Wild Wing Resort

This is a condo so no daily maid svc. Front desk closes at 5PM but there is an emergency number and a security staff. Our 2 BR, 2BA condo was clean, in good repair and all appliances worked (full kitchen). Location close to discount mall and Hospital Units are older but ours was in very good shape. This was a nice condo in quiet resort, great price & friendly staff. Our only issues were that the condo had clearly not been dusted or swept in weeks, we could write our name with a finger on the dressers & hardwood floors. Also, the front desk closes at 6 with checkin at 4 that gives you a two hour window to get there & get your needs met. Lastly, […] I would have liked to know ahead of time that I had to wash my own linens during my stay & that I had no housekeeping services. Vacation to me means no housework, so that was a disapointing adjustment. Otherwise a very nice stay, we couldn't beat the price vs the accommodations . This was an excellent condo; 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, two bathrooms, washer&dryer, and a pool! We have a daughter attending Coastal Carolina U, so we will be visitin Conway/Myrtle Beach often and this resort will be our place of choice. Excellent staff and facilities!

I booked this resort for relatives because of a sports event. They wanted something affordable and were very impressed with this resort. The condo was spacious and comfortable and they had nothing but good things to say about it. Over-all a good value for the money

We lucked up when we were able to get a room at Wild Wing. We needed a room for two nights while we attended orientation at Coastal Carolina University. For the price of a small (smelly)hotel room, we got a two bedroom condo with two full baths, a kitchen and a living room. Every inch was extremly clean and comfortable. Our plan was to go to the beach but we did not want to stay on the strip. Wild Wing Resort was located off the road in a quiet golf-like scenery, the room was very clean and very comfortable. It was nice like a small apartment. For a weekend getaway the room had a full kitchen.... A quick trip to the grocery store and we were good! The air condition […] worked great and there was a washer/dryer. With no maid service a major plus to have clean linens. Cons-The furniture was out dated but comfortable. I absoulutely Loved, Loved, Loved this place!!! It was so nice and quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle of everything. Not t mention it was on a golf couse, which was beautiful. We were in Myrtle Beach for the North-South Allstar baseball game for the weeked. My son was playing in this and he was staying at Coastal Carolina. Only needed to get our groceries. Condo was well appointed, supplied, and very comfortable. For the $, it was great and if we could lock in that rate, we'd stay again. We will watch for this rate again here. Resort appears to have started exterior painting. Needs it but inside is wonderful!

Nice location just west of Myrtle Beach. Grounds and facility are well kept and secure. Access to many golf courses and shopping malls. I would recommend to anyone looking to go to Myrtle Beach who do not want to be "on the beach." Only drawback - the beds are quite firm!

We stayed here while house hunting in the Conway - Myrtle Beach Area. The resort was clean, had every thing you needed in the rooms, kitchen was well equipped and spacious. Two bedrooms with TWO king beds was really nice. If i HAD to pick a drawback it was no daily maid service in the price...but really a minor issue

This hotel have some rare rules, you have to take your trash out, if you want the room cleaned everyday you have to pay $15.00 extra, the beds are really hard and if for any reason you have to check in after 5 PM nobody is on the office, but they will call you really early on the morning to sign the check in form...I will never recomend this hotel to […] my friends Leer más

This is a great location to golf the local courses in the area - quiet and away from the beach, but near plenty of restaurants, shops, etc.

Four female Ministers were on vacation, we drove over 300 miles from NC on a budget to rest and have good clean fun. We arrived an hour early before check-in, our room were ready and staff was so helpful and cheerful. The only complaint we had was the last night guest checked in with children and the children played, and jumped from 3 that afternoon […] until 3 am the next morning. Even with that we are looking forward to staying at The Wild Wing Resort again next year or sooner. Thank you Wild Wing Staff for making our stay wonderful and safe. Leer más

We weren't aware that there were no restauants or bars etc. Just vending machines. There was a full kitchen which was quite convenient though. For a two night stay I wish I didn't have to run to the Piggly Wiggly !! Very convenient for longer stays. Will go again as son just started college @ CCU.

Have stayed here twice, and both times it was great. If you like being on the beach this isn't the place for you, its about 8 miles to the beach. However, if you like feeling like your at home & not in a hotel this is the place to stay. Great for families and golfers, its surrounded by a golf course. Pros: Big place for a small price, quiet area, nice staff, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer. Cons: arrived a couple hours early, so we may have rushed the maid service. Master bath had mildew stains on grout in shower and my daughter complained of hairs on the shower curtain in 2nd bath. Kitchen floor & cabinet door at sink had something sticky […] on them. From other reviews, I expected it to be a little cleaner. Would recommend getting daily maid service(extra $)as extra towels are not provided(you get 6 for entire stay and my wife had to do laundry everyday. Also needs a red light at Hwy 501, very dangerous. Still, overall it was fine for the price. Leer más

Avoid the crowd at The Wild Wing Resort Hotel in Conway, SC. Nestled in a quiet and beautiful community next to a golf course, it is an awesome and peaceful place to stay with pool and hot tub. The rooms are like condos with full kitchen and washer/dryer. About 10 minutes to Myrtle Beach.

Great resort, great price, great location. Nice and spacious suites. I loved everything there and now will only stay here when in Myrtle Beach!

A really excellent value for size (2-BR w/king size beds, kitchen, living and dining area) and comfort of the rooms. Nice pool and hot tub area and located near the golf course so the grounds are very nice. Actually 2nd time I've stayed here and would recommend to anyone. Staff is very cordial. The only down side is the elevator is very slow.

My wife and I booked this hotel to visit Coastal Carolina University with our daughter and it was MUCH better than the last hotel we stayed in down there. Hotel was very clean and well stocked. We will be using this hotel in the future for ANY visits to the area.

Overall satisfied, but need better TV, cable service, and furniture.

If you're not interested in staying at the beach, this is a good hotel for golfers. Very few amenities - small pool, no food on-site. But good location to lots of restaurants and golf along Hwy 501.

I was down with two other friends to fish and relax. The other two friends were really impressed by the resort. Our wives were glad that we had a washing machine, we came home with clean clothes. We are planning another trip in the future.

i was happy with the area, but dispppointed with the internet access. It's about 11 miles from the beach, but there's enough within the area to keep you busy.

The Wild Wing Resort is a nice quiet getaway from the madness of Myrtle Beach, but close enough to be right in the middle of the action in minutes. You can golf by day and party the night away. Great rates for the condo and the golf on the grounds is beyond your expectations. One of the best in the area if not the best.

The only place to stay while visiting my daughter at Coastal Carolina.

We stayed at the Wild Wing Resort because we were looking at Coastal Carolina University which is less than 2 miles away. The 2 bedroom suite was extremely comfortable with a big kitchen/living room area. I did not get a chance to take advantage of the 27 holes of golf at the resort, but what I saw looked very nice. There's a pool right there, and the […] people in the resort office were very accomodating. We arrived at night, and our keys were left for us in a lock box. My girlfriend and I loved the hotel. we barly left the hotel acually. we went golfing and it was only 10 mins away from the beach. This is a great place to vacation.

Very nice for the money, convienient relaxing and just a great place to stay, secondd time here and found it wonderful to celebrate our anniverary only no free internet but have a phone line service that you would have to pay for, which maid the wife happy :-) happy Lodging
