Les comparto esto porque considero que al hacer esta encuesta les interesa la opinion de sus clientes, y porque creo que se estan preocupando para mejorar su hotel y existen cambios que solo implican un poco de atención sin ningún gasto o minimo. La atención de la recepcionista fue deficiente, no recuerdo el nombre pero era una mujer cerca de los 40, no muy alta y un poco llenita que me atenndio el jueves al llegar como a la 1:00 am, le pregunte si hablaba español a lo cual se molesto y de ahi en adelante me atendio muy parcamente y sin ningún interes. La otra es las habitaciones estan muy bien en cuanto a baño y limpieza, pero les falta cambiar alfombra (gastada aunque limpia) y el sillon de la entrada se ve de tapiceria vieja y contrasta con lo demas que se ve que le estan hechando las ganas. Ah y el control de la tele se vei que tenia pilas nuevas pero no estaba programado para la tele por lo que no servia, y con la atencion que nos dio la señorita ni pensar en preguntar algo. El Lobby se ve muy bonito y amplio aparte de limpio. El desayuno talvez con un poco de fruta mejoraria bastante.

Un pequeño hotel enfrente de Japantown, con un diseño unico y original, todo funcionando y una atencion EXCELENTE. Sinceramente si encuentran una oportunidad con este hotel, RESERVARLO YA!!!

Ubicación.
En pleno centro de San Francisco, Omni San Francisco Hotel, este hotel de negocios, se encuentra a muy poca distancia de Museo de Historia de Wells Fargo, St. Mary Square y TransAmerica Pyramid. En las cercanías también se encuentran Academy of Art University y Union Square.

Un Hotel Viejo, Remodelado, la habitacion muy pequeña, el baño mucho mas, bien ubicado, bien conservado, el estacionamiento carisimo.
"Muy buena calidad y excelente barrio"
Nos ha gustado mucho, está en una zona tranquila, pero muy bien ubicado. Tiene el "cable car" (tranvia típico) en la puerta del hotel. Todo resultado fenomenal. Sólo recodar que el tiempo es cambiante en San Francisco. Pasamos frio en pleno mes de julio.

Es un hotel lujoso con una excelente situación. La calidad de la habitación extraordinaria aunque la planta 12 no es la mejor ni la orientación que nos dieron tampoco. El parking es caro.

"everything you'd expect of an Omni Hotel"
Friendly staff, great location, beautiful lobby, clean rooms, fair price. What else can you ask for? The SF Omni was great.

Aside from the Front Desk Personnel not ever getting back to me after putting me on hold and a flat bottle of coke in the fridge, this hotel was awesome! Great location. Walking distance to Pier, Chinatown, Union Square - I went to all of these places during my stay. Had a great stay. Would definately return!

The customer service at this hotel is phenomenal! We asked the front desk for suggestions about places to go around the city, and they were always so helpful and always steered us in the right direction. Their suggestions for restaurants all proved to be all great choices! The Hotel was beautiful. Very luxurious! The room was spacious, the accomodations lovely. The hotel was quiet, it was very much a refuge from everything when we would get to our room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

"Omni San Francisco - Great value."
The lobby is very nice, the people even nicer. I mentioned my wife's birthday upon checking in and we were quite surprised to find some wonderful cake with fruit waiting for us in our room the next evening. They have notices in the room about renovations occuring starting in February, but our room was in beautiful condition (with the exception of some […] minor grout issues in the shower, easily overlooked). The bed was wonderful. You could hear some noise from the hall (mostly the maids knocking on the doors in the morning while we were being lazy in bed), but the room was surprisingly quiet considering the cable cars run right by the hotel. The location was great, two blocks to the Transamerica building, about four to Chinatown and a bit more to the start of the embarcadero, all easy walks. Parking is not cheap, about $50 per night. but we avoid that by parking at BART in Pleasent Hills (a nice area near Walnut Creek) and taking the train into the city. The Montgomery BART station is about 6 blocks, a bit of a walk with luggage, but you can avoid that with a $6.00 cab ride. We would stay again. Leer más

Beautiful room. Great location--4 blocks from the underground system (Bart)--easy walk. Staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Great morning and afternoon snacks in the besutiful lobby Spent 3 nights and would return to this hotel again!

"everything they said it was ....."
The Omni in San Fran was everything that everyone said it was in their reviews. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and large and comfortable and it was in a great location. We first were put in a room facing the courtyard, as was advised by other reviews, but we found that it felt too closed in and so we were moved to a room […] facing the front of the building and that felt better as it had a bit of a view. The Omni is a fine 4 star hotel. Rooms are nice sized and very comfortable. They could stand an update. The main standout was the service. The moment we arrived everybody in the lobby welcomed us. Pros: Service is incredible here. Really friendly people. Location is quite good, walkable to most everything including some very good restaurants, ferry building, MOMA, all sorts of stuff. Fitness room is actually good. Free starbucks coffee in the AM. Cons: No views with this hotel, many rooms overlook busy streets and is a big noisy (traffic […] only). Others are inward, quiet but boring view. Many rooms are a touch dated. They are quite good, but problem not as awesome as you want given it's "Luxury" claim on the website. I'm told they are reworking them in 2012. Cell phone reception on some floors is horrible. Wifi is $10/night. Bah. Summary: it's a good hotel but other than service not really excellent in anything. This is, by far, the most beautiful hotel in all aspects. The staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. Everyday they put out gingerbread men cookies and hot apple cider. You are within walking distance to Chinatown and Union square. The trolley goes right past the hotel and other transportation is close by. "Service is everything"
My second weekend getaway stay here as a "local" and I was not disappointed. The Omni gets it. Service starts at the front door and carried all the way up to housekeeping leaving out milk and cookies for my son when they turn down the bed. A great value for people looking for luxury and great service at a reasonable price.
