Este hotel tiene una hubicacion inmejorable las habitaciones son amplias y los baños grandes ,es la segunda vez que lo elijo y volveria nuevamente muy buen precio para la hubicacion ,recomendable

Stayed Wednesday, January 25, 2012 in an ocean view room with a balcony on the 4th floor. The view was great and the sunset that night happened to be amazing! The elevators and common spaces were clean and well maintained. I was here for 1 night in transit and wanted to be close to Santa Monica Pier but at a reasonable price. This hotel was only 5 minutes walk away from the Pier. Doesn't exactly have an ocean view but was quiet and clean and the guy on the front desk was lovely. I was able to check-in slightly early which was great after a 13 hour flight. Great location and reasonable rooms. Didnt tell us about $20 car park fees although gave us a disocunt for trundle bed.

across the street from Sta Monica Pier and beach...close to shopping and dining, great price.

I stayed at this hotel for a week night in January 2012. The room was over priced for a very loud and uncomfortable nights sleep. The bed was as hard as a rock with scratchy sheets. The room had a great view of the ocean and the Santa Monica Pier, but being able to hear everyone in the adjoining rooms was not pleasant. The price reflects the location not the quality of the accommodations. Staff was perfectly nice, location is convenient, rooms are a bit dated and dinghy.

this hotel has a great view of the beach, however the TV was going out and the refrigerator made a horrible humming sound. the walls are also very thin so you can hear everything and everybody that walks through the hotel. Plus the $20.00 parking for their guests is also a little steep i thought.

Nothing fancy but it does the job. The rooms we had reserved were not available. We had to settle to rooms with a different bed arrangement. It was a pretty busy weekend though. Location was great (close to the beach, the Pier, and the shopping area).

Even though the hotel was walking distance to the beach and the 3rd street promenade, it was not well maintained. Price was not worth it, it was too expensive for a hotel in that condition.

Hotel has terrific comfortable clean rooms--but just "rooms." Does not have other conveniences such as exercise rooms, restaurant, or swimming pool. However, the ocean (great beach) and restaurants are very walking distance. Santa Monica Pier is across the street!

I guess you get what you pay for, but this hotel would improve greatly with a face lift. Great location and good service are overshadowed by poor room standard. In our case there was very noisy air con but fortunately the staff were happy for us to relocate to another room.

PROS: Awesome location. Close to pier and 3rd St. Mini fridge and safe. CONS: Small beds. No breakfast.

This hotel is in an excellent location. Close to all the many good things about Santa Monica. However, the hotel is a little like a Motel 6. The rooms are not really interior. Also, some of the occupants were very loud around 2 am; crying babies and the like. The rooms were clean and the staff was pleasant.

Great location! literally across the street from the SM pier. Service was excellent and can not beat the price. I highly recommend for a quick get away.

Hotel had great location to beach,shopping and restaurants. Easy accessibility to highways. Hotel itself could use an overhaul. Room was clean but linens were worn..along with furniture.

Reasonable price and a great location - if I was there to party on the beach it would be great. Being there for work changes my opinion significantly...I won't stay there again.

One of the noisest hotels I have ever stayed at. The person in the room directly above us sounded as if they were in our room. The noise in the parking lot outside was bad too. The room are disgusting, noisy, what they call courtyard is their parking lot, staff very unfriendly and thinking you are just good to pay!!! overnight parking prohibitive!!! Really check out other places in the area as this one is bad for the price you can get better!!!!

A decent hotel with an excellent location. Some staff members were very polite and helpful while others not so. The rooms were slightly outdated but rather clean and nice. If you get with a decent price I can really recommend.

This hotel is located on good circumstances of course. Staffs are good. but It took two days to be able to connect internet with my Mac book pro. It was only problem I had. I like this hotel.

This hotel is close and convenient to sights, restaurants, shopping and transport. Is a little old looking but in great location, clean and staff are friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

Fantastic location and excellent value for money. Lacked frills but had everything you needed after a busy day sight seeing. Staff were very friendly and rectified an issue with the A?C immediately. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for value, good accommodation in an excellent position.

Really bad experience in all aspects from the moment i arrived, room was not ready an hour after initial check in time! Rooms are really dirty and after one night of sleep my whole body was itching from bed lice. Would really not recomend it to anyone! Had to cut my holiday 2 days short because of the bad experience.

2 blocks from the pier, walk to shops,dining. Cute interior art deco-ish balconies overlook the parking lot, but are quieter than the ones overlooking the ocean. $$$ but worth it for location.

We expected alot nicer Hotel than this for the money we paid. They make it appear on line to be on the ocean. The room was small and had out dated amenities ( TV, Phone, Fridge) A maintanance just walked in one day. They came in and took my iron and ironing board out on another day. It reminded me of a Spring Break Hotel in a nice place. I travel alot […] I do 50-60 shows a year so I stay at alot of places. This wasn't the worst but I will never return to this hotel. Leer más

I though was a bit expensive (i didnt even have a mini bar in my room) but great location and the hotel workers are superb, professional and friendly. I will definitely stay again and refer.

The room had a refrigerator, coffee maker, iron and amenities. It was comfortable, looked nice and the AC worked. The front desk was accommodating to needs and directions. For the price and location, this is a good value. It is near the Santa Monica Pier, good restaurants and shopping mall. It cost an extra $20.00 to park the car, but this is below rate compared to other hotels in the area. There is no coffee available in the morning and no coffee shop in lobby. I was looking for an oceanside room that wasn't going to break my limited bank. This place fit the bill. It's situated across the street from the beach/pier and three blocks away from 3rd St. promenade. Room has a sliding door balcony with a view of the ocean and the pier. I was worried at first because the AC unit was not cooling (fan only), but they […] fixed that in one hour with no problems since. Otherwise, everything else worked fine and the room was clean and well kept, if dated. Bed was very comfortable and linens were crisp. It was nice lounging on the balcony and getting the ocean breeze while having coffee. I could go inside if it got too hot or the sun got too bright, where it was cool and there are blackout drapes. I didn't like that the AC vented to the balcony, but cannot see any way around that. (Most may never use the AC, but I like to be refrigerated). Management and service personnel were very helpful and accommodating. Parking below the building is available which is very convenient in this neighborhood. Leer más

Very nice staff. Clean room. Perfect location. No complaints at all. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

We just need a place to rest our heads. Yeah it did cost a few bucks but, considering the area and time of year it was great. We attended a show at Harvelle's and want to be within walking range, so we could enjoy ourselves. Considering the cost of a DUI...this was a perfect fit for a night out.
