Park Hotel Blub Berlin

Lo mejor del hotel...su precio.Está situado a las afueras, en Neu Kölln, pero tiene el metro a escasos 400 metros, por tanto bien comunicado.El hotel está bien, sin lujos, pero limpio y tranquilo. Lo recomendaría para escapadas cortas a la increible ciudad de Berlin.

Estuve mi familia y la oferta de hoteles.com fué genial , la estación esta a no mas de 8 minutos y a 20, 25 de Alexanderplaz. Para desayunar enfrente de la estacion un kebak y una pequeña cafeteria donde podeis pillar agua, zumos, etc... Una buena opcion para 4 o 5 dias. El sitio por la noche de lo mas tranquilo.

Estuvimos muy cómodos en este hotel que pese a no ser céntrico en una ciudad grande como Berlín da igual porque está todo conectado por metro y seguramente alguien que desee hacer turismo se tendrá que comprar una tarjeta de estas que cubren todos los transportes de la ciudad. Viajé con mi pareja (ambos tenemos menos de 30 años) y tuvimos una estancia muy corta en Berlin (apenas dos noches). A pesar de que el hotel no se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad el transporte ofrece una buena comunicación con él. Estación de metro (Grenzallee) a 5 minutos andando. Very kind staffs. Good location for Air Port..

Big rooms, great hotel bar, friendly service ... just the sauna is a bit too pricey. Other then not being in the center, this is a great hotel if you need to be somewhere in the southern part of the city, good public transportation connections are available.

the room was too warm and there was no air conditioner, the only way to cool the room was opening the windows, but then it was too noisy.... pity...

we had a fantastic time,the hotel is brilliant,we had a little apartment with a little kitchen,the hotel is very clean has all comfort to offer.easy access to public transport(underground&bus) recommend to all who would like to have a great time&brilliant service for a small price!!! my next booking will be very soon!!

The hotel was about 10 minutes from central city, which isn't too bad at all with the ease of the train system they have. Our room was nice and clean, but at the same time it was extremely noisy and no air conditioning so we had to have the windows open. Not ideal.

Everything was excellent. The room was very nice and clean. The location was convenient for us because Shonefeld, the airport, had a bus that stopped right in front of the hotel. We arrived at the hotel around 2130-2200, the receptionist assigned us a smoking room which it didn't have a pleasent smell even after we walked down the hallway. We complained that night and where told that the hotel was fully booked which later I discovered it was a lie. We got a new room early in the morning at around 0900. Apparently the room was […] empty the night we got there, but they decided to give us the room that I didn't sign up for instead. Some of the front desk personnel where surprised we got the room we had (don't know why). They also told us that the booking was subject to change. I can understand that part, but they should have giving us a non-smoking room as I had requested and it was confirmed. From smoking room to a non-smoking, there is a big difference. The new room was nicer and a lot bigger than the first one. We had enough room for three people (my husband, my daughter and myselft). Overall, the hotel was nice, but I am still pretty unhappy that I had to packed all my staff again the next day and change rooms. Hotel needs to provide better room service. Leer más

Lovely hotel for a brilliant price! Would def recommend it! It is a bit away from all the sites and stuff but the nearest underground station is only a 5min walk away. The word 'Airport' when keywording to the hotel is a tad misleading, as it was almost a 30 euro taxi from Frankfurt Airport (using GPS too) - so don't let the word 'airport' fool you - and the sign posting to get to the hotel is pretty poor - hence only found it the 3rd time round using GPS. Only fault I had was room too warm - needs air conditioning. Easy to get around, change metro at Hermannplatz and then onto Alexanderplatz - can access a lot of areas from here.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, although we were given a smoking room. It is a 7-8 minute walk to U7 stop (Grenzalee), which worked great for us. This is a nice Hotel located in a quite residential area in Berlin. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It is only a quick walk to the nearest u-bahn station which takes 30mins to get to the city centre, and there is a bus to the airport outside. We enjoyed our stay here, the staff were always pleasant, the room was comfortable and quiet as we were on the fifth floor and the times we tried the breakfast it was very nice. We are a married couple and I booked a standard double room for our stay in Berlin which was confirmed prior to arriving. When we got there, the receptionist told us the hotel only has two single beds pushed together which makes this a "double bed". The shocking part is that the CUSTOMER has to push the beds together - not the hotel staff!

I was expecting a 4 stars hotel and this is a 2 starts hotel, if that. The beds are tiny and the mattresses uncomfortable, springy and thin. People at the reception desk were unfriendly and not willing to help. Internet is expensive and if you pay for 2 hours, these will go from the minute you log on, regardless of whether you log of after 30 minutes. […] You won't be able to use them again. The toilet paper was rough and cheap. There was no shampoo or tooth paste. The area has absolutely nothing to see and the underground is not even close. If you are planning to take public transport in Berlin (which is very easy) - I recommend saving money and staying here. You can get on the 171 bus from the Schonefeld airport (which ends at the airport so you don't need to worry about which direction to get on). The 171 bus stops directly across from the hotel (make sure you get off the right stop, […] called Franz Korner Strasse, which I did not!). For the rest of your trip you can walk to the nearby U-Grenzallee and use the U-Bahn to get anywhere you need to in Berlin (which will probably include transferring). I enjoyed staying at the Park Hotel Blub, my only complaint would be the cost of Internet (5 Euros for 1hr, 10 Euros for 3hrs) and the breakfast that was 12 Euros. Other than that, it was perfect. I have heard people complain about location. Look, you are in Europe and you WILL be walking everywhere, there is no way around it unless you use Taxis. Although it's not the most convenient location being situated halfway between Schonefeld airport and the centre of Berlin it's cheap, clean and the staff are friendly. It's relatively easy to get to from the city on the U7 U-bahn line (Zone B) but if you are coming from the airport it is a 30 minute bus ride (Bus 172). Hotel is somewhat clean, but small. The hallway is ran by a manual controlled lights so someone can switch them off and it will be completely pitch dark, which can be dangerous. It's not in the city centre, but it's near an underground station, which will take to Berlin city centre in about 15 minutes. I was quite impressed with this hotel. For the price that I booked it at, I did not expect to get such a nice room and service and the location really isn't bad. Perhaps a 10 minute walk to the Ubahn really isn't terrible people. It was a nice walk through residential Berlin.

The bus 171 to Franz Korner Strasse from the airport, bus stop across the road from the hotel was an excellent start to our stay. UBahn Grezallee 5mins walk away.

This hotel is a gem of a place,we where a party of 4 older travellers.We had read other reviews of this hotel and they where all true.Yes it is out of town but if coming from schonefeld airport it is so easy to get to.outside arrivals terminal is bus 171.This takes to right outside the hotel get off at U Grenzallee stop,it shows up on the electric stop […] indicator,walk back 300 meters and cross the road you walk over a bridge and the Hotel is round the next corner on the right.Check in was good and the rooms,large,comfy beds and nice big shower or bath and shower.No Tea/Coffee machine,so take your own.Breakfast is dear at 12 euros,but looked good.Bar is a nice area and the drinks no dearer than anywhere else in Berlin.All rooms clean and lovely.they have a baggage room,brillian for luggage when on late flights back home.Staff all friendly and helpful,all spoke english,we had some laughs at our trying to speak german.It is abit out of twon but the U bahn is near and that takes you into town in no time at all.The area around is nice and no problem walking home late at night.When we go back to Berlin we will book this hotel again. Fräscht hotell i bra läge med trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Jag kan absolut rekommendera det här hotellet. Den enda nackdelen jag upplevde var lyhördheten från den intilliggande vägen som var hårt trafikerad dygnet runt. I övrigt mycket prisvärt.
