No es agradable tener que esperar 7 días para que hagan la limpieza, esto no pasa en otros hoteles.

Not a good hotel. I would not go back again.

Stayed Friday-Sunday. They did not make up the beds nor change the towels in the room. When called they stated that they only do that on longer stays like 7 days.. SAMETowels 5-7 days-YUCK When asked for new towels told me to bring down the old ones "1st" then I would get new ones. Pillows were stained and needed to be replaced. The dog kennel next door was a real bonus. I only heard those dogs when the dog in the next room wasn't barking. What a $%&* hole. Never ever ever again. Never!

My only complaint was that the room was very warm when I checked in and it look forever for the room to finally cool down to a comfortable level.

After reading some negative reviews & a lot of hesitation because of it... I decide to book & stay for the convenience. The hotel grounds were well landscaped . The room was very clean. ok I check in and got room, sat down relaxed went to take a shower, the water comes on with a trickle then goes completely off. get out of the shower and check sink the water comes on get back in shower the water goes off, get back out water comes on this time stays on but only a trickle comes out of showerhead and rest of water is coming out of bath […] nozzle. As I am attempting to call front desk I notice phone and desk light dont work. I use my cell to call. he said they would fix the next day. next day nothing is fixed and not only that but the desk clerk there says nothing was written down about any repairs nor a phone call if you go there DO NOT accept room 318..... This hotel was awful. I turned around and left. The room was uncomfortable, the beds were terrible, and it smelled of cleaning chemicals and perfume. I could not stay there--- no way!

Our room smelled so much that we needed to turn on the bathroom fan and open the windows wide to air it out. The room lacked basic amenities that are standard even at low-end hotels -- those more budget-minded than I expected this to be. For instance, there was soap in the bathroom and towels, but no tissues, shampoo or conditioner. There was only one […] light switch in the bathroom, which turned on both the fan and the light. The stripping on the edge of the kitchen counter was coming off so that it snagged clothing whenever someone passed it. The TV got poor reception and few channels. The setting was rather institutional -- like a sparse college dorm. There were no local takeout recommendations in the room or at the front desk, and staff was generally unfriendly and unhelpful. Great room for the money, location and surrounding.

The first thing that struck me was the aroma of the building. I admit to expecting a certain clean and maintained smell, but what I was met with can be described as foul. I was given a room rather quickly but on the first floor. I asked for something on the 2nd floor but was told the facility was booked. I took the room and upon entering it, discovered […] an even more vile smell. I did go back and complain to the front desk, and they said they found a different room (on the 2nd floor.) It smelled a little better but certainly did not meet my expectations at all. The mattress on the bed was uncomfortable, and they provided one small bar of soap. I stayed at a similar property in the area a few weeks before which was excellent by comparison. I will definitely not stay at this property again. Leer más

For a 1-week stay it was fine - no service, no breakfast, no frills, but it was fine for me. I would want a dishwasher if I was cooking, but for just breakfast the lack was ok.

This Hotel has always been OK for an emergency stay, but it has really gone down overall. I recently stayed at this location, and found that the staff is engaged in personal phone calls when you arrive to check in, and you are made to wait several minutes before thay attend to you. The room itself was lacking in all aspects. Everything was second rate […] from the linens to the bedspread to the chair --it all just gave me the "willies," and I didn't even want to sit on any of the furniture. The parking lot is not well lit at night, and very unsafe for anyone, especially a single woman coming back after dinner or other event by herself. I did not really expect a flat screen TV, but considering how low they are in price these days, they could really afford to place them in the rooms. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone, unless there is a horrible winter storm, and you can't find anything else in the area!! Happy Trails !! Leer más
