Hemos estado alojados en este hotel hace apenas unos días. Nuestra primera vez en Nueva York y la verdad es que sin ninguna pega. El Hotel perfectamente ubicado, limpio, buen trato del personal y la habitación con todas las comodidades. La cama muy cómoda, algo de agradecer cuanto estás 12 horas al día caminando. Maquína de café y té a tu disposición todos los días en la habitación. A 2 minutos de Times Square y a 50 metros del edificio de oficinas del periódico The New York Times. Para repetir sin duda!

Hemos tenido una estancia completamente satisfactoria. El primer dia nos dieron una habitacion de uso individual, por lo que la mañana siguiente pedimos un cambio, y nos ofrecieron un upgrade gratis a una king size. Siendo una habitación mucho mejor que la otra, pudimos comprobar que la calidad de la pequeña es igual que la superior. Las habitaciones de este hotel son pequeñas en general, pero el estado de las mismas es muy bueno. Los colchones son geniales. El mobiliario es justo. Tiene plancha y tabla de planchar, y caja fuerte. Las instalaciones comunes son muy buenas, incluso ipads disponibles para el cliente, wifi gratis en el lobby, bascula para pesar las maletas antes de ir al aeropuerto, mesa de billar. Ofrecen servicio de transfer al aeropuerto privado, por poco mas que un taxi. Si vuelvo a NY no dudaria en volver a este hotel. Y el personal excelente, correctisimo y amable, dispuesto a ayudar dentro de sus posibilidades. No tengo ninguna queja en absoluto, a pesar de que he visto muchos comentarios negativos por internet en general para todos los hoteles. Esta claro que la gente tiende mas a criticar cuando las cosas van mal que cuando van bien. Los ascensores son muy rapidos y nunca tuvimos que hacer cola, aun estando en la ultima planta alojados. La ubicación magnifica, en pleno times square. Lo recomiendo sin duda alguna.

Es un buen hotel, de muy fácil acceso y con sus habitaciones limpias y ordenadas. La atención es buena, la gente del hotel es muy cordial y atenta. I very much enjoyed my stay. Great convenient location if going to the theatre. Fabulous bathroom but no tub, something to think about if you want to soak your feet! bed was comfortable and room well appointed. Carpet was a bit dirty.

A real gem of a hotel. Our Petite room was tiny, but precious! We will definitely stay there again when in NYC. Great location on 44th street right by all the best theaters. Super elegant decor, toiletries, etc. Staff was competent and friendly.

I chose this property for the location and the price. The room I reserved was small (I knew that upfront) and I was pleasantly surprised to see that the bathroom was spacious, and luxurious. I was delighted by the evening turn-down service and the freshly baked cookies that were placed on my nightstand, however all of this is overshadowed due to the […] fact that there was absolutely NO natural light in the room. I was placed in a small, inside room near the elevator shaft and it was a CAVE. I found it depressing and difficult to start my day. So sad. I would love to have given this property a better rating. I loved this hotel. The room was gorgeous, quiet and a decent size (queen room) - I was so glad it did not feel like a shoebox. The bathroom/shower was beautiful too. Excellent location with a very nice staff. The only comment I would make is that the bed was not very comfortable (hard bed) and you can here people walking on the hallway when you are in bed.

"When it says small..."
It means small. We upgraded to a queen room and it was tiny. Lovely bathrooms and staff. It's in a great location as well. Able to walk to times square and Rockefeller center. If you have 2 people to one queen room, make sure you don't have much luggage, there won't be much room for 2 people and 2 large suitcases.

I have stayed at the City Club Hotel numerous times when visiting NYC and have always enjoyed my stay there. It is located near to the theatre district , shopping on Fifth and Sixth Avenues and to many restaurants. The City Club is so well situated midtown and has excellent facilities and service. I highly recommend this hotel as a place of stay. There is also the the Bistro Moderne within the hotel and great places to eat and drink nearby and it is also close to subways. Thank you to the great staff!

"City Club Hotel Great Location- Room not so nice"
Upon arriving I was greeted by a friendly staff, but when I got in my room, I pulled back the sheets and there were hairs in my bed. Then when I took a shower the knob fell off and I had to play handyman to get the water to turn off. And to make it worse, both windows faced bricked walls. "Really Enjoyed City Club!"
The hotel is two blocks from Times Square! We stayed in the Petite room; room was small but VERY neat, modern design. Has everything you need in the small space provided. Plus chocolate chip cookies every night. Highly recommend!
This property is sandwiched between 2 very well known hotels and I've apparently been walking past it for a decade. No more. I got the smallest room and it was fine for what most of us seek in a hotel room - a comfortable bed, a clean, functional bathroom, a desk at which to work and quiet. Finally, the adjoining restaurant is excellent.

Nice hotel - we had a luxe double and it was pretty spacious. The day bed worked well for two kids to sleep on. There was no ice machine available, but the staff quickly brought us up a bucket of ice when requested.

Can't beat the location, amenities were excellent, staff was delightful. Our room was upgraded without even asking.. the only complaint is that there is no electric outlet by the desk...all in all, I will return!

City Club had several subtle touches that made the stay a pleasant one--the decor of the room and good use of space, chocolate chip cookies in the evening, nice toiletries in the bathroom. Overall we were quite pleased for what was a late booking at a very good price by midtown standards. The hotel itself has obviously aged, but it's not neglected like […] some others I've seen. My one (minor) complaint was that we left our room at about noon on one day with the 'please make up room' sign on the door. When we came back in the evening, the room had been serviced, but it was obviously a rushed job. It was to be expected, to a certain extent, I suppose. Given that we stayed a few nights and that this was the largest issue we had, we were overall quite pleased. While I don't like staying so close to Times Square, this was a great hotel visit. Would definitely recommend as a value-for-money Manhattan stay. Leer más
