como la mayoría de los hoteles en australia, caros y viejos. Aún así el hotel está bien situado y relativamente limpio.

El Hotel esta bien, solo que no tiene Wifi y el servicio del personal no es muy bueno. Esta muy bien hubicado.

Nice Hotel, people were friendly, but some low points: no wi fi, so I couldn't download any pics from my notebook, or check mails in my room. We didn´t have a descent wardrove, just a few shells ti put our clothes, and the bathroom is pathetic, everytime you take a bath the entire bathroom get flooded.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, a 10 minutos de Darling Harbour caminando. La habitación es correcta, el único punto en contra es que la ducha no tenía escalón separador o una buena cortina, entonces luego de ducharnos el baño terminaba casi inundado

Muy bien ubicado a 10 min del opera house en tren, tiene todos los servicios cercanos y alcanzables caminando, el personal muy amable y además solo estarás ahi para dormir porq Sydney tiene muchisimo que conocer

Wife and I stayed here earlier in the month, very happy to stay here again. For us, every thing was GREAT...location, service, breakfasts etc. We would stay here again as we transition and/or visit Sydney....walked to many places and used train, buses and taxis from very close by. Very good location, superb service experienced with all staff, thoroughly enjoyed breakfast variety and quality of food, room was very clean, access to transportation was good....the city offers so much to be enjoyed....walking through local Hyde Park to any of the various venues was a treat. Comfortable quiet room that allowed for minor self catering cups, plates, cutlery micro wave and tea making facilitires but no toaster which would have been handy. Friendly helpful staff. Good position for getting around Central Sydney if you didn't mind a little walking

We paid a huge price for this hotel over New Year's and expected better. Enrolled for queen bed, but given twins. Water temperature almost impossible to control. Each day got zero or one washcloth, and had to go to front desk to get extras. Location is very good, close to major streets and railroad station. Room was simple, comfortable and house-keeping amenities, such as fridge,microwave and small kitchenette-type area very much appreciated. No luxuries and mostly good value for money. Do not expect porter-service.

Had a pleasant stay at the hotel. I got what I expected for the price. Efficient staff and great location close to Hyde Park.

This hotel was not in the city centre but was only a few minutes walk to the station and only 2 stops from circular quay, so we found it very handy to all attractions. The beds were super comfy and we found the stay very pleasant with friendly and helpful staff

budget hotel, dont except more, price is good for current price levels in sydney, very good location. good for tourists, less so for romantic getaway or business.

If you want to be in the city this is a great location. It's a 1min walk to Oxford St, 10min walk to Surry Hills, 5min walk to Chinatown, 10min to Darling Harbour and 20-25min walk to Circular Quay. You're really only a max of 25min walk from all key shopping and tourist attractions. The only real discomfort in the hotel is the showers. I booked this hotel on the tail end of a business trip. I guess I didn't read the hotel vs in-room amenities closely enough. While the hotel has wireless internet (coin-op), the rooms do not. In fact, the rooms do not have any internet connection at all! As a business traveler, this is both incomprehensible and unacceptable. A comfy place to stay with the benefit of a kitchenette to save on food costs.

Your hotel is in great need of general maintenance. One evening we got stuck on the 17 floor; We had pushed the 16th floor. The doors did open. we got out another guest tried to get the thing moving. This did not work. We had to call the front desk. A short time later a women arrived on another elevator. She got off and went into the stuck elevator […] swiped her card and left us standing there. She never even said Hi or I'm sorry. She acted as if we did not exist. I had to get another guest to use his for us to get down. To this day I cannot believe she just left us standing there. I had to try 3 other cards to get one that sort of worked. We will be back in Sydney on this trip however we will not be staying at your hotel. John Leer más

Clean room and good location. Priced well for what you get. No internet. Used McDonalds wi fi for free and they are just down the street. Mc Donalds has a internet cafe if you did not bring your computer at reasonable prices. Hotel internet was very expensive at $19 per day. Breakfast was expensive at the hotel. Great stay with NYE 2011. Room was a bit basic but wel cleaned, and location was brilliant, close to chinatown and central station, still within walking distance of Circular Quay (30 mins), combined with decent price. Very good value for money

I booked one bed room but I got twin bed room, and the room keys doesn't work so my partner and me had uncomfortable experience. cups and other kichenware weren't cleaned. but house keeping was perfect and this hotel has good location. So just not bad I think.

Not to far out of the centre, within easy reach of free local transport to all local sites. Quiet area not to far from railway station. Staff very friendly. Breakfast reasonably priced for adequate breakfast to start the day.

This is my 2nd time staying at Travelodge after a good 6 years apart from my last stay. The location is fantastic - close to all the shopping, night life and the city. However, the room is now looking quite outdated and many of the fitting should be replaced as you can see damages from wear and tear from over the years. Upon going into our room we […] found a huge cockroach on the carpet - after disposing that with the marie claire magazine the hotel supplied, we found the room looking quite outdated. The double bed was very uncomfortable and we hardy slept all night (bad roll together and very soft). Despite generally very clean it is not terribly comfortable. Lucky we only had to stay overnight at this place as I'd rather stay somewhere else for the same amount of money I paid! Leer más

A very convenient 2mins walk from the nearest train station (Museum) and 5mins walk to the CBD We arrived early before check in time (2pm) and was told courteously by the staff that we couldn't go in to the room before check in time, not sure if it's ready or not, but fair enough. After signed the paper work, we stored our luggage in the hotel's luggage […] storage room and went out to explore immediately. Upon returning, was handed a key card for the room and lift to go up. Stayed in a standard room with 2 single beds. The room was spacious enough, clean and no strange smell. The bathroom was old and slightly stained but acceptable. Air conditioning might not work properly as it took some time to cool the room but the exhaust was okay as the room didn't feel stuffy. The room was tidied everyday and towel was changed everyday, like we wanted to. Amenities: soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels (2x big, 1x small, 1x hand towel). There were microwave, electric kettle, complete set of cutlery, cups & glasses, and plate. Breakfast was good value. Continental. Can arrange airport shuttle from the front desk. This hotel is right in the heart of Sydney and very modern and easy to get to. Although our room was small, it was comfortable and had a decent sized LCD tv. As a place to grab some sleep while enjoying Sydney, this hotel is in a great location and very peaceful and quiet. If you need to park your car, there is a hotel endorsed parking facility a short […] walk away and the hotel will validate your parking ticket so you only pay $25 a day for 24 hour in and out access with your car. We booked a queen bed 2 months in advance of our stay. We arrived at 10am, which is 4 hours before check in, so they allowed us to store our bags in their storage room. When we returned at 3pm to get our room key, we were told that they did not have any queen bed rooms available. When I pressed for solution to the problem, I was told that we were the […] 12th couple this had happened to today. I asked to speak to a supervisor and then asked her what she could do to make this inconvenience less un-pleasant, after a two minute run-around, she walked away for another 2 minutes and then gave us a room key without explaining what she was doing. The room was beside the elevators and very narrow, away from all the other rooms, giving the impression that it used to be a storage closet that was converted to increase revenue. The bed was what we'd call a Full in the US. Smaller than a queen, but bigger than a king. The walls were pretty banged up, but the bathroom was clean. Leer más

Our second stay in the past 2 years, the hotel whilst not flash is perfectly acceptable and good value for a Sydney centre hotel. A few minutes from Hyde park, Close to Darling Harbour and only 10 -15 min walk to Botanical gardens and opera house etc. Rooms clean and spacious but no views. Staff friendly and helpful. good range of cafes and restaurants […] in easy reach. No WiFi in std rooms which is not really on these days and no light over bathroom mirror is irritating.. Only other grumble is that the "wet room type" shower allows water to spray all over the bathroom floor necessitating the use of a towell laid across to prevent it. Convient to trains and city, reception staff helpful,very comfortable and reasonably priced.

Disappointing service and no WiFi as advertised. When I requested Wifi on check-in I was told it is not available in all rooms including room I was in. I asked to move to a room with WiFi but was instantaneously advised this was not possible. There was no attempt to provide WiFi or swap rooms and no attempt at an apology. Stayed here for one night attracted by the very reasonable price for a Sydney city CBD hotel. Room was fine. Not huge but who needs a huge room just to sleep in. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful; commodities that are sometimes lacking at other places; let me check in prior to check in time. The lodge is convieniantly located, and many of Sydneys big ticket attractions are within walking distance

Clean and neat. Friendly Staff. Shower nozzle a super water saver, barely wet my bald head. delicious breakfast, nice coffee. Overall. highly recommended.

Just south of Hyde park, easy access to CBD and central station. Room are clean and tidy. Toilet a bit rundown but still fine. Nice stay.

Location made it very easy to get to most places by public transport. Easy walk to Darling harbour and Botanic gardens. Plenty of pubs to eat in and close to RSL
