"Excelente Hotel en Atlantic City"
Este hotel es uno de los mas grande de la cuidad, cuenta para las persona que le gusta el juego de azar con un casino muy grande, tiene un centro comercial con todas las mejores marcas. El hotel se encuentra muy cerca de la zona outlet donde estan las marcas mas reconocidas y con precios increibles. "Nice stay"
We went there for a concert, overall it was very nice and clean. Our stay was a bit short for a thorough review, only one day. However, the hotel is beautiful, location is great. Food at Roam cafe is not good at all, and the buffet is really not that tasty, other than that the shopping area is great!

The location is great. We reserved a premium room asking for an ocean view. The view of the ocean wasn't as good as we have had in the past. It was a nice room though, but it was uncomfortably warm all night). We turned the furnace off so that it would stop blowing out heat (even when set on air conditioning). "Caesar's Palace Atlantic City"
Stayed here from 16-20 January 2012. Had a room on sixth floor of Temple Tower South which had no window to the outside. Had a reasonable rate booked on Hotels.com. Room was comfortable with nice TV and small refrigerator. Very clean and quiet in the room (#604). Would probably stay here again if ever back in Atlantic City.

"Step It Up"
When looking to stay in a hotel in Atlantic City there are many hotels to choose from. This is my first day at Caesar's Hotel and resort. I have to say I was very on imprest with the maintenance of the "NEW" tower. The bathroom smelled like Urine. The wallpaper was coming off the wall outside the bathroom. And what about the Internet? Most hotels these […] days offer Wi-Fi for free. I could not connect despite trying several times. Did I mention we stayed in the suppose it Premier King room? Very nice hotel. Everyone is friendly. Easy to get lost though. Some workers didn't speak enough English to give directions. Room was spacious and beautiful. Bianca at the front desk was super helpful. When our room wasn't ready in time, she upgraded us. We were satisfied with our stay and would definitely go again.

I think there is alot of good things at Cesars. Its location on the strip, shops nearby, on the boardwalk, decent views from rooms, decent restaurants in-house and good bang for price. I booked 2 room through hotels.com which always I do I had a good experience with hotels.com before, but this time was terrible! They gave us 2 rooms with no windows! Which I didn't know it could be such a thing in a hotel! I went to reception desk to complain,they said they can't do anything about that and they are fully booked! And can't change the […] room . I asked to speak with a manager, but waited half an hour, the manager was taking care of another problem! "Not a good fit"
Caesars AC not what I thought it would be. While the staff was great at the front desk and throughout the facility my room left a lot to be desired. The non-smoking room smelled of tobacco. The room next store had their guest on the phone till late in the night and I could hear everything they said. "Caesar's Atlantic City-Not Good"
Don't stay in the South Tower rooms. Our room was extremely noisy since the rooms adjoin the main entrance lobby to the casino. There was no exterior window. The only window in the room looked out onto the lobby. The shades did not adequately block the bright lights so we had to hang a towel to get some darkness to sleep. Haven't they ever heard of […] room darkening blinds? Shower did not drain..pretty gross. Very disappointing and far below the quality of other AC locations such as the Borgata. When we asked for a late check out due to crummy night's sleep and other issues we were dismissed immediately. We actually had to call security at one point to get young group of partiers to quiet down. I guess you get what you pay for. The hotel is conveniently located next to the pier and other casinos. You can walk everywhere without going outside. (In cold weather, this save you from carrying your coat around.) We got a premium room on the top floor with a great view of the Atlantic Ocean. The room had a large TV and a fridge. Our stay at Caesars was fantastic! My husband was impressed by the technology of the tv in the bathroom mirror. I was pleasantly surprised by the presentation of breakfast. Yeap, Panties on the light fixture. I guess someone forgot to take them down and the cleaning lady couldn't fit in them. The staff was great about it and upgraded our room. They handled it well and so did we. Nice place overall.

This hotel was conveniently located right in the center of Atlantic City, surrounded by Bally's, the Trump hotel, Tropicana, and other hotels. The neat thing about this hotel is that they have a pier stretching into the Atlantic, but it is not your ordinary pier. Instead, they have outside seating areas, as well as covered areas with restaurants and […] bars all in the pier. It is also located right on the famous boardwalk with a short walk to the Trump hotel and the Tropicana hotel. Balley's is connected to Cesars, without leaving the hotel. The surrounding neighborhood is very poor and tired and old looking. As a single female I would not feel comfortable leaving the boardwalk at all. I was even nervous walking with my husband outside of the hotels. Many homeless people, shady people, poor people, etc. The hotel itself is beautiful. Our hotel room view was the lobby (which was different, but interesting!). The buffet was very overpriced (we did not eat there), instead we ate on the pier for a much more reasonable price. Stayed in a Premium Room in the Centurion Towers. It was a bit of a walk from the lobby to the towers but tolerable. Room was beautiful! Would definitely stay there again!

"Horrible Service, Uncomfortable Room!"
We got to the room around 6pm, checked in, and I noticed that the thermostat was broken, it was an LCD screen and it was cracked, I could still see the first number though, and the room was very warm, so I turned the temp down and we left and went out., thinking it would cool off by the time we got back. When we came back at around 2am, the room was […] still very very warm. We called the front desk, and they said that they would send a maintenance guy to take a look. We hung out for about 30 minutes, decided to order room service, and waited. An hour after our call, we called back to the front desk and they said they were never able to get in touch with someone to come take a look, would we like to switch rooms? Why didn't we get a call to say that they couldn't find anyone, as it's now 3am and we're waiting for room service we decided it was warm, but not too hot, so we'll just stick it out. Room service took over an hour and a half to come, we didn't get it until about 345am. It was a bad choice not to switch rooms, at about 5 am - the heat turned on higher and it was sweltering. We had to go to the ice machine and put ice in towels to set across our heads to get cool. We were so miserable and hot. The AC finally kicked on around 10 am, we called asking for a little extra time to check out and they refused. So, when I went down to check out, I told the woman at the front desk what happened, and she was so indifferent and didn't care at all, not even a sorry you were uncomfortable, just a 'OK, you're checked out, Bye." I will never stay at Caesers again, I know it's Atlantic city, but a little customer service goes a LONG way, and they didn't even give us a little, left me very angry that they couldn't even apologize. Great hotel to stay staff and MGMT are very accomondating and very curtious.Location very close to Convention Center,and mostly Bus will take and bring you back from there

The hotel is in a good location central to the convention center, dissappointed that we ordered a king bed and recieved 2 doubles a little tight to sleep. They claimed there were no others available but this was not a busy time of the year. Hotel receptionists were not very friendly.

Got a room in the North Towers on the 6th Floor adjacent to the elevators which made the room very noisy and congested since all the room maintenance carts were arranged next to the room :-.( Room was large, and very clean - had 2 TVs and my daughter loved it. Only thing missing was that the bathroom did not have a bath tub and the way the shower knob/nozzle […] was located made it impossible to get water that was really hot (I love taking HOT showers and so does my wife) so was a little disappointed. We stayed 1 night for the NJEA convention. We've always wanted to stay at Caesars and this was the first time. We were put in the North Tower which is apparently the non remodeled section. (I hear the Centurion Tower is where to stay if you have comps or can afford it.) Dated doesn't describe the hall decor. The room was comfortable and there was a […] flat screen in the room so it did appear that the room had some updating done. The beds were great! The bathroom was small but clean and the stand-up shower drain was obviously clogged as the water pooled instantly. The staff was VERY nice and they offered a free shuttle to the convention center and back every 15 minutes. That was awesome as we only had to pay $5 to park at Caesars for the 2 days we were there. More money for the slots :) The restaurants at The Pier are fantastic. All in all the stay was good and I would go back, I just wish they would update a bit for the price a room costs compared to other places on the boardwalk. Leer más
