Muy buen hotel, cuatro estrella, muy nuevo y en perfecto estado.Tiene gimnasio y aparcamiento.La única crítica sería respecto a su ubicación, pero tampoco es nada problemático, puesto que hay una estación de metro (linea directa al centro) a escasos 600 metros del hotel. Hotel muy recomendable.

Despues de haber visitado 5 hoteles en 5 ciudades puedo decir que este por diferencia es el mejor: habitaciones de autentico relax y comfort parada de metro a dos pasos servicio excelente de todo el personal del hotel Recomiendo este hotel a todos los visitantes a Hamburgo

El hotel en sí está bien. Limpio. Cuarto de baño reformado y con ducha, lo que he valorado mucho. Buena calefacción. La recepcionita muy atenta, nos facilitó una tarjeta del hotel por si necesitásemos de ayuda y nos indicó lugares de interés en un mapa. No sé como es el desayuno, pues mi reserva era sin ese servicio. Lo malo: pedi cama de matrimonio y me encontré con dos camas juntas, nada cómodo. La situación del hotel: lo único positivo es que está cerca de la Estación de Trenes, pero el ambiente no me gustó nada de nada. Muchos sex shops y similares, además de que el camino corto desde la estación hacía el hotel atraviesa una zona de prostitución. A pesar de los aspectos malos, no me ha desagradado el hotel.

El centro de Hamburgo se halla emplazado junto al lago Alster interior, a 1 km de distancia del distrito del puerto y la lonja, que está siendo renovado actualmente. El comercio se concentra en Mönckebergstrasse y Neuer Wall. The hotel is very well situated in the very upclass financial centre of the city and is a short 3-4 min walk form the main shopping centre; less to the closest underground train station. The entrance area of the hotel is well landscaped with a nice patio eating/siting area fronting the 2x classy hotel restaurants. The entire area is very well maintained, […] which is indicative of the hotel in general. A very pleasant aroma greets you as you enter the reception and the staff are very friendly and all speak a high standard of English. The rooms are first class with an excellent standard of furnishing and a very comfortable bed. The duvet on the king-size bed consisted of 2x smaller duvets, which did not really appeal to my partner, but did to me. There are several UK channels on the standard in-room TV and a comfortable sofa to watch from. We were asked what day in our stay did we want the complimentary picnic, which we knew nothing of prior to arriving. It was supplied in a traditional wicker picnic basket and like everything else in the hotel was first class. We had a standard room for 4x nights and I believe we did not select any special arrangement that included this. The hotel pool, gym and health suite is also very nice and is all fitted out to a very high standard. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and can advise it to anyone planning a social, or business trip to Hamburg. Leer más
"Poor Service and bed bugs"
I stayed here just for one night so decided to eat in the hotel restaurant which was apparently very good. After waiting 5 mins before anyone appeared to seat me I got a menu and picked my food. I only saw one waitress the whole time I was there. What arrived was nothing special and very standard! The service was awful. I even got asked if I wanted […] the desert while I was waiting for my main course as the waitress had forgotten I hadn't had my main. It wasn't busy as there was only one other table occupied. When I got home the next day I saw what looked like a bug bite on my shoulder and ankle. It was confirmed that these were from bed bugs!! Not good Leer más

This is an excellant Hotel. The location is close to the shops and resteraunts but also just an ideal bit away from the hustel and bustle. We stayed in a Superior Room, which I highly recommend, so comfortable and made our stay very relaxing. The staff in the Hotel from the reception to the Bar were great and accomodated our every request. The spa […] was also very good. Our only suggested areas for improvement would be, tea and coffee facilities to be provided in the room. We'll Definately be returning. Leer más
"The Sofital in Hamburg, Germany"
Booked the king -bed, but it was actually only 2 twin bed put together, not comfortable at all. No tea or coffer in the room; Lunch bread was cold,; bar was not cozy for winter staying. The sofa in the room was nice; Reception was friendly. Sauna with a resting room beside was really good --probably the best one in Hamburg.

Its a splendid hotel with nice facilities and placed very central in Hamburg. But we are not at all satisfied about the price for breakfast. 26 euros for each person is to much for coffee and bread.

"5 Star Perfection"
Can't say enough good things about this hotel. Normally, I choose older hotels with more charm, but other than that, this hotel was perfect. Best staff, every room amenity you could ask for, very convenient location. I highly recommend it!

I have been in Hamburg many times and stayed in many hotels there, but I have to admit that the Sofitel was one of the best business hotles I have stayed there so far. It is accessable, clean, stylish, nice SPA. Highly recommended
This is an excellent hotel on all counts - except for one major blind spot..... It is brilliantly located, bang in the centre, 2 mins from the Town Hall square, with a fabulously understated yet knowing modern style throughout (think savvy, comfortable elegance in greys and browns rather than tedious ultra-trendy gimmickry), with lovely, lavish breakfast […] (though pricey at 24 euros per person), gorgeous terrace by the canal for anything from a coffee to a proper meal with wine, and overall the comfort, thoughtfulness and generosity of a proper contemporary 5-star.... EXCEPT that the mattresses were an incomprehensible blast from a 60s English B&B past, sagging like a hammock and nigh impossible to sleep on except on one's back (if drunk and/or truly exhausted). After our first night we brought this bizarre, unacceptable oversight to the reception's attention, who, with Germanic coolness said they would address the issue, but we didn't notice any difference on the second night. The next day we left, so didn't pursue the matter further. I hope our room was an exception. I liked this hotel so much on all fronts I would like to return and give it a second chance. Leer más

Rent og pænt hotel i centrum af Hamburg. Rolige og lyse omgivelser og et fint spa/pool område. Kan klart anbefale dette hotel. Eneste minus er den dyre morgenmad.

Rigtig dejligt hotel. God belligenhed. Vi havde kun én overnatning, og her var alt perfekt. Vi spiste dog ikke morgenmad på hotellet.

"Sofitel luksus Hamborg"
Alt i alt et fantastisk hotel, der ligger perfect i en rolig gade 50m fra hovedstrøget. Vi tog dette hotel på grund af spaområdet, og det var virkelig dejligt at komme hjem til efter dagens ture. Der var mange former for service man kunne bestille, men det undlod vi at benytte.

Hotell Sofiotel i Hamburg.Kingsize sängarna var två sängar ihop inte kul att ligga med en ravin under sig. Spa avdelningen ok finns bättre i andra hotell i Hamburg, liten pool. Läget var grymmt bra mitt i centrum och nära till alla shoppinggator utan att behöva använda en taxi rätt så skönt och nice service trevlig personal. Vi var yderst tilfredse. Hotellet ligger perfekt i gå afstand til det meste, og man får en fin fin betjening på hotellet, som er fint, rent og godt holdt. Det eneste vi har at sukke over, er at der begynder at blive for trangt i wellnes området, der er ikke pladser nok til alle, og der er meget vådt rundt om, og der blev ikke skiftet liggestolehåndklæder […] når folk gik. Der var ikke tid til massage, og heller ikke på restauranten, som forøvrigt kun var den ene der havde åben i juletiden, kun hvis man havde booket på forhånd, men så burde man have at vide, at hvis man ønsker massage eller at spise på stedet, så skal det bestilles x antal dage før jul. Men vi kommer gerne igen, da det er et lækkert hotel og det ligger perfekt i forhold til vores ønsker. Leer más

Det ble et hyggelig opphold på hotellet, med hyggelig personale som var både imøtekommende og serviceinnstilt. Det eneste ankepunktet er at det kostet penger for å se på tv og høre musikk.

Fremragende hotel med god beliggenhed og fin service. Tæt på butikker og restauranter og kort vej til havnen og søerne. Spiste ikke på hotellet pga høje priser..

"Super hotel, god service, lækker beliggenhed ..."
Parkering kan anbefales lige vejen til venstre efter hotellet - der er betaling pr. time og man kan kun købe en time frem. Vi fik at vide vi bare skulle holde der hvis vi fik en bøde ville det højst koste 5 euro og bilen blev ikke fjernet :-) Hotellet er super - dog meget bløde senge. Kan anbefales ligger meget centralt.

Das schicke Hotel an zentraler Lage; top Service, schöne Zimmer, wenn auch nicht sehr gross. Sehr ruhig gelegen, direkt bei S- und U-Bahn. 5 Minuten zu Fuss ins Zentrum zu Restaurants und Geschäfte.

"Das Sofitel ist gut geeignet für einen Städtetrip."
War das 2. mal in diesem Hotel und es hat mir super gefallen. 5 Sterne Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich wünschen kann. Einziges kleines Manko war der etwas alte Föhn im Badezimmer und das etwas Holz am Waschbecken Bereich abgeplatzt ist. Müsste repariert werden. Ansonsten hat das haus eine Top- lage zu allen wichtigen Einkaufsmöglichekeiten […] und Sehenswürdigkeiten. U-S-bahn direkt vor der Tür. man erreicht die Alster in drei Gehminuten. Leer más

Wir reisen sehr viel und haben schon so manches Top Hotel besucht, aber dieses Hotel war bisher eines der besten Stadthotels! Zentral, die Luxury Rooms top ausgestattet und sehr freundliches Personal! Hamburg bleibt uns als sehr saubere Stadt mit Top-Hotel in Erinnerung!
