Location was great, hotel was spotless and the staff were absolutely the best!

8/10 Very good

This is a good location close to Victoria station. The superior room was adequate but small, not enough space to put our cases & other belongings. It was well air-conditioned & had lifts to upper floors.

Lovely clean room. Fantastic location - quiet area to retreat after days in queues and crowds. Shower was amazing. Little patio was nice addition. AC welcomed after a week of heat! Would highly recommend!

6/10 Good

The room was clean and the staff were great also the location was extremely quiet. The rooms were painfully small and getting ready with two people in the room proved difficult each day. I do have to stress that the staff was superior in every way. Also note there is a 100pound deposit required at check in for each night you are there so on top of the total stay amount we also had to pay 500 additional pounds at check in; it was refunded after check out but worth noting as I found this to be excessive; I’ve never come across that before.

Was a very cute boutique hotel, very cozy and loved the location. Would stay again!

Mainly excellent. Staff helpful and lovely. Breakfast reasonable. Loved gadgetry in rooms. Requested iron and ironing board which was promptly delivery but dangerously broken. Hairdryer couldn’t be used in front of a mirror as no adjacent socket and was rated too high for wall sockets so kept tripping socket. All in all very very good. Could be excellent with attention to small details.

Great hotel in Victoria

Really nice hotel in a nice area, close to Victoria. Staff extremely friendly and helpful and hotel clean. Room very nice and good features, albeit a little on the small side. Would certainly stay again.

8/10 Very good

Very friendly and helpful staff, rooms were cozy but very nice and tastefully decorated. Great location, quiet, and rooms are actually quite soundproof. There was a party in the room next door which we noticed coming in one night, but we heard absolutely nothing once we were in our room. Plenty of cafes and restaurants in walking distance.

Fantastic staff. Very clean. The rooms are small but that is an acceptable trade off for the location, service and cleanliness. I will definitely stay again.
