Es una villa, totalmente equipada, al precio de un cuarto de hotel, con tres televisores, cocina equipada, sala amplia, acceso a un gimnacio, cerca de Disney, para el que viaja en familia es lo mejor, posterior a esta estadia, fui a un cuarto de hotel y no hay comparacion.
Según la política del hotel, se aplicará un recargo por toda persona adicional.
Se requiere un documento de identidad emitido por las autoridades gubernamentales con foto y una tarjeta de crédito o depósito en efectivo en el check-in para gastos imprevistos.

Muy mal distribuido el estacionamiento, llegaba con muchas compras y me tenia que estacionat muylejos por la mala distribución de los puestos. Del resto el hotel impecable......

El hotel tiene todas las comodidades que el cliente espera y el precio es razonable. Eso sí, hay que tener mucho cuidado al aceptar la oferta de tiquetes con descuento para visitar los parques; es el gancho para hacerlo sufrir a uno una charla aburridísima y tediosa de “tiempo compartido”, al final de la cual harán todo el esfuerzo por concretar la […] venta, que puede hacer caer a los incautos. Los dias que pasamos en el 534 fueron tal como indicado en la encuesta muy satisfactorios, sin embargo pasamos una noche el 5 de Junio en el 1335 y realmente fue decepcionante, el balcon sucio y con tela de arañas. El colchon viejo y con una depresion en el mismo. Dejo mucho que desear esta habitacion pues se notaba estar en decadencia

Es la tercera vez que me alojo en este hotel, que esta ubicado barbaro y sus habitaciones me encantan, como tambien las piletas y la vista hermosa al lago. Lamentablemente esta vez me fui del hotel bastante enojada. Yo reserve cinco noches de estadía que por las ofertas de verano de Hoteles.com supuestamente ahorraria un 20%. Al llegar al resort me […] informan que debo pagar obligatoriamente 95,75 Dolares por el uso de internet, llamadas locales, fitness Center, In-Room Safes y todos los deportes y actividades del resort, debía pagar esa suma haga uso o no de dichas instalaciones. Lo pagué porque no tenía muchas opciones y venía con un bebe de 8 meses luego de un vuelo de 10 hs mas 3 hs en auto. Luego de mi estadía de 5 noches al efectuar el check out me cobraron 44,73 Dolares más en concepto de Resort Fee y el empleado de muy mala manera no pudo explicarme que me cobraba y solo repetía esas palabras Resort Fee. Yo creía que el Resort Fee era lo que me habían cobrado al llegar, los casi 100 Dolares. Por lo tanto terminé abonando un precio mayor a la tarifa normal del Hotel. Pienso que el Resort debería informar correctamente los precios adicionales a vuestra empresa ya que la única tarifa que detallaba como adicional en la reserva fueron los 45 Dolares (7,95 Dolares mas Tax por día), mientras que los 100 Dolares no aparecieron en la misma, por la tanto las condiciones de reserva no fueron respetadas. was told 500 yards from convention center it was 3 miles away. eztra charges added on not told on phone. they should be upfront on all cost.
The hotel was very nice. Traffic was not so nice. You have to make a lot of you turns to get where your going and it's very busy!

We only stayed here for a weekend and we don't have small children. But found the room to be of ample size and very comfortable. The screened inarching was great and it overlooked a lake. Easy to get to I-4. Several restaurants with room delivery made it very convenient.

Stay away. Far away. Hotels.com had a 4 star guest rating, but in reality this place is a 4,000 room nightmare built in 1984. Rooms do not seem to be updated since then. one point - although severely dated, the room was generally clean. The bedspread and threadbare sheets were clean, but probably 30 yrs old. The room was hot and musty. There is NO Parking! […] Had to park 4 buildings over and jockey for the only remaining spot, and walk through parking areas with "questionable activities" taking place. Seems like a gang hangout. I was worried my car would be broken into all night. They hit you with a $11 "resort fee" that is BARELY listed on the Hotels.com (fine print, ok...not cool) this is unacceptable. The very worst part is the staff - Check in is a frustrating cluster. It took 30 mins to check in. The staff was nice but clueless. The buldings are hard to navigate to. This place is 1* at best. No shuttle to convention center even though we were told there was. Unexpected resort fees even though we werent using them, but they charged us anyway. Website says it is less than a mile to the convention cener but didnt say it was by going across an interstate with no access, so had to go 4 miles to get there. You can hear every noise in the halls and only one gate to enter late. Traffic backs up. Bedrooms don't get dark and the couch is more comfortable then the bed.

Yes the resort was a little out dated with the furniture but everything was is good condition and good working order. When you arrive remember this is a resort (time share) not a hotel, you will accure a ammenity fee, this fee is to keep up the extras like paddle boats, tennis courts, and miniture golf course that you are able to use for free because […] of paying the fee . The hotel was very nice. The check out time was too early. I paid for a room over the phone, which I had my hopes set on. Once I got to the room, it was not the room I thought I was paying for. I had to settle for a lesser quality room.

I was attending a convention; the convention center was very close but you CANNOT walk there and cab took 15 minutes because of freeway set up...weak but the price made up for that. Room was fine, MUCH more room than i needed (not to mention full kitchen washing machine, microwave, etc.). Great for families, wasted on me. Comfortable and clean, good […] value. Negative is how spread out the resort is...there are 9-11 different buildings, it's like a small town. Pools are not nearby many (my) unit. Hotel was beautiful, and room was nice. I was supposed to get a Jacuzzi room and didn't, that was a bummer. It took a half hour for check in when I did everything online prior to my arrival. We called for the front desk to get us a cab they said 15 minutes 45 minutes later we got a shuttle to the front and four cabs were just sitting there. And every […] time we called the front desk or vip we were transferred to a different operator like no one knew anything. "NOT WORTH IT! Looks can be deceiving..."
This hotel is SO big that you have to get a shuttle bus just to get to the restaurant = annoying This hotel IS NOT 0.6 miles from the Convention Center as advertised. That is using GPS maps assuming a direct road to the cc. I thought I could walk. Instead it's a $15 cab ride each way b/c there's a highway in between! This hotel's rooms are VERY dated. […] Old, musty, 1970's style More importantly, I set a wake-up call with the front desk on my last night in order to catch an early flight, and NO WAKEUP CALL! I obviously complained to the manager on call and he said this had happened 3 other times recently so he was going to look into it. 3 other times??? Wakeup calls are the ultimate in representing whether a hotel is professional or not...definitely NOT with this hotel.
