powerwashing the sidewalks every morning at 430am!!! GET AN INSIDE ROOM!!! That and we had motorbikes which we paid $28 bucks a day for […] each bike to "valet it" even though it was on the curb, and every morning we came out of the hotel, our bikes were covered in sticky stuff from the powerwashing. Small hotel near the beaches of Miami Beach. Only small walk to Ocean Drive. There is a bar connected to the hotel where you also can buy breakfast in the morning. With the bar, there was also a small pool. The staff was treating us very good. There were no good view from the windows.

The hotels location was very convenient for everything you want to do in Miami. The customer service in the hotel on the other hand was unacceptable. They will not go out of their way to accomidate you even if the error at hand is their mistake. The television that hung from a wallmount was broken and cockeyed, the desk chair was cracked and broken, the springs on the bed were broken and made the bed creaky and uncomfortable, the blinds didn't shut on the windows and while we had asked for a quiet room, the noise from the pool was very loud. The maintenance man made a lame attempt to correct […] the tv and was unsuccessful. He took away the broken chair and brought back a metal folding chair. The Clinton Hotel is in a great location, the price is reasonable, but they have a restaurant next door that plays extremely loud banging music until very early in the morning. I have stayed in many hotels in South Beach and the Clinton is one of the best. The rooms are small, but that is how most of the boutique hotels are in the Art Deco district. This room was bigger than the rooms at the Richmond by far. The location is great and the staff was very cool the whole time. The hotel ran out of towels on our last day, but it […] was no big deal, they got us new towels within a couple of hours. If you can afford it, the jacuzzi rooms are very cool. Overall I would think about staying here again if the price was right. If you are looking for a larger hotel room, the hotels around 15th and Collins and up offer what most would consider the typical hotel room. Leer más
