Desayuno no bien organizado, no he recibido un cafe.

Si bien no puedo decir que tenga queja alguna de este hotel o de su servicio, tampoco es que la cosa sea para tirar cohetes. Es un gran hotel de 3 estrellas que aspira a que le concedan la cuarta, pero que aún le falta bastante para conseguirla. No llega a la categoría que aferta, aunque anda cerca.

Ha sido un fin de semana de pareja, el hotel es limpio, curioso y tranquilo, hemos estado a gusto y el personal es educado. Pero no nos ha gustado que el suelo de la habitación estuviera enmoquetado y el sofá y las sillas aunque cómodas tenían la tapicería desgastada (aparentemente limpia, pero daba mala impresión), al hotel le informaría que no se […] puede ver la tele en la cama cuando el mueble sobre el que esta es mas bajo que la cama. Si queréis podéis jugar al escondite ya que es difícil encontrar la habitación hay poco información (menos mal que mi marido en una brújula andante). Hemos echado de menos que en el desayuno haya aceite de oliva de nuestra tierra andaluza (aquí tenemos aceite de calidad excelente y a buen precio). Pero en general hemos estado muy agusto Leer más

Es, con mucha diferencia el peor hotel de mas de dos estrellas que he visitado. Habitaciones muy pequeñas, mobiliaria viejisimo, cama destrozada, ducha descolgada,.......y así puedo seguir. El personal impresentable, no habla bien ingles ninguno, y frances o aleman ni los buenos dias, ademas de que se indignan si alguien les habla en frances. Pensad […] antes de reservar Leer más

nadie sabe que hacer. todo el mundo es mas que antipatico. nadie saluda. olvidar este hotel es la mejor opcion

personal decepcionante. en la recepcion habia solo una señorita muy guapa que pero no habia ni idea de como se trabaja: me izo un cuatro vecez preguntas tipo como se llama? (y habia delante mi dni) etc etc. en el hotel no limpian las habitaciones hasta la 5.30 de la tarde! nadie, pero nadie, te saluda y te hace una sonrisa. la piscina era sucia. si […] teneis idea de ir al puerto por favor cambiais de hotel. me holbidava de el desayuno : la calidad de la comida orrorosa. nunca he comido así . la estructura es muy bonita pero el hotel en si no vale absolutamente las 4 estrellas que tiene. This was a beautiful hotel, although recently renovated to a high standard it retains many original features, well located for town centre and about 20 minutes walk to the beach, a shuttle bus to the beach is provided in high season. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was very lovely and in a nice location. Our hotel room was very comfortable and the room was lovely, although the hotel is so big, it is a little bit hard to find your room sometimes, depending on what stairwell or elevator you take.

The hotel is large and impressive. I would call it "overstuffed". The lobbies are very opulent, but the halls leading to our room looked a little worn. The room was adequate but had a heavy perfumed smell that seemed to be covering up cigarette smoke or who-knows what. We decided to forego housekeeping to spare us from a fresh application of the fragrance. The […] pool is quite nice, and the reception staff was very helpful. Driving to the hotel in torrential rain is not easy. When we eventually found the hotel down the narrowest street passable we entered the car park and left our car there for the duration of our stay - it is not easy to navigate the streets of EPdSM. The entry to the hotel via the car park with luggage is difficult with a dingy staircase to negotiate. […] However once in the hotel it is magnificent with antique furniture and art everywhere. Our room did not match the public rooms - in need of some TLC but adequate. Enjoyed coffees and cakes in the cafe bar but dinner there was very disappointing - did not use the restaurant.. It is situated 400 metres from the seafront (public car park). The resort is not the pretiiest and looked 'well worn', perhaps with a bit of sunshine it may look different but unlikely. We caught the train into Cadiz, the station is 800 metres from the hotel. This was well worth it with the fare less than €5 return and the station in Cadiz right at the harbour and within 800 metres of the cathedral - it really beats getting the car out. Lastly on the hotel, it is huge and takes up a complete block and finding your room can be a trial. A better direction from reception on check in would have helped initially. Would we go back to EPdSM - definitely not which is a pity because the hotel was just right for our needs. Leer más

converted convent with many interesting corners to explore. very comfortable

This was a truley lovely hotel. Having the underground car parking was an asset although 13 euros per night to park there we felt was a bit expensive. The breakfast was really nice and the staff were very efficient and polite. We would certainly use this hotel again if we were to visit the area again

Stayed here as we got a good bargain. Nice and friendly staff. 20 min walk to the beach or there is a pool to lounge beside if you prefer. Great buffet breakfast. Beside all the lovely restaurants.

Lovely hotel (once we found it). It it stunning and serene once inside with many original artworks and curioisities from its monastary days. It is very quiet and has a relaxing quality. On the downside, there was a constant smell of sewerage, not only in our room but around the rest of the hotel 24/7. The hotel staff seemed more concerned with what extras you had and your payment method than worrying about customers needs. Hotel was lovely - very large, you could easily get lost in it. Beach was located 5 kms away though - you had to drive to it. Only a port in the town.

The hotel is located in the centre of the old town and is a lot larger than first appears. The staff were very friendly although only the front desk staff really spoke any English. The rooms are comfortable. I requested a non smoking room but the room I was given clearly had been a smoker's room so I asked to change and they put me into a suite without […] any questions so I was pleased with that. Une erreur de clef au debut, il faut refaire tout le trajet avec les bagages (interminables couloirs). chambre empestant le tabac, petit dejeuner reduit et qualité en forte baisse,enfin le wifi est devenus "gratuit "( prix de la chambre doublée par rapport a la saison basse) parking , piscine, cafeteiria,

Hotelli oli mielenkiintoinen ja täynnä historiallista tarinaa. Kauniita interiöörejä, tauluja ja yksityiskohtia. Erilaiset tilat tarjosivat mahdollisuuden nauttia rauhallisesta lomatunnelmasta. Hôtel très agréable, spacieux tant au niveau de la chambre que des installations. Très bon déjeuner Piscine appréciée cependant eau n'était pas fraîche (propre?). Environnement immédiat sans intérêt mais à proximité du permettant l'accès-traverse vers Cadiz.

Cadre unique que cet ancien monastère, mais qui mériterait un sèrieux rafraichissement. L'accueil fut glacial, mais chambre correct et décor unique.

Ærverdig og godt hotell for rolige late dager ved et stille basseng. God beliggenhet, nært sentrumsgatene, men langt unna havet og strendene. En konferanse ved hotellet førte til mange mennesker i noen dager.

Personnel courtois et cooperatif. Bel hotel. Bon petit-dejeuner. Notre chambre sentait tres fort la cigarette. On nous a aussitot propose une suite junior qui sentait aussi, mais moins.

L'hôtel se situe dans un ancien Monastère. Compètement refait à neuf. Service parfait, les chambres sont spacieuses. A faire absloument : - la visite de l'hôtel - le petit déjeuner Très bonne situation géographique entre CADIX et JEREZ DE LA FRONTERA.

tres proche du centre ville , pour les restaurants et les ballades, pdj copieux et personnel en suffisance. calme, et beau.
