El resort es espectacular, muy completo, las instalaciones muy bien cuidadas, ideal para vacacionar en Orlando porque esta cerca de los parques de Disney y Universal. La limpieza de los apartamentos no es muy buena, al baño le faltaba limpieza. Es una lastima que en la recepcion no haya personas bilingues para hacer sentir al huesped como en su casa. El hotel me resultó excelente. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y completas, con todos los servicios donde uno podía sentirse como "en casa". Muy buena la atención en general y las demás comodidades del hotel, como jardines, piletas, juegos para niños, spa, etc, etc,

Estuvimos alojados en un villa (apartamento 2 dormitorios) estuvo todo muy bien. Lo unico es que al ser un apartamento no te hacian las habitaciones cada dia, pero lo comentamos en recepcion y vinieron a hacerla sin problema. "For the price, can't be beat"
My only advice is to ask for a room specifically with a patio or balcony, as they seem to put non direct reservation folks into the smaller one bedroom. Once I moved into what I think the site advertised, it was a great place. Fully equipped kitchen, wash/dryer, everything. Jet tub IN the bedroom overlooking the pool, etc. Vistana villages is a quality […] location. The OPTIONAL timeshare tour is available, and was well done, but not mandatory. They did a better job of detailing the program than any I have had before. Pressure was minimal. Pool, restaurant, small well stocked grocery/convenience store, great recreation/exercise equipment for EACH phase of construction, and a ride to Disney or other parks as needed (not all free) round out the "I didn't need a car" weekend. I did not notice if Public transportation came down international drive, but Taxi cabs were in and out all the time. Staff was very helpful and the facility was not run down at all. "Great Condo"
This was a great condo - all the amenities of a hotel and resort but also the comfort of your own kitchen and much larger living space. After 7 days of staying in hotels as we travelled around the state it was a great oasis to end our vacation.

We stayed at the SVV while attending the Capital One Bowl (2012), The resort was very clean, lots of activities for all ages, food and shopping options were great. I did not visit any of the area parks as this was a vacation for rest. While there the week both Universal and Disney met there capacity and was forced to turn some away. Very comfortable for a family getaway! We were actually a family of 6: 3 couples. Two couples shared double-beds in the 2nd bedroom but it was very comfortable. We only stayed 2 nights for a weekend trip to Universal theme parks so this was so much more comfortable than regular hotel rooms. The two bedroom suite I stood in was bulding 30 room 205 which is thier newer building. It was beautiful and spacious. I was just surprized when I ordered a $45 Steak dinner to my room it was delivered in foam trays in a plastic bag. Very clean well maintain villas, 3 pools to choose from. Only problem was the bathroom locks didn't work and people on the top floor where making so much noise we didn't get to sleep well. The stay was part of a "road trip" for my 86 year-old Auntie. She has not stopped talking about her trip or her stay at Sheraton Vistana Village. It was refreshing to know that honest staff held onto a precious item I left in the room until I could pick it up. I would do it again in a heartbeat!

Nice place not far from the attractions and shops. (you'll need a car, but still not far) Resort was CLEAN. And everyone was extremely nice. Only dislike was Wi-Fi...you had to hard connect to use it. BOOO.

Nice size rooms and grounds, do not let them place you in building 10 or adjacent buildings the noise from the road is terrible, in addition the nosie from balconies rooms above is also quite noticable. We were assigned building 10 right next to elevator. Service was excellent and pools very nice. Noise factor was our only complaint.

PROS: Upon arrival we were greeted at the gate by Mike who was very warm, friendly welcome and shook all of our hands in the car. We were always told "welcome home" when going through the gate which I think is a nice touch. The room was fantastic! No complaints whatsoever. It was clean, spacious, and it was nice to have a kitchen to use. CONS:Check-in […] was much longer than anticipated. There was a full line of people and at one point only 1 person checking guests in. Took at least 15 minutes to get through the line and that was frustrating. At one point you could see an employee just dilly dallying in the back when she could have been helping make the line go faster. Also, there was no late check out available. Check out was 10am which is too early in my opinion. (Simply not enough time to cook breakfast and enjoy the morning before housekeeping is knocking on the door :-) Leer más

"horrible service"
it is a beautiful hotel, but the manager made us move rooms even though we booked for two nights, they actually closed and fenced off our unit and we had to repack our room, terrible manager and no apology for the screw up, they offered a breakfast voucher but knew my check out time was early morning!
Our stay was very comfortable, the beds are great, and the suite has plenty of room to spread out and not feel crowded. The pool areas are good and also family friendly for little ones. We will definitely return to this property .
