El hotel nos brindo cercania y traslado a Universal. Suite con 2 baños para 6 personas y buen precio. Lastima que esta muy viejito y da pena de solo mirarlo, pero esta en buenas condiciones pero muy basico.

Las fotos mostradas en la pagina de internet son muy engañosas, el hotel estaba muy sucio, con mobiliario viejo y en malas condiciones, los colchones muy sucuios, viejos e incomodos, el desayuno continental de regalo pesimo.

Muy cómodo y bien ubicado, Muy bueno sobre todo cuando van en familia y con niños.

El hotel esta excelentemente ubicado, la recepcion estuvo bien, salvo que el hotel en gral necesita una remodelacion, alfombras muy gastadas, colchones que no se pueden seguir usando, pero por el precio mucho no se puede pedir. Con repecto al desayuno, la verdad que nos causo mucha gracias, "UNA VERGUENZA", no lo paguen y ahorrense los dolares y vayan […] a IHOP o a donde quieran. No se condice lo ofrecido en la página de Hoteles.com, con el servicio prestado. Al Hotel le falta mantenimiento en las habitaciones; como ser renovación de colchones en sofás camas y ambientación general.

La atención del personal fue buena, excelente ubicación y habitaciones cómodas, sobre todo al contar con 2 recámaras y cada 1 con su baño; aunque demasiado chica la ducha de la habitación principal. Lamentablemente el desayuno incluído, es absurdo, una bolsita para llevar a la habitación (o si gustas comer enla cafetería) con danesas, manzanas o naranjas […] y jugos de manzana. Todos los días era lo mismo y contado por persona. Un desayuno frío y totalmente dulce. El desayuno del buffet pagado, tampoco era la opción más atractiva y mantenía el sistema de platos y cubiertos desechables contados por persona. Algo incómodo al querer servirse nuevamente o en caso de que a los niños se les cayera al suelo algún cubierto, tener que estar solicitando a la encargada otro limpio y explicando por que. en general la relación costo-beneficio es buena, al hotel le hace falta reciclaje en alfombras, carpintería, instrumentos de cocina

matress have to be change

I got a good deal on this and was not disappointed. The room was nice and the location convenient. The only complaint was the hot tub was a bit dirty. Would stay again at the price I paid.

The hotel is in a very good location, close to Universal Studios, Sea World and other parks. It is also right next to many shops and restaurants. The rooms are a little tight, and the shower in one of the bedrooms is very, very small.

For the little time i was there it was very comfortable i could walk to places

Our room was nice but the beds were very squeaky. Did not get a good nights rest. The hot tub and pool area was exceptional and the breakfast in the morning was a great bargain.

I was soo looking forward to stay at this hotel and as soon as I got to my room I was dissapointed. The bathroom was really small, toiletries where not as good as other hotels in the area, bathroom was not clean, it seems like the batroom was just swipe really fast the bed was really uncomfortable and the layout of the room was just awkward. the hotel outside was beutifull, and the locatio perfect but the room and furniture was old, the wall paper peeling, it smell to old, after 3 days i found out how to get clean towels, because i did not know about the door sign, the mircowave, and the furnitures looked like from the 70's. dont be fool about the free breakfast it does not feed even a […] child. any way i had to go a buy breakfast in other place, spend a couple of dollars more and get a better rating hotel with a better service Leer más

Great location and pools are great. Carpets were had a bit of a smell but they were cleaning them when we were there. On our 3rd morning when we woke we found ants on our bed locker on on the kids cot. Hotel is in a good location. Needs to be refurbish the rooms. Continental breakfast is only a fruit,a very small juice and a pastrie given to you in a small bag.

Overall we were happy with the room and amenities for the cost. The pull out sofa for my teenage son left a bit to be desired, had a broken brace and could probably stand to be replaced. If you don't want to spend a lot and want to be close to universal studios and downtown orlando this hotel is for you. However, be prepared for outdated decorating, noisy beds and appliances that may or may not work. The only real criticism that I have is that "breakfast included" means a bag with a pop tart and an apple, the actual breakfast buffet […] is not free, that would have been nice to know before we got there. Very noisy air-conditioning kept us awake. Had to shut it off. Second night - 5am ceiling start dripping water. Some plumbing problem there. We had to move to 7th floor. Nice big terrace, but non-smoking room was not always been non-smoking. The smell was disgusting. Dirty curtains, dirty sofa. Everything have seen its best days. Broken oven, broken […] dish washer. The workout room is the size of a walk in closet with lots of old machines packed into a small space. The rooms appear to have not been updated in the last 20 years & they were in bad condition in addition to needing a more thourough cleaning. The only advantage is location (if you are going to Universal). Hotel is a bit running down in terms of room conditions etc. Run out of towels on busy days.

Our room was very clean, and they clean the room every 3 days, which is fine, but they took the used sofa bed sheets and did not leave any clean ones. We had to ask for more toilet paper, only had 2 to start with and with 4 people in our room we used it quickly. Also had to ask for more bath towels & washcloths, you only get 2 each in a studio room […] (one king bed and a sofa bed). I think our king bed was broke in some way, as every time you sat on or just turned over it creaked really bad as if it were going to break. The bathroom should be updated soon, as the tub/shower faucet seemed ready to pull out of the wall every time we used it. Beware coffee is nasty. They have a "continental breakfast" included in your stay. Nice idea, but you don't get to choose what you want, they ask how many people in your room, and they just hand you a pre-filled bag with 2 apples or oranges, 2 apple juices, and 2 prepackaged sweet rolls or pop tarts, even though we had 4 people in our room. We used 1 outdoor pool and the indoor pool, both were fairly clean. We enjoyed the balcony and the view we had of the small lake behind hotel facing Wet n Wild. This hotel is really close to all the action on International Drive like Wet n Wild, and only a couple minutes from Universal and Sea World, and about 10 minutes from Disney parks. Right across the street was the Pirates Dinner Adventure. Many guests had issues with getting in our Building #1 as the room keys were not working in the building entrances. The staff was friendly, however, I don't feel that they were backed up with a sufficient product. The rooms were outdated and dirty.

for the price i paid for the room no i would not ever stay again

This is a condo hotel, and the kitchen was very nice. However, the non-smoking room smelled like smoke upon arrival-- I decided a quick fix would be to air out the room so we opened the sliding door, which had a nice view. Friends and I planned to shower quickly then head out to dinner, since we were filthy and tired from a day at a theme park, but […] our showers were shorter than we could have imagined-- the pipes in the wall made a terrifying roaring sound that prevented us from doing anything beyond the most basic washing up. I was honestly scared that pressure in the pipes could cause the shower head to explode into my face at any minute. We had low expectations about the already smoky and scary sounding room, but when we returned from a late dinner, the hotel added insult to injury. Even though I said I would have 4 guests, no bedding had been left for the pull out sofa. I called down to the front desk and was told that they were out of sheets, and was not offered a solution. I asked to have extra blankets sent up (never being offered a different room or second room or another option), and a security guard brought me one extra blanket. So my friends ended up sleeping on an already uncomfortable pull-out mattress, that had blood on it, with just a blanket spread on top of it. The manager was very apologetic when I explained my dissatisfaction and offered me a free night's return stay, but I'm honestly not sure I will return anyway. I don't expect a hotel to be too posh or hip, but I do expect to be able to take a shower and sleep-- and that was really difficult to make happen at the Enclave. Leer más

This Extended stay hotel is probably the very best in the Orlando area ... Excellent value for the money and close to absolutely everything you could want.

only benefit to be in this hotel is near to all theme parks and tourist destinations. Apart from that, bed quality was not good and room size was too small even though I had 2 bed room suite.

This was realy cheap. So you get what you pay for. The room is big and it is ok. But there is a strange smell in the hallway. We stayed here for 3 nights. The staff were realy nice and helpful! THERE ARE NOW FREE BREAKFAST!! All you get is jiuce and 1 apple!! so we hade to go and by breakfast. It is close to shopping and restaurants

the website looks very nice. I was assigned a room in tower 1. This room was horrible! I didn't want to sit on the couch let alone sleep on the pull out. the carpets were stained, the bathroom had ants.. I complained and was given a room in the other tower. The room was acceptable. The pull out bed was broken. the foot of the bed was touching the floor […] and the mattress was concave. Their "fix" was to throw another mattress on top. So i didnt have a couch for the duration. I have just got back from Orlando and I cant speak highly enough of the Enclave . The hotel is in a very convenient spot close to the I ride trolley which is a godsend if you don't have a car, the staff couldnt do enough for us,If I had one little complaint it would be that the use of the computer in the lobby is very expensive as I have stayed in other […] hotels in Orlando and the use of same was free but this alone would not stop me booking the Enclave again I have stayed here a lot and always have a good experience. The ac wasnt working the first 7 hs of the stay

This hotel was not pleasant at all. I hated the way that the breakfast worked. It was a waste of time and money. I absolutely though it was just horrible because it had a very unusually and unpleasant odor. I hopefully will never go to this hotel ever again. This hotel is in a great location with wonderful amenities but there is construction in the next building and thw workers started early each morning. Also check-out time was twenty minutes because they were helping others with transportation issues. There should be one desk person for check-out only.

I booked this room because of the wonderful ammenities shown on hotels.com. I needed an indoor swimming pool. The pictures and services looked very pleasing. Upon arrival, we checked in our room and there were bugs all over the nightstands. The room smelt like mold and all the cabinets were coming apart. I was not aware that the hotel is more like a […] condo setup, therefore I was not aware there were no room that had 2 double beds. They only include a queen bed with a pull out couch. I called the front desk to request a room change and they said they would check and call me right back. While waiting for them to call, we changed into our bathing suits. We waited 30 mins and did not receive a call back. We went to the lobby to find out what was going on and they gave me a room key to go check the room and make sure it was sufficient. I sent my children and sister to the pool while I checked it out. I walked all the way to the other side of the hotel to get to the room to find out the key didn't work. I walked allll the way back to the front desk and they gave me a different key. At that time, I requested for security to go with me in case of any problems. They said the security would meet me at the building and they never did. The room wasn't any better than the previous one, but there were no bugs. I had to go back to the other room and get all of our things and take them to the other room. By the time I did all this, there was no time for me to enjoy the indoor pool, which was the reason i even chose this hotel in the first place. I was definitely not satisfied with the service of the hotel or the cleanliness. Especially for the price! And I was not happy to wake up to a 7 am wake up call that I did not request. The location is excellent..however the quality of the room was really bad.. ants around the kitchen, bathroom plug didnt work, the sliding door handle was broken, the kitchen cabinets were almost falling down. The free breakfast is a joke!
