Es una villa, totalmente equipada, al precio de un cuarto de hotel, con tres televisores, cocina equipada, sala amplia, acceso a un gimnacio, cerca de Disney, para el que viaja en familia es lo mejor, posterior a esta estadia, fui a un cuarto de hotel y no hay comparacion.

Muy bonito hotel, limpio, agradable y con muy buena ubicación y excelente servicio, originalmente fui por 4 noches y de tanto que le gusto a mi familia nis quedamos otras dos! Se los recomiendo ampliamente!
Siempre que hemos parado en ese hotel nos han atendido muy bien, por eso cada vez que vamos a Orlando lo tengo en cuentta!!!!

"Muy malo"
El hotel es el mas insalubre e inseguro que hay, esta lleno, repleto de cucarachas, muy mala limpieza en general y ademas el serivcio pesimo. El departamento de Salubridad deberia cerrar ese hotel, donde hay mas cucarachas que empleados y huespedes, en los pasillos, baños, restaurantes, jardines, creo que es un problema serio, la impresion que uno […] se lleva despues de estar en el mundo magico de Disney, se complica, no lo recomiendo y no me volveria a hospedar en ese hotel, ustedes deberian quitarlo de sus opciones de renta, es muy delicado el tema de limpieza y seguridad en esas instalaciones, no hay palabras para describirlo, ni la impresion de mi hija que antes de llegar al hotel decia, papa habra cucarachas otra vez, lo reportamos y nunca hicieron nada, al contrario el de seguridad decia que son huespedes especiales??????? "Excelente hotel"
Me pareció excelente el hotel, muy buen servicio y muy bonito. La tarifa promocional que conseguí era muy buena. Creo que no vale la pena desgastarse buscando una tarifa mas barata, cuando esta es una muy buena opcion y solo pagas un poco mas que en otros hoteles.

Esta un poco alejado de las atracciones y se necesita mucha paciencia con los autobuses porque los clientes de este hotel somos lo últimos que nos recogen para ir a los Parques de Atracciones y encima somos los últimos en dejarnos al regreso, se nos hace interminable. También se echa en falta que en las habitaciones no haya un microondas pero si que […] hay cafetera eléctrica. "tener en cuenta los extras"
El hotel cobra 17 dolares por dia por el uso del resort y eso suma mucho al costo total, sobre todo si no tenes tiempo para usarlo estando todo el dia en los parques de Disney

I think the hotel does not worth the price, too many other hotels with less stars and way cheaper price been much better than this hotel , my room was too far from loby and it looked like a two star hotel room.

Every morning the maids stood outside of our room (it sounded like they were right there) and were laughing and talking really loud. We were on vacation and trying to sleep in. This noise started at 7 am and continued for at least an hour! We complained to the front desk but every day it kept happening. The shower made a really loud noise when we turned […] it on and wouldn't stop. It was extremely disturbing. Also, at 8 am they started a fire alarm test that lasted over an hour. Great room and location. It was close to downtown disney which was awesome. We got to watch epcot's fireworks from our room which was very nice. We had a problem with our door lock not locking. We called and with in 30 mins someone was up to fix it. We will be staying there in the future.

The pool water was cold not heated

walking distance to downtown disney. Great hotel I will come back to. Only downside was hidden fee of USD 16 per day which came as a surprise. Although this was not a big deal I prefer transparant pricing.
"Good hotel - some qualifications"
Things that seemed odd for rooms at this price: - Internet was extra. - No HBO, Max, Showtime, anything channels on the TV. Same comment as above. I've had plenty of inexpensive rooms with HBO. - TVs were poorly setup and stuck in the wrong aspect ratio with no way to change. - Watch it with the light switches. Some of them turn off the plugs that […] you might have your cell phone or laptop charger plugged into. As to the Disneyworld access, the bus was the least frequent of all regular services to anywhere. Design your access to Disney accordingly. On the positive side, Downtown Disney is a 5 minute walk. "Great location near Downtown Disney"
A recent weekend stay at this hotel was wonderful. 3 pools (one adults only), basketball court for the hubby, Spa services for me. Pleasant staff, balcony overlooking the lake and a VERY spacious room were the high lights. The only negative was the poor drink quality in the bar. (Where WAS the piano bar anyway??)

We enjoyed our stay-- just know that it is a BIG hotel...they have a convention center connected so it's large. Our room was a walk from the elevator. The Sports Bar was very nice/excellent service. The spa wonderful, the pool area very nice. Great location relative to Downtown Disney. Easy access to a shopping mall down the street and the highway. […] The hallsways seemed a little worn but the room was nice. (they don't put you in the best rooms if you reserve on Hotels.com but certainly nice enough). The exercise room was good.....full with users, but I still got a bike. The concierge was very nice, maybe not the most knowledgeable about the area but nice counts. I would recommend the BPhotel. Have stayed here before numerous times. Have always liked it. This time stayed in a room on the 20th floor- had bugs crawling on the floor and the desk/dresser area. Will be avoiding this hotel in the future.

very good location, the only think i don't liked is the distance from the parking lot to the hotel.. Is IMPOSSIBLE park by yourself when you have a lot of bags to get down. You must have to leave the car for valet parking.. and is a extra charge daily

"Frequent Visitors"
As frequent visitors to Florida we have on numerous occassions stayed at this hotel and enjoyed a Dismey view from our Balcony. The rooms are clean and of a good size and the staff are very helpful and friendly. We were in Florida for 3 weeks the first week staying at a different hotel which was a mistake on our part as we only felt our holidya had […] started upoin arriving at Buena Vista Palace. My partner has been staying at this hotel with his family since he was a child and have never experienced anything other than a great time however the hotel is starting to look a little tired in places and a refurb wouldnt go amiss to keep it upto date. would recommend to anyone and will definatelt be returning. "Buena Vista Palace - well located, but dirty"
The Buena Vista Hotel is brilliant if you desire the Disney experience, but cannot afford to stay in one of their hotels. The hotel is well located with Downtown Disney only a 2 minute walk away. The view out of our hotel window was lovely, and I found the staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful. However, I have been in lesser star hotels that […] were cleaner and more sanitary than this one. My sister and I only stayed at the Buena Vista Palace Hotel for one night, and it is probably for that reason we were so tolerant of the fact that the non-smoking room we had asked for was filled with the stench of smoke, had cigarette butts littered all over the balcony, and the bedside tables were disgustingly dusty beneath the protective glass. More repulsively still, there were what seemed to be old urine stains all over the bath and the bathroom floor. The rest of the hotel did not appear to be anywhere near as filthy however, so I suspected our room might be an exception. When I informed reception, saying that I did not mind staying in the room, as it was only for one night, but I did not wish to be charged for someone else's mess, the lady behind reception could not have been more horrified. She was extremely apologetic, waivered some of our fee as apology (unprompted, I might add), promised that the room would be inspected and assured us that our room should have been in much better condition. I was satisfied with her response, and consequently would consider staying at the Buena Vista Hotel again. So, overall, lovely location, wonderful views, right in the heart of Disney without having to pay Disney Hotel prices, and very helpful, friendly staff. Just such a shame about the filth. Leer más

For this being an upper end hotel the service was horrible. The check-in was a disaster...25min wait at 11pm at night! The people were rude and dismissive.
