la ubicación es muy buena cerca de la torre en un barrio con movimiento continuo, la habitación mas economica está a una cuadra del hotel pero vale la pena porque es tipo depto. y está hecha a nuevo y muy limpia, en Paris la mayoría de los hoteles son antiguos. Si vuelvo a París , como económico es lo ideal.

Nice small hotel in a very central position near the Eifel Tower in Paris. Totally perfect; only breakfast service could be developed a bit.

The hotel is within walking distance from the Eiffel Tower. The neighborhood is nice and upscale with plenty of cafe's to choose from when searching for dinner. Our room had an unexplained problem and we were re-booked by the hotel to another a few blocks away.

Arrived late on a Friday evening. Hotel staff was friendly enough. Hotel is still under renovation so be prepared for that. Our room was very small and the bathroom while renovated, had mildew in the shower. Beds are twins pushed together and slide on the floor easily so be careful or you'll end up on the floor! The location is convenient to the Eiffel […] Tower and the surrounding neighborhood is clean and full of places to eat. No A/C made for a warm evening. Oh yeah, take your hotels.com receipt with you as they initially could not locate the proof of payment for our reservation which at 2300h is not something you want to hear. Leer más

This is a small, clean hotel in a residential neighborhood near the Eiffel Tower. The rooms are small, but no smaller than is typical for Paris. The neighborhood is nice with a lot of small restaurants and shops. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is located on a small side street, so take careful note of the hotel's location before you strike out […] to Paris! It could be easy to not be able to find the hotel again. Floors were dirty, lights were out in hallways, bare light bulbs were hanging from wires coming out of the wall. Carpet was dirty, and we had to request a fan for the room because or room opened into a courtyard (fire hazzard) and there was no breeze at all from the window. There was also no view at all, other than looking into fellow travelers rooms […] and you could clearly hear everything that was said from the rooms opening into the courtyard. However - on the bright side, our room was a decent size and there was hot water in the shower. The toilet worked ,so that was all good. It was a good location and close to Rue Cler and Eiffel Tower. We paid for 2 twins but got a double bed. We negotiated for a cup of coofee for 2 euro but they charged our room 12 euros for a cup of coffee (24 euros for 2 cups!) They finally stuck to their original agreement, but fought us hard on it. I don't feel comfortable recommending this hotel. Leer más

The location of the hotel was wonderful and within walking distance of many sites. The front desk staff were extremely helpful. The breatkfast area was cheerful and the coffee good. Our room was small but the washroom was a good size and very clean. Our room faced the internal courtyard so very little air circulation and you could hear the comings and […] goings of all the rooms facing the courtyard. If we had our windows open and they had there windows open you could hear the entire conversation. Also the lights in the courtyard are left on all nights so between the noise and the lights our sleep was often interupted. Leer más

We really loved this hotel's location! Although the room was tiny (which all paris hotel rooms are), it was cozy. The only thing is that it had no A/C. Instead there was a giant metal fan that was very noisy, so We had to keep the window open. The staff was very helpful as well.

The hotel's location was great: very a couple of blocks from the metro and a five-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. However, it was a little hard to find at first because it's hidden away in the middle of a random side street. There was also nice little pizzeria with great food around the block as well as some grocery stores down by the metro. The hotel […] itself, however, wasn't as great. The lobby was clean, and though the rooms were clean also, they weren't very nice. If you're picky about how good your room looks, then this isn't the place for you. Out of the two receptionists that we encountered, the girl was very nice, polite and helpful; the man was quite the opposite. The only reasons I'd consider staying there again were for the price we got the room for and it's very close proximity to the metro and the Eiffel Tower. Leer más

This hotel was in a very good location about 5 minutes walk from the eiffell tower. lots of shops and restaurants around. Also from this hotel near the eiffel tower, a bus runs around the city to all the attractions in paris, so no need for a car. if you do bring a car, it cost us 50 euro for 2 days parking

Currently being renovated. Although not off-putting, the staff was not overly friendly. Although the bathrooms have been updated, they are very cramped. Also, breakfast was not included in the price of the hotel room. Breakfast in the hotel was about 3 times the cost it was down the street at a cafe.

The location is outstanding! The street is very quiet but you are within reach of everything, either on foot or by Metro. The hotel staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms are very small and the closet and elevator smelled a bit damp, at times, but who goes to Paris to spend time in the elevator?

A view of the Eiffel tower from your room if you're lucky. I would have preferred to stay closer to Notre Dame, but this location was fine too. About a 10 minute walk to a metro station. My room was so small it was laughable. (If I lied on the bed and stretched out my arms, my fingertips could almost touch both walls) The hotel staff was ok, friendly […] enough, but certainly not a warm and fuzzy experience. This is a really cute hotel --- very common for Europe. Sure it's got a tiny elevator and a steep winding staircase that lead up to the tiny rooms, but mind was clean, orderly and well laid out for such a small space. The best part was I could look out the window and see the Eiffel Tower --- not bad at all. The staff was friendly, helpful and spoke […] passable English. And the surrounding neighborhood is fantastic, full of sidewalk cafes, bistros and small grocery stores. The only problem I ran into is I had a early morning flight and I barely made it to Charles DeGaulle Airport to catch my 7:20 a.m. flight. That's because I opted to take a train (count on it taking at least an hour by train) instead of paying through the nose to take a taxi. We loved the night we spent here because of the location (right by the Eiffel Tower) and the comfort. The shower didn't leave much elbow room, but the beds were comfortable and the street was quiet. And they had free wireless internet access which seems to be hard to find in France.

The location was great, under 10 minutes away from the Eiffel Tower. The front desk was very helpful and they spoke great English. The bathroom was clean, as well as the room. The only 2 down items was the mattress was a little saggy and some of the wall paper on the walls were peeling off a little, but the hotel is under renovation now so those items […] may be resolved soon. This was an excellent hotel and I the time I spent there was excellent. The main reason for this hotel's excellence is its unbeatable location. The Eiffel Tower is at most a 10 minute walk away, and the nearest metro stop is 5 minutes away, affording easy access to the rest of the city. It is located in a great neighborhood, with plenty of restaurants […] and stores in the immediate area, and is located on a small and quiet side street. The hotel it self is also very nice. The rooms are arranged around a small and covered central atrium, with somewhat small bridges and ledges giving access to the rooms on the far side. The rooms themselves are small, and mine only had one power outlet, but they are very comfortable. The continental breakfast is a bit pricey at 12 euros, but it is delicious, all you can eat, and opens at 7AM, perfect for the jet-lagged traveler. There is also free wifi for guests that bring their own computers, although you must ask for login slips from the front desk that are good for 4 hours each. The staff is very nice and all of them speak excellent English. Combine this with a low price, and you have a recipe for a great stay, at a superb hotel. Leer más

Из 4 дней пребывания в Париже, последние сутки провел в этом отеле. Самый главный плюс - это расположение рядом с Эйфелевой башней (400м до нее самой). Однако метро не так близко. В добавок к этому сам отель хоть и с маленькими комнатами, но уютный, чистый, а персонал приветливый. Трансфер до аэропорта выходит в 25 евро (17 водителю и 8 на ресепшн). […] Есть бесплатный wi-fi. Жил один и приходил просто спать, поэтому рекомендую всем у кого такое же времяпрепровождение в Париже. Но за разумную цену, конечно! Leer más

Ce que j ai préféré le plus soit la marijuana plein les escaliers ou le receptionniste qui me dit d aller au kiosque m acheter de l eau ou la moisissure datant facilement de 10 ans dans cette horrible salle de bain ou des lits de 40cm qui nous donnait l impression d être dans un cercueil....

Das Hotel hat alles was man für einen Urlaub in Paris braucht. Die Lage ist top in einem guten Viertel und in der Nähe zum Eiffelturm. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Zimmer gut ausgestattet/ sauber. Im Hochsommer wird es vermutlich sehr heiß. Preis-Leistung stimmen!

This hotel was very nice and cosy, until I was awoken at six in morning. It turned out that from our room, you could hear EVERYTHING that was going on in the lobby. So in fact, the stay was worthless. It's not that people were extremely noisy, it's just that there were big gaps in the door and thin walls, and hence, when people talked in the lobby they […] might as well have been in your room. Hotellet er et rigtig parisisk hotel med charme. Fine værelser, trappe lidt sllidt, venligt personale, morgenmad ok, der var en del larm fredag aften på gaden som vi sov ud til, fantastisk placering og rigtig hyggelig. Vi kommer igen.

Nieskazitelna czystość, pokój sprzątany codziennie, miła obsługa, blisko wieży Eiffla, cicha ulica, centrum Paryża, możliwość zaparzenia kawy i herbaty bezpłatnie (nawet jeśli ktoś śniadania nie wykupi). Jedynie śniadanie drogie, ale poza tym super hotel w super cenie. Polecam!

Hotel nærme Eifeltårnet. Fin plassering i forhold til hva som helst i Paris. Rimelig. Serviceinnstilt betjening. Kan trygt anbefales til alle. Eneste minus tror jeg må være heisen. Plass til EN voksen med koffert. Veldig trang. Men ellers får en hva en betaler for. Et godt alternativ ved mitt neste besøk i Paris

Greit, kjedelig overnattingssted, men sentralt. Litt bråkete om natten. Rent på baderommet, men veldig trangt.

Bien situé dans un quartier calme , mais les chambres "single" , certes propres et bien entretenues , se trouvent en sous-pente. La salle d'eau est minuscule , et une personne un peu corpulente ne rentre pas dans la cabine de douche ! Par ailleurs , sèche-cheveu présent mais ne fonctionne pas. De passage à Paris pour une nuit, j'ai trouvé calme et repos dans ma chambre simple, propre, et charmant...mais, lors de ma passage, il y a eu beaucoup de bruit pendant la journée à cause des travaux voisinants, et aussi des bruits tôt le matin et tard le soir avec les allées et venus d'autres personnes dans l'hotel. Il faudrait amener des Boules Quies. […] Salle de bains/douche jolie, pression d'eau excellente, lit confortable même si petit. Hôtel possédant un excellent rapport qualité prix. Après avoir passé 3 nuits dans un campanile, j'ai été ravi de me retrouver dans cet hôtel. Les chambres ne sont pas très grandes mais propres, vue sur la tour eiffel, tarif très compétitif, métro à proximité, rue calme. D'accord, la chambre est assez petite, mais le rapport qualité prix est tout à fait correct, la situation est excellente, l'accueil souriant. 20 minutes à pied des Champs Elysées.
